GO HERE! I am so happy that Carmel has an Autism friendly business! Being dairy-free I always struggle to find GOOD baked goods. Most of the time vegan/gluten free/dairy free baked goods aren't anything like the "real" food. NOT THE CASE HERE- I got the banana cupcake with chocolate icing and I was blown away. It tasted just like the real thing, so much so that I actually double checked to make sure it actually was gluten free/ dairy free. Lol. If you've never been in an environment that is suited for those on the spectrum, it's a little different from the typical cafe vibe. The shop is a quiet, still space without lots of distracting clutter on tables and walls. I actually love this, because it's so rare that we encounter stillness and quiet. It was nearly meditative to enjoy my cupcake in peace and quiet. They have paired with a non-profit that uses art therapy with individuals with mental health challenges to decorate their walls and it's all for sale. We loved that! Also, you can pre-order ANYTHING from the website and go pick it up. Which is an awesome feature. read more

This place is wonderful! We found it today while looking for dedicated Gluten Free restaurants. The bakery is ran by a friendly, hard-working mother who's autistic son works there as well, and they only employ individuals on the spectrum. The items were all great. None of the foods tasted any less as gluten free, casein free desserts. The cookie dough chocolate cupcake was especially good. I really like that they have interesting options too, like jalapeño strawberry bread, and the owner said they are coming up with new ideas each week and letting people vote on them on social media. The owner went out of her way to be kind. She realized that our toddler is also on the spectrum, and she invited her to help water plants out front. The workers were perfectly accommodating and not phased by our daughter throwing a tantrum on the floor. They definitely seem supportive of the community. I saw that their artwork on the wall is only from individuals with mental disabilities. They sell autism shirts there as well. Definitely a great place for the community! read more

Cannot rave enough! Ordered a cake for my friend's birthday, asked that it be yellow in honor of her favorite Princess, Belle, and they made an incredible cake with ruffles, roses, and sparkles! I ordered and paid online (so seamless). I went into pick it up (they do offer curbside as well). The person at the store was so kind and attentive. They made sure I was happy with the cake and everything. My friend loved it. It tastes incredible - you'd never even know it was Dairy Free and Gluten Free! Can't wait to come back soon! read more

I did not go to the actual location but they were at the farmers market locally. I applaud the cause that they support. I love the pumpkin gingerbread that I purchased. It was moist and the price was wonderful. I am the only one in my family that has a dairy aversion so the rest of my family was not down with any of the items. But all day long I will purchase dairy free items. I am normally hestitate bc gluten and dairy free can tend to be a odd texture or the taste may be off. I'll begin by saying that autism awareness is a cause close to my heart. No Label at the Table employs many teens and young adults with disabilities on the autism spectrum. While this is a noble and needed business, that is not why I'm giving No Label at the Table 5 stars. The cafe area is filled with art by local artists, the employees are fantastic, and the whole place just screams "happy". The baked goods are wonderful, and they have a wide variety of gluten and dairy free products. Most gluten free cookies taste like cardboard or have this weird after taste that makes them unappealing. I'm not sure what type of sorcery these people are practicing, but the "oatmeal dream pie" may be better than its Little Debbie namesake. Check out No Label at the Table. This place is amazing! I have two kids that are gluten, dairy, egg, soy and nut free. I ordered a chocolate cake for Easter. It was so good my kids loved it! Even I liked it and I don't usually find their food very eatable. The people in the store are very kind and helpful. It was so comforting to walk in and list our allergies and have someone tell me exactly what was in the food. Best cake pops I have ever had. Brownies and pot pies are excellent. I like the fact you pick up the frozen pot pie, let it thaw in the refrigerator until the next day to bake. So easy just putting it in the oven and voila have a healthy meal the whole family enjoys. Virtually no prep work. They said they are going to have a shepherds pie next month. Our office is just down the street so one of pops in often to grab a treat. We recently ordered a dozen chocolate cupcakes to celebrate a birthday and we were all blown away! SO YUMMY!!! I've been using no label for a few months now via Market Wagon. As someone with Celiac disease, I can honestly say I've tried my fair share of gluten free things. No label is by FAR the best gluten free bakery--for bread, cookies, brownies...ANYTHING! Unfortunately I am on the far south side of the city and rarely make it to the north side, so I haven't been able to visit their store front until now. Ive had to use market wagon to get their breads and baked goods. I was so excited to finally be able to visit them. They were actually fairly busy when we went on a Saturday late afternoon. We got in and out quick and they were very helpful. I didn't see any bread out, but if you don't see any--be sure you ask! They had a ton in the back, they just keep it in the fridge! We purchased a LOT since we aren't able to make it up to Carmel much. We purchased a loaf of white bread, a cereal bar, peanut butter brownie, and nutter butter cookie sandwich. Everything was so great! My husband isn't gluten free, but he even loved everything he tried. I love no label and will always use them for my GF baked goods! read more

I was on a quest to find a gluten-free, dairy-free, SOY-free Gothic birthday cake for my friend's 50th Birthday. I thought I was hunting for a unicorn, but Shelly and her son made it happen, and magnificently. The recipient was absolutely delighted - and a bit teary! We were ALL amazed by the deliciousness of the cake. I've had quite a few different allergen-free baked goods (when sharing with my GF/DF friends) and they're infamous for slightly grainy texture or odd flavors. This Red Velvet cake blew them all out of the water. It was better than most mainstream bakery cakes. I had two pieces. We're ALL raving fans now. read more

I was happy with the service and the taste of the food I ordered. It is important to be inclusive of people with all types of abilities so that they have the chance to become financially and socially involved in society. I like how this establishment also offers food to eaters who may be marginalized in the availability of current foods (veganism, gluten-free, dairy free, allergy friendly). I just went to No Label At The Table this morning and absolutely loved it! I initially came because I read about their business in the Carmel Current and loved that this business hires employees on the autism spectrum of all abilities. After leaving, I will be a return customer not only because of this, but also because they have an amazing array of baked goods that are gluten, dairy and soy free. As someone who's g-free and dairy free, I know it's difficult to find baked goods that meet this criteria. I also know it's even harder to find tasty baked goods that meet this criteria. No Label At The Table accomplishes both of these things. Today I got a lemon bar, a raspberry bar and a lemon blueberry muffin, all of which were delicious. I also had their Kombucha, which was a local variety that was tapped and refreshing. My mom got their chai tea and it came with a lid that had a filter in it which was really cool because her cup smelled amazing with all the chai tea leaves floating around in it. Next time I'm definitely going to get their tea. All in all, I encourage everyone to support this local business not only because their mission and message is amazing, but because their food is too! read more
