The locksmith called before he arrived. The smith's name was Daniel, barely in his 20s and a young dude. He was very professional, took care of business, communicated what he was doing, and just handled it. I was very surprised for a level of conduct from him as a millennial generation kid. In the end, he changed out some lock tumblers, installed new hardware, and made new keys. Daniel represented this company well and the end product was A+ work. Very happy with the outcome. I drive for Postmates so being on time is very important. I had an order and so much going on last thing I thought about was leave my keys in ignition and then it happened I locked myself out of the car in the middle of picking up an order with two orders in the car. 9 times out of 10, I'm sure this company is just fine. God forbid something goes wrong, however, you're on your own. To start, I was given a 2 hour time frame in which someone would arrive at my car to make me a key fob. The person arrived outside of that window. Upon arrival, he said it would take him "seven minutes" to program the key. It took an hour. During that time, my battery died, which I was surprised about because the battery is still relatively new. I asked if it was already dead and I was told BY THE PERSON DOING THE JOB that no, it was because he "left it on too long". I called the Noble office and asked about a partial refund due to delayed service and the fact that my car died due to being left on too long and Shawn, who is apparently the owner, literally laughed and said I must have "misunderstood" when the guy came and said it would take 7 minutes. Which is false because I clarified with the guy that he did, in fact, mean that the entire service would take 7 minutes. The next day, I couldn't start my car because the battery was dead. A battery that previously had no issues. I called Noble again that day asking not even for a full refund, but partial and Shawn was so incredibly rude. He tried to explain to me how a car works and as someone whose dad was a mechanic and who used to change the brakes in her own Toyota Camry, I think it's safe to say I know the basics and don't need to be mansplained. He acted like it's completely impossible for a car to die from being left on. I clarified that it was left RUNNING. It was left ON. Also, regardless, the guy working on the key fob was the one that admitted fault. They took zero accountability and denied my reasonable request. Like I said, I'm sure majority of the time they're fine to work with. If anything goes wrong, however, you're left paying for crappy service and even worse treatment by the owner read more

They can't unlock "smart locks" and charge you full price anyway, saying that they can't confirm that it's a smart lock over the phone. They didn't warn of that before hand, but I should have asked before hand I guess.. I assumed a lock Smith would be prepared for different kinds of locks without breaking the actual lock. The only way to tell if it's a smart lock is a pin hole directly to the left of the key hole. I could understand a convince fee of half price or confirming the type of lock through a photo since we all have smart phones anyway. But if you're prepared to throw out the 70$ it's worth the risk. When i called they said they charge whether it gets fixed or not, the rep was nice and he explained it well but it's still a bummer to pay full price. read more

I called Noble Locksmith early one morning to discuss rekeying several locks thoughout our home. The company kept me informed by text as to when a technician would arrive. They also informed me that the technician would text me when he was on the way to our home from the previous job. As promised, Daniel arrived at our home in the scheduled timeframe. Once we discussed what needed to be done, Daniel got right to work and quickly rekeyed 4 locks, made copies of keys, and had to even "pick" a lock for which we didn't have a key. In sum, Daniel flawlessly performed all tasks and he left us with two keys to our home's entry doors instead of carrying around 5 keys. If you need locksmith services, call Noble. Walked in today to get a spare key made for my 2012 charger. Staff were friendly and were able to help me right away. Theyre good at what they do and had me out of there with my new Key fob and skeleton key in about 15 minutes id say. I contacted about 10 lock smiths that make duplicate keys for the keyless entry and go for the 2012 charger, of all the ones i contacted their price was pretty good compared to 95% of them , the other ones had a lower price but i wasnt sure about their quality based on reviews so i decided to pay the extra 20$ and go to Noble. In the end i walked out with my new key for under 150 , something that the dealer would of charged 250ish to do and would of taken hours. Id recommend them to anyone considering this business. 10/10 read more

I lost my car key from Mercedes E350 2008. My husband ordered Shawn service, he made new key after 5hours works. But in 5 days the key car didn't run. We ordered Noble service again, but he said that car is broken. Later dealership said us, that engine is broken because of using non original key. You can't use non original keys with this model of car. Why Shawn didn't said us about that and started to make the key, I don't know. And the most problem that Shawn is ignoring my husband emails now. We are planning to go to court, but Noble service refuses to provide us documents, which improve that we used his service. We paid 400$ cash and didn't get any statement. All our expenses for repairing car are 2100$ and I think that if you make service you take responsibilities for your work results. Ignoring problems is not the solving problems. Hope nobody have the same situation, I'm really upset, it's very big expenses for our family. read more
