My first contact with Noble was by phone, when I had the good fortune to talk to Daniel about the fact that my ignition lock in my car had frozen and I was barely able to put a key in there to get home. They initially couldn't come for the original time frame and rescheduled. I had a roof rack box with a broken and twisted key inside. It wasn't an easy fix. Back at the end of January I was impressed with the quick responce in my need for a replacement key fob remote for my old BMW, this one even had a replaceable battery, sweet ! In less than 90 days with only occasional weekend use it failed. Only 60 day warranty, these keys are not cheap so I was disappointed. The owner did reach out to me to discuss the issue and give me options. I was finally able to get the remote to work again by following a youtube video on re programming the key. Shall see if this happens again. read more
