Great experience with No Worries Tiling. They gave us a very fair price to install a backsplash with a cool geometric design. Eddie was super responsive and he was able to get the job done on our tight schedule. We love the look of the backsplash! Do note that if you are doing a mosaic type backsplash, definitely double check how much tile you need to account for a slightly higher than average amount of waste. Eddie helped us out with an odd job that we were struggling finding help with. They were super patient, easy to work with, flexible with our weird schedule, and Mario's work was immaculate. Long story short, we found out that the house flippers had tiled in our dishwasher so we couldn't get it out for repair. Unfortunately, the feet were fixed on it, so we couldn't even try adjusting it. We only needed a few tiles taken out and then restored once we got a new dishwasher (with adjustable feet this time). I thought it'd be difficult to schedule up between our dishwasher installers and No Worries, but Eddie at no worries was flexible and helpful. Mario, who did the tiles, showed up a few days prior to take the tiles out, then came again once we had the appliance installed to repair them. And his work is stunning. I'm sure my husband has posted a review elsewhere, and thought I'd posted one, but it seems to have disappeared. Are they the cheapest game in town? No. But the service and quality of work still made me feel like it was great value for money. We had large format tiles put in throughout every inch of flooring in our house. My only regret is that we didn't do it before we moved in. But they did help move the big stuff and maybe your project won't be the whole house at once. With five cats and two humans working from home, it was a tough 10 days. Would have been less if we were moving things, trying to find places to put stuff, and didn't have a refrigerator fail the week before. They were so good that I hired them to do our guest bathroom (where we'd just fired another contractor) and next year I hope to do our primary bath shower tiling with them. They start when they say they're going to start, are organized, and very hard working folks. My only recommendation for others is to hire movers (unless you're young and frugal), specify how many people will be on the job each day, and hire a professional cleaner afterwards. They are good about protecting stuff, but it will be dusty for a week or two afterwards (we did have them take out our existing tile). We also changed A/C filters and have other air filters throughout the house which helped. If there was one thing I wish we had done it would be spraying for ants before laying new tile, but they were too fast for us. Thanks Eddie & the whole No Worries crew. My wife and I were in the process of having our kitchen completely remodeled and we contacted No Worries Tiling to install a kitchen backsplash and to repair some flooring. We learned in the past that the real measure of a contractor is how they deal with the occasional setbacks. We had No Worries Tiling do the tile in one room in February 2023. Eddie, the estimator and owner, and Christopher, the tiler, were easy to work with and had great communications. The whole experience went smoothly, even with a "could have been major" setback. We had gotten a deal on some larger format (40"x40") tile. When Christopher picked up the tile, we discovered after unloading that the forklift operator ran into a few of the boxes and broke the tiles. The tile company immediately credited us for the broken tile, but since it was on clearance, there were no more tiles to be had. We had ordered extra, but the loss of the tiles meant that it was very close. We worked with Christopher to come up with a plan and a back up plan, just in case. He came out to make sure his two guys had everything set up. They were running 15 minutes plus minutes late - but I knew that before hand because I got a call sharing they were stopping by Home Depot. They showed up when they said they would.
