I had such a pleasant experience, I had to write a review (which I rarely do). Cassie communicated via text all pertinent information regarding the programming of my key fobs. She gave me all possible answers to the many issues that can occur when you bring in your own fobs (they were purchased new from Amazon). I called to confirm that they had a technician available. I arrived and gave them my old key and the 2 new ones. Lily had them programmed in less than 5 minutes time. I requested that she cut the door keys in case the remote batteries died. She went to do so and discovered that the key was a blank. Unfortunately, she did not have the tool to cut it but she told me that if I were to go to the dealer and show them the registration and my license, they should give me the code to allow them to cut the door key. I decided to go straight to the dealer who was closest and soon I had the code (the dealer did charge me for the code). I called Noble and asked if I could come right back and have the keys cut. They said of course. I now have 3 sets of keys for my vehicle for under $150. The dealership wanted over $700. They were so nice and friendly and I really appreciated dealing with such a professional people. read more

I was unfortunate enough to lock myself out of my 4th floor condo at midnight. Exhausting all options, I called Locked Out Helpers. Shawn arrived at my home within 20 minutes of my call. He tried several techniques to gain entry, and after several crafty attempts, was able to gain entry to my home. To eliminate the chance of this ever happening again, Shawn offered to source and install a new entry lock/handle assembly within a couple days of my lock-out. He did not tell me to go to Home Depot, he shouldered the search and offered ideas to save me money. For anyone in need of an expert locksmith, I would absolutely recommend Shawn. He was knowledgable, personable, and dedicated to doing the job right. His prices were compelling; I expected to pay top-dollar for an after-hours emergency call, and for the subsequent housecall for installation of my new lock/handle. I highly recommend Shawn with Noble Locksmith. He replied immediately to my email even though it was late at night (what amazing service is that!), answered a ton of questions, and was able to fit me in the the very next day. He gave me a two hour window and texted me when on his way, and got here at the beginning of the window which was perfect. He was done with the work in about twenty minutes. His price out the door for everything was half of what Toyota was going to charge, and Shawn included a 10% discount for active military. He came to my house so that price is even a better bargain for the convenience of mobile service. On top of that, I would have had to wait a week for Toyota to get parts in and Shawn already had them in stock. Highly recommended. Due to the fact that I drive a Convertable and my glove box was locked had no other way in but to pop the lock. Called two other companies before who "had to make a key" to pop a lock....litterly all I needed done costing be from 175 minumum just for the drive over to 300$ on the other. Well due to lack of income and living paycheck to paycheck that just wasn't going to happen as my bank account only had 50 bucks and some odd change. Called these guys as a recomedation from a friend and they where more than willing to work with what I had. So few business are willing to work with a struggling 24 year old. came to Noble Locksmith on recommendation of a friend. i had not looked at their reviews until after i went there and their 4.9 rating is easily deserved. they were easily contacted, 2 convenient locations, and open and available on a Sunday (!!!). i was helped by Sean who i believe is the owner and his associate ?Daryl? (sorry i didn't get his name but he was GREAT!) they went out of their way to help me with a difficult auto fob program/rekey and did a great job at less than 1/2 what the dealer would have charged me. furthermore, they were very kind about answering my questions about the business of locksmithing and entertaining me while i waited. while i was stressed out about having to get a new key and the cost, they made it about as pleasant and hassle free as such an endeavor can be.
