The dryers are .25 for 7 minutes, I feel it is reasonable given the size of machine as well. The owner is very nice as she was putting out buggy carts at every set of machines for convenience. It was little to no people as I arrived around 8am. Very nice environment. The cleanliness is what I like the most. Apple Pay is accepted so that was a PLUS for me personally as I'm not usually carrying cash or cards. They have games, massage chairs, and candy machines, as well as vending machines so if you are waiting inside there's pretty much everything you need for your duration of service.

I Googled "best laundromat in Dallas" and ended up at Lemon Fresh Wash and Dry, a family owned business run by the fabulous Mrs. Pamela. This woman is an angel disguised as a laundromat queen. I came in to do a few loads, got distracted living my life, and completely forgot an entire load in the dryer. Didn't remember until after they closed. I called the next morning prepared to grovel, but Pamela just laughed and said, "I see them and I'm going to run them again so they aren't crunchy." Crunchy. She said that with love. And then she FOLDED THEM. Folded. Them. For. Me. Ma'am... what kind of customer service sorcery is this? When I first walked in and asked how her day was going, she said "Great! I never have a bad day." After meeting her, I fully believe this. She radiates the type of joy you can feel from across the room. If you want clean clothes and your faith in humanity restored, come here. I'm convinced Lemon Fresh isn't just a laundromat. It's a ministry. Highly recommend!

Fortunately it only stunk up a nearby bag in the dryer, I pulled sock out and put it on a machine away from me. No big deal, just weird. A masked lady who worked there was always around. 2nd time fine. 3rd-4th times fine. Last week, I washed and dried all my sheets and blankets using several machines. I read, answered emails during that time. I unloaded the dryers and my most expensive blanket was gone. I looked around, everyone on their phones, masked lady can't be found. Even tho I'm a perfect tenant, I was pushed out of my home recently, I'd always paid the rent, respectful to everyone, an influx of illegals tripled our rent and everyone except illegals , their friends, and a few wealthy tenants got to stay. It was city-wide. I can't ever afford that specific blanket ever again, they may think they struck gold, but I can't help it, I don't respect thieves nor liars. They cheap and low. I refuse to have to sit and stare at my laundry while it's drying. I was very upset for rest of day that anyone would steal from poor people, that's entirely gross. I'm not going to insult animals by calling them animal names, and I'm not going to call them slimy. Of course I won't have anything to do with that slimy place again. It wasn't too crowded and I had plenty of room to do my thing. The part that wasn't my favorite... was everything was operated using a specific card from this place. You have to load it with money, no coins, and no credit cards will operate the machines. You cannot get money back off the card if you don't use it all. Some people might like this system, but its not my thing. I had to get help several times because the card wouldn't work. Other than that, it was a nice place and close to gas, food, banking, and 360 highway.
