I went to Noble Dental Care on 1/7/26 after seeing the practice/business advertise on social media. I was doing thorough research on finding a new dental home that was Black-Owned and truly cared about the needs of the patient while providing exceptional and high-quality care. I had a crazy December 2025 and truly went through it with a prior Dental Office which caused me to have tooth extracted and a cavity that was acknowledged but never treated. Prior to my appointment at Noble Dental Care I originally booked my appointment for February 2026 to give myself time to recover from my prior extractions and medical condition from the former dental work done. I was experiencing pain I thought was referred pain and TMJ. Prior to my appointment I received several phone calls from Noble Dental Care ensuring everything was set in place for my appointment from the nature of my visit, concerns, down to the billing. The day of my appointment I was greeted with by the bubbly front desk receptionists, who were professional and transparent about payments and obtaining on the spot text receipts of what I paid prior to services being started. The billing/financial advise was very honest with me and suggested for me not to be concerned about the other services I was seeking to have a consultation for as I needed a necessary root canal to prevent further infection on a tooth sitting on top of a nerve. I love how my health and well-being as a patient came first, and I was not pushed to have services performed that were not dire or necessary for my care that day. I have found my new dental care home! Dental Hygienist Samantha was a true star and gem when it came to taking my X-rays and cleaning, to my surprise she confirmed the prior office I went to did not do a great job. Samantha was so patient and kind with me as I was experiencing difficulty with opening my mouth because I was experiencing jaw clicking and popping. Samantha took her time and ensured the procedures would leave me with minimal pain and discomfort. I had the BEST cleaning and polishing of my teeth by Samantha / Noble Dental Care. My teeth looked like shiny pearl earrings just glistening and gleaming! Samantha was even able to show/tell me I had suspicious areas of concern that the Dentist would go over with me. My gum health was great considering I had localized perio from a prior tooth that was extracted and I did not have gum disease or evidence of it. Dr. Theresa Eliscar was the most professional a knowledgeable Dentist I ever had in my 30-something years of life! Dr. Eliscar is guru and really cares about her patients with a great sense of humor! Dr. Eliscar was able to detect an infection on a tooth I was told I needed a cavity to be refilled which to my surprise was sitting on a nerve that was causing me so much discomfort. Dr. Eliscar is true meaning of Black Excellence!!! Dr. Eliscar's knowledge and expertise got me whipped back into shape and out of the amount of pain and discomfort I was in for almost 30 days! The nerve on the infected tooth was removed and prepped for an upcoming root canal and the tooth was infused with medicine that smells and tastes like cloves! Cloves is a natural remedy most POC use for all sorts of alignment, which has led me to sip on some clove tea in between the meds prescribed to me. Dr. Eliscar allowed me to take breaks in between my procedure and time out procedures and protocols were followed at this office to ensure I as the patient did not have an adverse reaction. I'm still recovering but this office is truly amazing and a blessing. I had so many X-rays + CT scans performed by different providers prior, and Nobel Dental PC was able to detect an infection on a tooth with a cavity that was sitting on top of a nerve! I was in so much pain and discomfort for the month of December 2025 into the new year. The Dentist, Hygenist, Support Staff, and Receptionists here are truly amazing. Dr. Eliscar even was able to adjust my bite temporarily to prevent further discomfort and complications. This Dental Office is the epitome of Black Excellence! read more

Its been a while i feel since my last cleaning and my soul felt like i needed a new dentist. This time my search did not begin on my trusty yelp but on google. I found this location and something just felt right. Looked it up on a Tuesday and booked my appointment for the next day. They called me early Wednesday to confirm and do a little intake. The staff at the front just ah-amazing over the phone and in person. When I arrived they handed me a little welcome to the practice bag and it was very thoughtfully done. No more little flimsy plastic bags but a nice canvas tote with some dental equipment and a choice of hand sani or an eos lip balm. on to the service, this definitely felt like the best cleaning that i got in my life. There's no getting around the danger of taking off your mask indoors during a pandemic, so major props to anyone working in a dental office right now. They've stayed open, following strict guidelines with only one patient at a time, to minimize any patients being exposed unmasked to any other patients. The staff here are surprisingly good natured about the whole thing. Friendly receptionists who remember you and are totally competent in every way. Excellent dentists and hygienists who do their best to make what can be an unpleasant experience as easy as possible. I moved up from FL in May and needed a tooth pulled. After having a terrible experience at a different dentist getting my tooth pulled, I decided I needed a new dentist ASAP. I made an appointment for Monday at Noble after walking by the office, but come Friday I was in serious pain. I stopped in and said "I know my appointment isn't until Monday, but my other dentist won't help me and it's hurting really bad" They were able to squeeze me in within 20 minutes. Dr. Quartey patiently listened to me explain my situation, and was able to flush out the hole and provide some relief. (I had a dry socket from the removal) She even kept my appointment for Monday to do another round of flushing and relief. The entire staff was incredibly nice and welcoming, they have flat screen TVs in every room with Netflix, Hulu, etc so you can watch what you want. Waiting room is very comfortable. Hello I just had a appointment at Noble Dental and ut was outstanding. First they are following all covid guidelines. Second the front staff is friendly, professional and explained everything thoroughly. The assistants in the back were gentle and nice. This dentist is modern, clean and full of vibrant and friendly staff. My first visit was a couple weeks ago for my semi-annual cleaning. From the moment I stepped in, until the moment, I left there was great customer service. The team kept the environment light hearted, while taking the time to explain to me all that was happening in my mouth. They even have this tiny camera that takes pictures of your teeth! After my cleaning, Ryan took his time to explain to me how much the work I needed done would cost and why. He is very personable and patient. Today I returned to get two cavities filled. I've never had a dentist's office in my life that I love this much. Either their admin staff remembers me every time (unlikely), or they're just extremely personable and treat every client like a friend. At other dentists, I feel like I'm on trial if I have a cavity, but here, the staff responds to everything with genuine empathy. During my last cleaning, I mentioned extreme sensitivity in my gums, and rather than berate me for not flossing enough, both the hygienist and the dentist suggested some treatment plans and asked if I'd like to see their periodontist. I love being treated like I'm a human being trying to fit dental care into a busy schedule, rather than a sentient mouth that stupidly forgets to floss. They're also really humane about costs. I can't remember a dentist ever asking me if the price was okay before going ahead with a treatment or procedure before I came to Noble. One time Noble accidentally overcharged me and they got a check with the difference to me ASAP. I just can't say enough good things about them. Pretty simple digital check-in and it's especially fast when you reserve via Zoc Doc. Didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes for me to go in for a 5pm appointment on a Tuesday. After going through what seemed like a maze of halls/ offices, I was situated in a room with a chair that had a TV mounted with the news on. The tech took 20 minutes to take my X-Rays which I suppose was ok since my mouth was numb from biting down so many times - it was more her smell that was bothering me I think. Tricia Quartey, the DDS however was nice and pleasant. I wasn't very chatty because of a long day but I heard that she had to sort of give recommendations to the same assistant, so it was pretty clear she wasn't responsible for the hiring nor the training. Everyone please be aware this is a Scam! i just moved to Brooklyn and decided to change my dentist so made an appointment and confirmed they take my insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield). due date i waited for hours as they were busy and i was the last person they saw no issue here. please know i gave them all needed informations weeks before so they can contact the insurance and sort things out. Go to NOBLE DENTAL CARE! I had a horrible experience with another dentist and went to Noble Dental Care in a panic. Their service was 5-star from my first phone call. They listened to my concerns and fears without judgement, fit me in right away, and took care of me. I felt so comfortable and at home with everyone on the staff. The office waiting room is big and nice, and they had TVs in the exam rooms so you could relax. Everything was very low pressure and the dentist was very thorough. Everyone in the office is so warm and friendly. I've avoided the dentist because of past traumatic experiences and would have rather been kicked in the face repeatedly than go to the dentist. Dr. Quartey listened to my concerns, helped allay my anxiety, and was so thoughtful and gentle. OK, listen. I didn't want to write this review, because at heart, I am a selfish, greedy creature and I don't want to have to wait for appointments or struggle to get in touch with Dr. Quartey or her super excellent awesome staff. But karma is real, and the folks at Noble Dental Care have not only been consistently respectful, but super friendly and down-to-earth. The vibe is really positive, and it seems like everyone there really likes working there -- and they remember you! It goes beyond a great vibe and a friendly staff, though. They go above and beyond in so many ways (shout out to Alyssa) that I'm really not going to list here because seriously you're going to come up in my dentist's office and make appointments too hard to get. But I will say that everybody at Noble Dental makes me feel like a VIP. After a savage butcher dentist (with ham hands that smelled like cigarettes) at a different practice botched the hell out of a crown on one of my incisors (incisor? bicuspid? I forget, but it's prominent and in the front but not one of my actual front teeth), I was like "get this gorilla-pawed beast away from me" and started researching other dentists. And the angels sang and little rainbows fell from the sky and tiny unicorns pranced, because I found me some Dr. Quartey. Dr. Quartey cleaned my chompers, and when it became apparent that this front-tooth-crown savagery could not be salvaged (the gotdamb thing actually broke on a gummy bear -- crown, what was left of the tooth, and all), Dr. Quartey found a way to get me in the next day and fixed me up with a very convincing fake tooth *the same day* until I could get my implant (which for me was about a year-and-change process because I had to get a bone graft and wait for my tax return, because you know how dental insurance do). I used to need Xanax to go to the dentist -- no joke. The anxiety was real. I'd left dentists' offices crying, bleeding, my mouth tore up -- and this one time this one sadist extracted a molar BEFORE I WAS NUMB. I had dental trauma. But Dr. Quartey is not a savage or a butcher or a sadist. She is a genuinely cool, kind, calm, friendly lady with gentle hands that are not anything like ham hocks. Dr. Quartey is not trying to dig in your mouth or perform procedures you don't need. Dr. Quartey is not trying to sell you anything. Dr. Quartey just wants you to have clean, healthy teeth. Everybody on staff is super attentive and helpful. They remember that time when you really had to get out of your appointment by 3:30 because you had to catch the train to go see your mama -- when not only did they get you out by 3:15, but they ask how your mama's doing! They remember that you're teaching summer school and when you need an emergency appointment because another one of your garbage teeth broke, they totally call you when they get a cancellation and help you get it fixed way sooner than you thought would happen. Again, I write this review with deep hesitation, because I don't want y'all to come here taking up all the good appointment slots. But in the almost two years I've been seeing her/she's been managing all my dental foibles and disasters like a boss, Dr. Quartey and her staff have taken really good care of me, so here you go. Noble Dental Care is the dopest dental office in Brooklyn. And they're right across the street from a pretty decent-sized bougie Park Slope grocery store, so once so once your teefs are all pearly, you can get a snack. read more

Just don't! This office starts out really strong but after you begin your dental process with them, good luck on getting any help afterwards. I have to call and email multiple times to get any help or to schedule a follow up appointment. After an extraction, I was concerned that I had an infection, it took 5 days to hear back and even then it felt like I was annoying the staff with my request. It's my mouth! To them this type of concern is likely everyday but to patients they should understand that it's very important and follow up is pretty customary. My insurance has reached out to them for weeks to determine the tooth number for the extraction. It's August, my extraction was in June. When I call, the actual office employees are really nice but lack professional follow up and seem to not be able to answer simple billing or scheduling requests in real time. The contracted phone service people however are awful, like really awfullllll! It's 2021 why isn't booking an appointment online by now anyway? Dr. Quartey is kind and has strong bedside manner and Dr. Narain has been great throughout my dental process but the in between and lack of follow up from the team honestly negates how good they are. I cannot tell you how much I love this office and everyone who works there. I have zero anxiety whenever I go because the entire staff is so welcoming and fun. I just got a tooth implant, and it is a long process, but Dr. Quartey was always readily available to answer my questions and see me immediately if anything felt off or needed adjustment. Dr. Narain did a great job with the implant and I had minimal pain. The front desk staff and dental hygienists are the best as well. I can't give enough positive feedback for this staff. Dr. Quartey is friendly, polite, and her office is beautiful. However, honestly, I feel that this is a rich people dentist, and I am not a rich person. The doctor will not compromise on price at all!!! Even for cash payments. Even if paid in full. I had seen Dr. Quartey approximately four-five times when I approached her about an Invisalign consultation. She told me the consultation would be $100. I did not get that consultation as I was able to schedule 5 free consultations with other dentists. In discussing my root canal crown, I asked for a break in price and she said something to the effect of accepting my UFT insurance is already like a price break. She said it was something like her charitable contribution. I was kind of offended. I know I'm not as wealthy as most of her Park Slope clientele, but I'm not exactly a charity case either. Furthermore, because I loved her personality, her gentle touch, the beautiful office and non-existent wait-time, I recommended her to three friends, one of which brought her two kids. So in total, I got Dr. Quartey 5 new clients. And still, I did not get any kind of a price break. Instead, I got Starbucks gift cards. Anyway, because my charity-inspiring UFT insurance pays for four cleanings a year, I got my teeth cleaned every three months. When I went to the dentist who did my Invisalign, he asked when the last time I got my teeth cleaned was. I told him it has been less than three months, and he could not believe it because of all the tartar buildup on my teeth. Its true that this cleaning was not as gentle and painless as Dr. Quartey's. But now I understand that the gentleness and painlessness come with a not-so-through cleaning. I agree with everything everyone else has said and more. I am so skeptical about dentists as a whole. By other dentists, I've had unnecessary work done, been overcharged, and left with bloody gums, the whole nine yards, so I am always terrified of what my dental experience is going to be like. Dr. Quartey is different from any dentist I've ever met. It feels like you have a friend who happens to be a dentist, so you know they will be nice and gentle and won't overcharge you and will only give you honest advice. Except, she's my dentist and I only just met her. That's the best way to describe it. She lets you watch what you want and interacts with you and the tv, so the appointment flies by. We also talked about running, and based on the reviews I've read (and my husband's appointment with her), it seems like she finds a way to connect to patients somehow. Also, I have no insurance and she had a great special for new patients and her prices in general are lower than I've found elsewhere. No wait time and nice, clean office. The best dental experience I've had to date hands down. The staff was super friendly (and not a fake kind of customer service way they really seemed to enjoy their jobs and make you feel welcome) Best of all you watch TV at your chair and they even give you a remote! The Assistant, The Dentist and I all were making jokes about the Maury show...it was fun but in a way that never felt unprofessional for a second, they were SOOOOOO fast and efficient. The assistant doing X-Rays was lightning fast and gentle, and the cleaning done by Dr. Quartey was so gentle and seemed so fast. I saw Dr. Quartey for the first time in January. I'd been looking for a good dentist in Park Slope, and happened upon her website. I was able to fill out all of the medical forms via a secure online connection, which saved me a lot of time before I got there. I was welcomed by name, and was able to sign the necessary paperwork (e.g. the HIPPA form) on an electronic pad, as well. I love that the office is essentially totally paperless. Everyone in the office was super-friendly, from the receptionist to the hygienist to Dr. Quartey herself. I was only in for a cleaning and check-up, but received a thorough set of new x-rays at the outset. I mentioned that I had another doctor's appointment in the afternoon, and Dr. Quartey was thorough but fast, respecting my time. She was even able to get some coffee stains off my lower teeth without causing me any undue pain. The office is very clean and comfortable. The chair is large and cushioned and even has a TV on an arm in front of you. On the way out, the receptionist made my appointment for a 6-month check-up right there so I wouldn't have to call back. I'd highly recommend this dentist, and intend to keep going to this office in the future. I've never had so nice an experience getting my teeth cleaned, and really felt comfortable there. read more

Dr.Quartey and her staff are professional, efficient, and super friendly. I was impressed with the paperless online registration and easy online access to track and change appointments. The receptionist was so nice that I felt like a long term patient from my very first visit. It is so refreshing to receive such fantastic customer service. As far as services, Dr. Quartey and her assistant are professional yet fun. They make the appointment go as fast as possible (two cavities filled in 22 minutes!).
