Well, she hooked them up and they're so much smoother compared to when I walked in. She did a great job with the polish as well. The nice thing about her setup is it's only one person in the space at a time if you're thinking about COVID precautions or just need a respite to quiet your mind after a long day. I don't always love to talk, but Racquel was easy to talk to and I really enjoyed it. I've definitely found my new place to get my nails done.

The pedicure chairs seem to be quite new, and have an excellent massage feature. The pedicure is thorough and gentle. The regular pedi includes paraffin on your heel. The manicure is also very through and includes a paraffin dip. I added a few minutes of a chair massage at $2/minutes and it was WORTH IT! I cannot recommend this place more strongly. Parking isn't great, but there is a lot on Dupont St, just a few steps away.

I went here with my friend and I payed $50 plus tip to get a gel set with a simple design on two…read morenails. At first I was very happy with the service, but within two days I could tell that one of the nails was not cured all the way through. It started to lift off my nail and get a bubble. The bubble then popped, and I could see wet gel polish underneath. For those of you that do not know this, this is VERY dangerous! It can cause your body to develop an allergy to gel polish and destroy your nails. I went back later that day to show them the issue, and they told me they would fix it. I expected them to take off the polish that was there, clean up the wet gel polish, and redo the nail. Instead, she just painted over the bubble, adding more wet gel into the hole and making a huge bump on my nail. When I get home I ended up just taking the whole nail off. And as I expected, there was wet gel underneath. I am so disappointed since I thought that this would be my next go to place, but I put my nail health over a good deal any day.

Today marks two weeks and I don't have a single chip, and there is no lifting anywhere. I'll be going back soon!
