I called and told her that i was never told. She calls me at 4:14PM to inform that Brody was ready. I went to pick I'm up and she tells me that there is a fee for dog sitting. She told me it was $15 and that she had called me at 3:18. What? There was only a missed called at 4:14pm. And I picked him up within 14 minutes. I told her I would not pay! They were doing all they could to charge an extra fee. That was insane. I told them, this was stealing. If you don't inform someone of a fee, you cannot charge them. I will not be back again!

They have an entire aisle, dedicated to litter boxes at the store, which was great. There are a lot of varieties to choose from, and I ultimately chose a corner style box. But while I was there, I was able look at the Halloween stuff for pets, including some of their specialty theme toys, which happened to include toys that were inspired by the movie wicked. The really cool thing was several of the different styles were actually on clearance so I was able to get cat toys for three or four dollars that are high-quality. They also had some of their Halloween pet costumes on sale and I was able to pick up a new bowtie collar for him for a measly three dollars.

We were told her grooming would take approximately two hours, and that we would receive a call once she was done. About an hour after dropping her off, we got the call that she was done. The grooming team was very speedy and efficient! everyone was very friendly, and our puppy came back to us with a cute pink bandanna around her neck. She smelled so good, and her coat looked extremely shiny. Her nails were well trimmed, and the pads of her paws were also manicured.
