    Shakereto in Cat Cup
    Yutin Z.

I stopped by for a coffee before work and the cups they have are so cute! I got a shakereto with milk in a cat cup! The cup was $1.50 more but 100% worth it!! I will definitely be back for a bear cup as well! The coffee itself was great as well. Nice coffee flavor, not too sweet, and creamy! The service here was great as well! The staff was very patient while I was deciding what to order and very helpful when answering questions.

Ordered coconut boba... it was good but not worth the price adding $1 for a reusable bottle. A drink was almost $10. It is better off to walk 5 minutes to Chinatown to variety of boba shops with lower price.

    Strawberry boba and ube boba
    Brooke C.

This place is so cute! I loved that they had fun drink containers for purchase in the shape of a bear or duck for just a dollar each. I got a strawberry boba and an ube boba. The strawberry was delicious but ube did not taste good. I also got the prosciutto sandwich which was good. Overall I think the strawberry boba in the fun container was the best and I would recommend in

    Original Bubble Waffle

Noble Castella is located at High Street Place. I ordered the bubble waffle (roughly $9 with tax) which fell short of expectations. It was overly sweet because of the powdered sugar & sweet syrup. Considering the quality of the desert, I personally thought it was a bit overpriced. Service was very friendly and kind. They allowed us to get two forks to share the desert.

Mango boba (with green tea boba) and Thai tea boba
    Emily Q.

This place says that they are selling boba but it's actually Crystal boba that they are selling. It was almost $20 for these two drinks. It also tastes very powdery, the Thai tea doesn't taste like authentic Thai tea. I would rather walk to Chinatown and go to teado or even tiger sugar than drink this. Also it's too sweet, even though I drink boba almost everyday.

Was excited to try this new bakery. We got original, red velvet and matcha castella cake slices. The flavors were good but they all appeared to be under-baked.

Really cool and unusual desserts, snacks and pastries. Had a very fresh cannoli and a muffin previously.

They have three tablet kiosks for self-ordering, and it's an intuitive UI, so the process was simple. Once I made my decision from their extensive list of options and combinations, it took me maybe 2 minutes from start to finish to build and submit my order. I ordered a large taro milk tea and it was everything I had hoped for. Flavorful, not too sweet, and the tapioca was a wonderful consistency. My only thing was that it was so busy and loud that the staff were unable to continuously call out when orders were complete, or you couldn't hear them. I eventually went up to the bar, noticed my drink had been sitting a few minutes, yelled over, "This is mine, thanks!!" Smiled, and then grabbed it. Beyond that? It was absolutely a great experience.

For most palates, it might even be a bit too bitter. According to the shop, they use matcha from Harima Garden播磨園, Uji宇治. The texture was also very smooth. Ube Soft Served Ice Cream: After seeing the annual "Art in Bloom", I felt the taro flavor was more suitable for the blooming flowers of spring. Spring should be sweet, not bitter! It also had a very pure and natural flavor, not too sweet, but very fragrant. Its texture was a bit smoother than the matcha one. I'd love to try the parfait and drinks next time! However, you need to pick up your food at the counter yourself, and it gets crowded and chaotic on weekends.

I enjoy getting their cold cut banh mi with extra butter and pate! I like that their baguettes are not too thick and are quite flaky. The bread to filling ratio is perfect each bite. Every time I visit, I always get a cold cut banh mi, nem, and sugarcane juice or an iced coffee. Super quick service. The line can seem daunting at times, especially in the early morning or lunch time but I promise it does move fast!

It's street parking and in 90+ degrees weather in August, they had no air conditioning. Waiting for my food order made it uncomfortable and very frustrating. Banh mi was mediocre at best and nothing special. Com tom was meh. Beef jerky was super tough, not thin enough to tear and just had a sweet and spicy glaze on it sprinkled with sesame seeds. Vietnamese coffee was strong but not sweet enough. The establishment is packed with foods packed and ready to go. They need to add sell by dates or packed on dates to assure quality control on the prepackaged foods. There's really no prices on anything either. With all of the prepackaged foods and no AC, it scares me a bit that the food would spoil in the heat so I tried to pick things that I knew would be somewhat made to order. I don't recommend this establishment and I wouldn't return as there are plenty of other places with better food.
