Our guide Katie was a rockstar. My daughter was really nervous about the trip and she kept her at ease and did an amazing job of guiding us down the River and keeping us all in the boat. My husband and I did the Upper Klamath. Several runs of class 4, many more class 2 and 3. Our guides, Paul and Tanner, were fantastic. (Tanner captained the other boat and gave the "paddle talk" at the beginning of the trip.) These were potentially dangerous stretches of river, and I felt that I was in competent hands every minute. I had a lot of fun rafting on the Rogue River with Noah's River Adventures. Nick was our guide and he was funny and worked hard to get us to laugh, but he also earned our trust and respect by giving us us our directions in a very clear and calm fashion. I felt safe the entire trip and I appreciate Nick's professionalism. The river is amazingly beautiful, and there are some class 3 and 4 rapids that are lots of fun to navigate, along with some smooth sections of the river as well. We got splashed several times, however it was an awful lot of fun. During the slower parts of the river, there is time to look at the breathtaking scenery and wildlife. We saw several different kinds of birds, and we learned about the geological history of the area as well. Highly recommended. read more

I will likely never get it together to organize a camping trip, because even packing a lunch requires patience and planning skills I barely possess. And that should make it evident enough that going river rafting is not something I'd ever expect to be able to do. But with Noah's River Adventures, all you have to know how to do is make a phone call and the rest is taken care of. All of the equipment, guidance, precautions and LUNCH STUFFS are provided for you. I came with 29 kids (13 year olds) on a school trip and we all went merrily down the rapids. Even the wimps were challenging each other to water splashing duels by the end. The Rogue River course that we went on was varied and beautiful, with rapids from class 1 to 4. It was really an excellent way to spend a full day in the sun, in the water, and with great company. I highly recommend taking a day out of your regularly scheduled life and letting Noah's Adventures show you how it's done! read more

We just got off the Rogue River, after our 1/2 day adventure, which included my 11 year daughter and both my parents who are in their seventies. It is challenging for us to agree on activities we all can enjoy. This trip was perfect! Our guide Larry was perfect sharing his knowledge of the geological wonders of this beautiful land and the animals that are a part of it. He made sure we understood all the safety actions in case of an unexpected river mishap. We felt safe and secure the and he had us laughing throughout the entire trip. So much fun!!! Our Girl Scout trip takes a long trip every couple of years, and when the trip goes near Ashland we make a point of river rafting with Noah's. Great guides, good food - overall a really nice day on the river. Today we went with Brad and Joaquin. Felt very safe the whole trip, and had a blast. One small rapids we were allowed to jump off of the boat. Some of us floated down river a bit too quickly for Brad to catch us. But Joaquin was able to catch up quickly, pulling us in before the next rapids. Then we got to change boats mid river - the girls loved it! Great day on the river with Noah's River Adventures! A group of us are performing in a show at the Shakespeare company (OSF) and spent our day off enjoying the beautiful scenery and holding on tight and paddling hard through the rapids. The guides were fun, friendly, informative and professional. We had a nice couple of class 3-4 rapids to get the blood and adrenaline pumping and a nice beach side snack provided by the company. Fresh hummus, veggies, pico de gallo, chips, ice tea, water and cookies. Equipment was in good condition and the ride to and from Ashland was quick and easy. Had a wonderful time rafting the Klamath river with Noah's. Our family (including 3 young teens) was the only boat for the day, and the Noah's team made us feel like royalty with personal, friendly service. Our main guide, Ryan, was a blast - funny and shared a wealth of knowledge about the scenery and the wildlife, not to mention taking a bunch of whitewater neophytes down gorgeous class 4 rapids with ease. We were also joined by guides Atya and Will, who were a pleasure to meet and chat with. Pam the shuttle driver navigated the dicey backroads to the put-in and take-out so smoothly that I had a bit of a nap on the way home. Our family of 4 (two adults, 2 kids under age 10) just had a wonderful experience with Noah's River Adventures. We did the 1/2 day white water rafting trip down the Rogue River and it had all the makings of a great experience for the whole family from the ease of booking through the final drop off back in downtown Ashland: experienced guides, flat water for refreshing river dips, small rapids to get the kids used to it, a few Class IV rapids for the adrenaline junkies, a break in a gorgeous spot for a delicious lunch (they called it a "snack" but it was HUGE and I certainly need not have brought along our sandwiches), and lots of humor and good stories. Our driver, Levi, who was also one of two guides, added a fantastic commentary full of local history and fun facts. Our raft guide on the River, Cami, could not have been nicer. Super experienced and able to reassure my 7 year old when she was nervous, Cami guided us through those Class IVs with all the calm of one who's been rafting since she was a teenager. The attention to safety and hygiene protocols during the current circumstances was impressive, from distancing in the bus, to mask wearing, to wearing gloves when handling the food. In addition, the thorough safety talk before we got in the rafts was really well done. We'd recommend Noah's to anyone considering a rafting trip while visiting Ashland. We will certainly use them again if we're ever back here but next time we'll do the full day trip! read more

Our family went on the scenic river float. Our guide was Levi. We were accompanied by guide Steve and another family. We had a wonderful time. I am a gluten intolerant, vegetarian. The guides did a great job of providing fresh veggies, watermelon, crackers, dips and cookies. They went the extra mile of providing gluten free crackers and even a gluten free dessert. My teenage daughter and I went on a scenic river float with Noah's, though she would have preferred a more exciting white water trip. Given that the guides pretty much live and breathe white water rafting, I would suggest going for that option if you can. Though they treat our "lazy river" style trip as almost a day off, they still worked very hard for us. We didn't have to paddle the rafts, though daughter and a few others enjoyed paddling separate inflatable kayaks for more to do. A delicious and healthy snack was provided under a pop-up shade (chips, veggies, etc. with hummus and salsa, watermelon, cookies, and drinks). We really appreciated Paul's knowledge of the river, and his and other guides' positive and helpful attitudes. The ladies at the downtown office were super helpful and informative, too! read more
