Stonewalled in Memphis (the one on Hwy 64) and then numerous calls to Richmond home number, including from the mechanic who fixed the brakes, produced no cooperation to pay the extra amount. It was well out of their 90 day warranty window due to my daughter's health problems which required hospitalization. In no way did they inspect the brakes because they would have found the salt damage.I would go to AutoNation instead.

My thing is this: If a customer is paying you their hard earned money please do all you can to sell them reliable transportation.
