    pistachio cannoli

Great family owned business! Wide variety of desserts: cookies, cake, pie, gelato & more. The cannoli is absolutely amazing. cute little market vibe with a lot of options!

Only got bakery treats this time but they also have gelato and regular food. I wish there was a little more seating.

Flight of desserts: Tiramisu, carrot cake, Chocolate Mousse Cake with raspberry, Pistachio Ricotta, square pastry (napoleons maybe?)

Grabbed a flight of desserts on the way home after visiting the Kristkindlmarket in Carmel and this was a fantastic gem to find! I almost bought the squid pasta, but decided I would just have to come back on my next visit and spend more time in the shop. There are so many quality pastas and pantry staple goodies and of course the desserts are amazing. Everything was delicious. The pistachio ricotta cake ended up being one of the favorites, which was unexpected but a happy surprise. This is more of a pick up and go kind of place, but don't be afraid to take your time!

If you want to go to a place that has the friendliest service in all the area and get the best sweet treats ever - go to Stacco House. It was not close to me - but after a mediocre trip to their neighbors place I stopped by and bought a few dessert items. The one I just tried was a slice of carrot cake. It was a spiritual delight - almost as delightful as the young woman who sold it to me. They don't have a place to sit and enjoy something spontaneously - but honestly - if I wasn't driving back across town - my hands would have been quite sticky by 2 roundabouts away. (that's a Carmel insider comment) If you want to take pizza to the next level - go to their website and prepare for a changed life. I love it when I find a new and special place. Sorry for me that I was only finding a lovely place that has existed and grown in Carmel since 2017. Easy to understand why they are a success.

Service is usually quick as most the time no one is here when I come. I love the cannoli and the cherry Italian almond cookies. The pizza is really good too. Today I tried the meatball sub. It takes awhile as they hand stuff your cannoli's The meatball sub is plentiful and hot and fresh the meat is so delicious.

We ended up taking family and friends a couple times this month to Stacco house and the desserts have been so good to try. Our new favorites are pistachio ricotta cheesecake and triple chocolate cake. Both the cakes are so rich, creamy and flavorful. Stacco house is a really small place but is always bustling with customers and so busy. Service is quick and servers ensure they verify the order before billing. There's a couple types of biscotti, breads and cookies that I have been meaning to try.

I have ordered coffee from this cute little shop in the strip before so I decided to give it another try, except this time, I ordered the pastries. To start off this post, Kristine, was amazing and does very well with creating new unique creations. I ordered her Nutella cookies and a few of the new little Nutella mini bite size cookies she was creating and I've never experienced such a creamy/crunchy cookie that just fit well together as these did. You can taste the quality here that you won't taste and a crumbl or dirty dough. It's something wonderful.

A friend brought me here as a little treat. It's amazing! I like how they have dairy and non dairy options for gelato. And the chicken parm sandwich was to die for! Very fresh! Its location seems very "it's here?". But inside it's so cute! And the food and sweets are amazing! There's not much in terms of seating. But it's perfect for a quick grab and go! And the people who work there are so nice! We got gelato first and took a seat at the one small table inside. Then we went back to get sweets to go and the chicken parm sandwich.

Very authentic Italian bakery & deli! It reminds me of my favorite place in Sorrento. Highly recommend!

A small bakery with a friendly staff. Prices were average. We only got desserts but they were amazing. Will definitely be back.

This third time I was picking up 18 pastries - 3 different types- all delicious and superbly baked AND a cake. WOW! The cake was amazingly beautiful! delicious and decorated exquisitely with huge intricate frosting flowers and leaves. I'm very very happy with my order- they even helped me carry it to the car. This bakery made my special family party a huge success, everyone enjoyed the food and remarked on how delicious it looked and tasted. Thank you SO much for making the event extra special

The raspberry pistachio croissant? Oh. My. God. This thing had me in a chokehold. Flaky, buttery layers with the perfect balance of tart raspberry and rich pistachio. It wasn't just good -- it was write-home-about-it good. The kind of pastry that makes you pause mid-bite and question every other croissant you've ever had. The second was a croissant sandwich (I wish I could remember the name!), but the way those flavors paired together? Let's just say it was a full culinary experience. Savory, balanced, indulgent -- you get the hint. Every bite just made sense. Now here's the part that really says something: I grew up on the East Coast where authentic French bakeries are everywhere and the cultural standard is high. I know a proper croissant. And this? This was better. Yes, I said it. We even had the chance to speak with the owner, who was incredibly warm and genuine. He checked in to make sure we enjoyed everything -- which we clearly did, considering we left with boxes to take home. This place isn't just a pastry shop. It's an experience. And trust me, it will be a topic of discussion in our house for days. Run. Don't walk.

Much like the downtown Indy location, Lemon's is technically located within the Carmel Needler's. However, Lemon's has its own separate entrance and storefront while existing on the east end of Needler's. You can access Needler's directly from Lemon's Bakery Cafe. Lemon's has a small counter with display cases for its baked goods. Like the downtown Indy location, they offer sweets from Noblesville's Rosie's and they offer a variety of local coffees and a rather extensive list of coffee options. There's also a relatively small dining area with booths appropriate for 2-3 people. I found this area not entirely wheelchair friendly, though I could make it work. My best option was sitting at the end of a row of booths which put me pretty much close to the door on a rather chilly day. The employee working was super quiet but friendly and helpful. I ordered two chocolate frosted donuts, they have donuts, and I was honestly a bit stunned they were only $2 total. They do have higher-priced items, of course. The donuts were fresh and delicious and definitely hit the spot on a rainy, dreary day here in Indy. I appreciated that the doors were automatic doors and that there was accessible parking directly in front of the entrance. I also appreciated being able to check out Needler's, though to grab a cart you do have to go down to the Needler's entrance. While I wouldn't consider Lemon's a destination bakery, I wouldn't hesitate to stop in while in the area and this has become a nice little strip center with Needler's, a CVS, Roots Burger Bar, Rad's, and a couple other fun businesses to check out here. Business was steady in the few minutes I was here and it seems to be a stop for neighborhood families. If you're in the area and craving some baked goods Lemon's is a convenient, affordable option that also supports local!
