I only get gel nail polish when I get my nails done. I stopped in to Noble today to get my nails painted and I left with a big smile. They were all so nice to me. They made me feel so special. I paid $32 for a gel manicure. Hot wax, multiple back and arm massages, they even helped me put on my coat. I left a $9 tip because of how impressed I was. Definitely going back! I have gone here a few times and it went from 'nothing special' to 'not coming back' pretty quickly. The woman who appears to be the owner or manager is mean/rude and the last time I went they charged me $5 to remove the gel manicure that they put on a few weeks prior (and that I paid a higher rate for the gel manicure in the first place). I stopped going after that. My friend went last week and they forgot to take the lotion completely off her toes before they painted them...her nails smudged when she got home and she had to remove it all. I stopped going here for years after the PREVIOUS female owners demeanor but came in today on a whim and was pleasantly surprised to find out that there are new owners (for almost the past two years-oops!) and the services themselves were great. I got at least 5 back massages which are a huge plus but that aside, they paid close attention to detail during my mani/pedi, are extremely clean and the service providers are so professional and personable. Prices are comparable to other nail salons in the area but the service is truly beyond anything I ever expected. I will only go here from now on! Highly recommend! read more

Worst nail salon I have ever been to! The tools are dirty and are used on everybody without cleaning them. After the parafin wax was used on me I saw them put the wax in a bag to save it so they could remelt it. They ask you to soak your fingers in nail polish remover, then use a funnel to put it right back in the bottle to use on someone else. I asked for a callus remover during my pedicure and the guy told me it was too busy and I couldn't get it because it takes an extra 5 minutes. If I'm a paying customer I should be able to get whatever services I request. The male and female Asians are rude and are looking for anyway to save a penny even if it's at our expense. They should literally be shut down by health inspectors. NEVER AGAIN!!! read more

I really wanted to love Noble Nails & Spa because their employees are so nice, however, the nails were little to be desired. I stopped into Noble before a weekend vacation to get a gel mani/pedi. I paid $65 for both ($32 for the gel mani, $33 for the pedi.) My pedicure was great, it was super relaxing and they were able to work around my leggings (I wasn't planning on stopping in!) My manicure was just OK. They trimmed and filed my nails, used a hot stone, paraffin wax, and lotion. I left the salon with great nails! However, one day later, I noticed my gel was peeling. By the time I got back from my trip (3 days after the manicure), all of my gels had peeled off. I have never experienced this before. I was very disappointed that I paid for a $30 gel manicure that should have lasted two weeks and it only lasted three days. My own nail polish at home lasts way longer then that. I will be sticking with my normal nail salon in Newington. read more

When I moved to Bristol a few months ago, one of the first things I needed to find was a good quality nail place. Noble is it! Their manicures, both regular and gel are FABULOUS and their pedicures are wonderful. The themed ones are average price, but their basics are fine. Several shoulder and neck massages are given throughout your treatment. The movies played are always fun to watch during your experience. I absolutely love this place! read more

I was not impressed at all, I expected much more for a $30 pedicure, and won't be returning. The pedicure lasted maybe 20 minutes, they barely massaged my feet and legs, they used the hot stone on my legs for literally one minute. It's not like they were super busy, two people getting manicures, two other people getting pedicures, and there was nobody in line behind me. The pedicure was okay, but they didn't take off all the nail polish I had on when I walked in, before applying the new color and you can see bits of the old color through. The best things about it were the warm shoulder pad they put on when you're in the pedi chair and the aprox. 3 minute shoulder rub they give you when your nails are drying. I suggest going elsewhere. read more

This place was a huge let down. The first time I had a great experience. I assume now after going again that it was solely because they knew it was my first visit. They only offer gel manicures, not just gel color change. I went for my second maniacure knowing I had to get the manicure and pay $30. I figured it was worth it because of all the things they did they first time. Aka...cuticle oil, paraffin wax, massage, hot stone rub, and lotion. I had an appointment that was made days ahead of time. I was made to wait, then seated, then made to wait while one person went back and forth between working on my nails and others. Whats he point of making an appointment if they don't plan time for your slot? I was rushed and steps were skipped. As if I did not remember all they did the first time. Did not have me wash my hands after oil...I assume this is why the polish peeled off less than a week later. No paraffin wax, not massage, no lotion, and the hot stone rub was more like the guy slapped a stone on my palm and was.done. What made it even worse was the woman next to me who had the everything done before me. At the end of my rushed "manicure" I was expected to pay the normal manicure amount. To say the least I'm pissed I wasted my time and money. Never going back. read more

I cant say enough good things about this place, from the amazing spa packages that are fair prices, to the extra treatment from long massages to warm towels, friendly conversation...and even after your all done they come around and massage your shoulders. ive gone there for a yr, then i started noticing they dont get the full part of my nail, the sides are skipped, and the polish began chipping at 2 weeks vs 3 or 4. The last time i went my nails chipped in 6 days thats about $70 later. I will make sure i tell anyone this and will NOT be going back there ever again, also it was closing time and the lady owner didnt let the technician put on the top coat on my toe nails, instead she put some kinda of drops on them.....this isnt even worth one third of the price anymore... Going to a great place in Wolcott, slight less than the price of this place.... This all went down hill for me after new owners took over!! read more

I always loved going there but today was different. I called first explained what I needed done and they said come in. My technician was great but they wanted to rush me out they closed at 7:00. I left with no manicure only a pedicure I went for both. They could have offered me to come back at a discount for tomorrow but that is not what happened. Stopped in for a classic manicure on Saturday. I wasn't thrilled. They weren't that busy because it was windy,rainy and cold; however, the Asian lady was in a hurry to get us in and get us out and made it perfectly clear (and was really rude) that we needed to hurry and pick our colors-when we only just walked in the door, LOL...then she wanted to seat us far apart when we specifically asked to be next to each other (it was girl time). When I complained (gently) she seemed annoyed and took out her annoyance on my cuticles OUCH! Honestly, I go for mani's and pedi's all the time, and I have never ever had a mani go this fast in my life (it was almost comical)..Sorry ladies, I will take my business back to Fancy Nail - I only stopped here because this is where my friend usually goes-it only served to show me that for the same price I received much much better service in a different salon.
