I am always looking for a good experience, and today was amazing! If it is your first time,like me, know there are parking spaces in the back of the building. I was unsure and drove in the driveway to see there was parking. I walked up a flight of stairs and was nicely greeted. The salon looked like a beautiful pampering retreat. I was super excited. I picked my toxic free nail color from the wall and waited in another room, which was super cute. You do have to wear a mask, so don't try not to. Jasmine was very attentive and explained the Dazzle nail experience to me. She is very personable and detail oriented when working on your nails. I really felt taken care of. I didn't believe it, but it took 5 mins to dry and I was out the door. I can't wait to go back for a mani pedi next time. I have found my spot. This is a great place for self-care with friends or your partner. I certainly want a longer pampering experience next time. read more

Good color selection and comfortable seats! The salon follows all the sanitation procedures and the staff are so friendly. My nail tech listened to all my requests on length and shape. My nails came out so cute, I love the color. THE MASSAGE WAS SO GOOD! I always determine if I will book again based on the massage, if you're paying a high price the massage has to be good. I was extremely disappointed. The reviews were amazing so I was expecting a high quality pedicure. This was not the case. I paid for their most expensive pedicure. They did not use quality pedicure massage chairs and my feet were soaked in a bucket on top of a vibrator. I never saw if the clippers were sterilized as they were just sitting on her table and did not come from a sterilized bag. She barely scrubbed the bottom of my feet to remove the dry skin and callous. My nail technician was friendly and did a decent job on my toe nails, but the price was more expensive than any other pedicure in the West Hartford area, and did NOT include a foot or calf massage and was one of the weakest I have had. She rubbed a minimal amount of lotion on my feet and calves for about 2 minutes. The salon itself is dated and needs to be revamped. Don't waste your money at this place. read more

Jasmine was great! I had the hot stone mani/pedi, and left feeling so relaxed that I could've gone for a nap. The shop smells sweetly of gummy bears with R&B playing softly in the background. I also bought a couple of bracelets that are handmade by the owner. I wanted to buy them all, but I settled on two...for today. They are high quality and too cute! This is hands down my favorite nail spa in CT! The staff are so dope and genuine. They really create a safe space for the clientele and are so welcoming. I can see why most of the customers are longtime repeat buyers because the service is just that good. I typically work with Jasmine but had Kendra during my last appointment. All the staff are well qualified and super sweet. It's really easy to book your appointment online and you have the option to pay in advance. This space is conveniently located on Park Rd with a private lot. I like the fact that they use organic products and don't offer acrylic or gel. I've had the dazzle dry on both my hands and feet and it lasts just as well as gel. While the price point is a bit more than some of the local nail salons, the service and atmosphere make it so worth it. I highly recommend Z Luxury!!! read more

It's very, very rare that I get my nails done but I know that Z Luxury is THE place to make that happen. I met the owner years ago (we were in a local fashion show together for autism awareness) which put this salon on my radar when I was looking for a place to get my nails done for my wedding. I am soo happy that I found this salon! I had been getting gel nails off and on for years and it was literally destroying my nails! The all natural products that this salon uses are game changers. Went there for the first time for a mani/pain for an upcoming wedding I have. My manicurist, Jasmine, was very sweet and made me feel very relax. This salon has that relaxing vibe. Not crowed (there was only one other person there) and it's a one to one service like no other. I didn't feel rushed at all. I don't like get manicures cause I feel that gel manicures are the only kind that lasts but hate the harmful UV rays and the chemicals but ladies they have this vegan polish, Dazzel Dry and ladies this is a game changer!! I decided to finally write a review about how wonderful my Z Luxury family is after "stepping out" today to get a polish change. I know better to have anyone else, cut, file, or shape my nails! The nail technician, kept saying how beautiful and strong my natural nails were! During my appointment she even asked me where I normally get my nails done! Kristin, Jasmine and Kendra all take the time that is needed on your nails. You never feel rushed, and healthy nails are growing beautiful nails! The salon is warm and relaxing, and booking an appointment is easy! You don't feel like you are rushed or just a number, They are my family! The only complaint I've heard is the difficulty in scheduling an appointment, but based upon my experience, that comes from a pattern of last minute, nail salon mill mentality. They are worth the wait, and I'd rather wait on quality rather that get something quick that will damage my nails! As long as I'm in Connecticut, there is no other salon that's giving me a manicure! read more

Yesterday was my second time going to Z Luxury. This time, it was based on on a gift certificate I got for my birthday. The first time, I did a 'Boss' pedicure. It was a truly luxurious and decadent experience. Loved the principal of 'natural' products on my nails. It was about a 75-90 minute experience #lovedit. This time I did a 30-minute 'dazzle' pedicure. Interestingly, I did not feel rushed; and yes, my nails dried completely in exactly 5 minutes #superimpressive. Both times I really loved the fact that they were ready and waiting for me; engaged in pleasant and professional chatting (and was cognizant of when I just wanted to be silent and close my eyes); and had great background music. I liked being seated by the window overlooking Park Ave too (I could imagine a more beautiful view, but it's interesting to do the people and car watching). I recommend Z Luxury. read more

I am not a big manicure person. I rarely, if ever, do anything with my nails - the only time I ever have my nails painted is if one of my friends wants to paint them for me. But yesterday was the day of my senior prom, and I figured I should have nice nails to go with my outfit, so I decided to book a manicure here - my first manicure since I was a kid - after checking Yelp. The online booking process was ridiculously easy and I appreciated the option to pay online (although I didn't take advantage of it). The space was very inviting and comfortable and the music was great; I don't typically listen to R&B, but it created a really nice atmosphere. It felt very intimate as there were 2 manicurists working and only one other client in there at the time. My appointment was with Jasmine, who was fantastic - super friendly and definitely knew what she was doing. I'm usually not much of a talker and she didn't try to force conversation which I appreciated (I can't stand hairdressers/manicurists/etc. who talk your ear off). She was clearly focused on my hands and the results were absolutely wonderful. The scrub and lotion left my hands super soft and my nails looked great. I needed a manicure for a wedding and searched on yelp for a salon in the area. Z luxury was top rated and I was able to book online for the next day so it was super convenient. Jasmine was very social and paid attention to details. I also felt very "safe" regarding Covid precautions being in place.
