Jamie installed a keyless lock for our front door. She was on time, texted before arrival and called to ask if she could park in our driveway. Was looking to get the insides transferred from a broken shell on a 2015 explorer to a new shell. Was told on my first trip there they didn't carry the shell, and couldnt order the shell, but I could order online and they'd swap it out when I brought it back in. I thought it was weird that they couldn't order such a common shell, but went on Amazon as they suggested and ordered one myself. Brought it back in a few days later and they looked at the broken shell once again but this time said they couldn't do it because it was a factory key that didn't open up easily and it was too difficult for them to do. They said if I got the insides out myself with a hot knife or by cracking the shell apart, they would do the swap. If i was able to take it apart, (which they couldn't do) I think I could put it back together. I told them it was a spare key, so they could try and if anything got messed up during the swap I'd still pay for it and they still told me I'd have to do itself or find someone else. Given the fact there were three people sitting around doing nothing but chatting I'd think they would at least give it a shot, but they refused. Had the very next place I got in touch with do it quickly and successfully without problems. I see from other low reviews that the owner believes the customer is always wrong if there are any issues (See other 1 star reviews for his responses) so writing this fully prepared for the inevitable snarky reply about how I'm a bad customer and how I somehow screwed up and am to blame. Update: What a shocker that you take zero accountability Shawn and blame it on me. It's my fault that I was told to buy a Shell online and bring it back when I received it and it would get swapped. It's my fault that once I purchased it and brought it in EXACTLY as I was told to do that it was decided it was too hard. It's also my fault because I'm just a "complainer" (that has actually written FAR more five star reviews on yelp than all other reviews combined.) And for the record as I said in my review, I said I would not only not complain but I would pay if the repair didn't work. That's what I literally said. You don't listen though. You like to assign blame to everyone else. The business owner is always right, that's the motto, right? Not a good way to run a business Shawn. Probably why you had three employees in the shop both times I was there and zero customers. You have a great day though yourself, buddy. My son just bought a car and it didn't come with the remote control key, only the valet key. Shawn, the owner, told me that the "remote" I had was the broken key. Looked on Yelp and requested several different quotes and this company was by far the most affordable than all the others . Not to mention they were the fastest to respond. They had someone out here less than 20 minutes after i gave my info. Took them less than 10 minutes to unlock door and had several different ways to make payments. I got several estimates for new keys (wore out) for our 2013 Durango and Noble provided a great price and would do it the next day. They did a great job and also help resolve an issue with my electronic front door of my home. However, one of the keys had an issue 74 days later but their stated warranty was only 60 days. I asked even though the 60 days were up if they would work with me to make it right. They stepped up in a big way. They came out the next day and checked out the key. There were questions if the issue was with the battery (not covered) in the key or with the car. However after reprogramming it again, the key failed to start the car but did unlock the doors. So they replaced the key on the spot at no charge even though technically they did not have to do that. That is great customer service. They won my business a couple of months ago with their price but now they have proved to me that they should be my first choice in the future because of them willing to make me a happy customer. I will gladly recommend them to family/friends, and hope others will see this and feel assured that they will step up for them also. I see that they have a few negative reviews here but I think it's very hard to really please everyone all the time and still stay in business. Some people really expect a lot but little money but don't take the time to really compare with others to realize the value they are getting. However this business will be more than fair if you have an issue and their prices are very competitive so you can feel good you are not going to be ripped off and if have an issue they will work with you to resolve it quickly and fairly. read more

So we called, they came on time. So far so good. We had lost the key to the 2000 Honda Accord . The technician came out and during the course of making us a new key. We discovered a problem with another car. The key to other car had some how broke. Leaving us only the metal blade part of the key. The plastic top part was no where to be found. unfortunately the car won't start without the plastic part, which houses the transponder. The only other thing we had was the door lock fob (or so we thought). We were in luck, the key guy was already here. He asked what the problem was and we showed him. He asked if the fob thing started the car. No, It doesn't even unlock it at the moment when the buttons are pressed. He said he had the key we needed and could cut and program it for $167. On top of the $109 we already paid for the first key. Not much choice, we said ok. Handed him the broken key blade and unlock fob. Several minutes later it was ready, he informed us. Collected the money and handed us not 1 but 2 keys . A newly cut key and our original key with the plastic head back on it and working perfectly. It turns out , our unlock fob was not a fob but the missing piece to our original key that we thought was lost. Call us dummy's but we did not make the connection of the key blade and fob....but apparently our lock guy did. But rather then point out our mistake and help us out since we did just spend $109 dollars on the first. He said nothing watched us fumble around and then happily took all the pieces we handed him. He obviously knew very well the part we were looking for was right there. Because he went to his truck, put the key back together and then made the new key. The new key being totally unnecessary because with the 2 parts put together the old key worked fine. It seems to me that since he knew the fob was the part of the key that we thought we we're missing. The honest thing to do, would be to say something. he would've said something rather just keep his mouth shut all together. Then use our original key to copy the new key, that wasn't even necessary. Collect $167 then turn and leave. His departure was pretty quick, thinking about it later. He action was unethical and totally dishonest. Not to mention a shady way to do business. And when I called back after we realized what had happened the guy that answered the phone was even worse. Hint hint if this is your company standard operating procedure. A nice place to start would be a refund of our money that we didn't need to spend on a key that we didn't need. So in our experience this company is shady and I wouldn't recommend it to anybody. You have our number and feel free to call if you would like to give us our money back. Otherwise, buyer beware I guess. lesson learned. Dishonest business practices. I had the best experience with Noble Locksmith! I was trying to get an additional key fob made for my Ford. I had gone to a Ford dealership and they had said it would be $450 to get an additional key made and programmed. Noble locksmith was able to get me an additional key and program it for $150 in under 30 minutes, and I didn't even need an appointment! They were also super responsive over text.
