I am satisfied every time. Every time I have Anna do my nails , she does a perfect job!! I never have to go back due to a nail propped off!! People compliment me on them ALL the time!! And I refer everyone to her and the shop!! She has her sister who does Pedi, that are out of the world!! Kevin, her husband does nails also, and he is great also! I see alot of reviews that bash this location, saying they were turned down and no one was there, just because no one was there, they do have appointments, and are waiting for those appointments they are waitingon!!! So if I'm coming for my appointment and they are doing a walk-in, I would be upset cause you wouldn't call to make one! Probably one of the worst most pointless pedicures I have ever had. The only reason I can tell I had a pedicure is because my toes are painted. When I go to other places o leave with smooth feet. The man who did my pedicure I could tell did not want to be there and just rushed. Asked him can you please scrub my heals again because he just went over them once for 5 seconds if that. He then scrubbed again for another 2 seconds maybe. They were not busy at all so there was no need for him to rush. No part of the Pedicure was enjoyable even the massage was horrible as well. I have been going to Noble Nailsfor about five years. Up until now I would gave given them 5+ stars. But...the last two times I had my nails done Annie did a horrible job. I get the powder dip and the first time she did them they started peeling off. I went back 4 days later thinking she would repair them for a minimal feel. Instead she did a new set and charged me full price. This second set was worse than the first. There was large gap between my cuticles and where the nail, the part near my cuticle was uneven and looked as if a child had done it. I came here on a whim a few weeks ago and found Noble Nails to be mediocre. There was hardly anyone working and on a Saturday so the wait was long. A women who worked there was rude to customers on multiple occasions during my one visit. The mani pedi was alright but not great. I could have done just a good a job myself. I have been going to this shop since it opened several years ago. There are only two employees so I always make an appointment. They are very good and the end result is always done to perfection. I literally love Noble Nails. The people are nice and friendly, it is very family oriented, they provide great customer service! My nails always done to perfection and they also make sure my nails are healthy! This is one nail shop that I'm proud to be a loyal customer at. They also do great waxing, I visit the shop every 3 weeks and they make sure that my eye brows are crisp and clean. I thought this place was great. Sure, it's not the best looking place but it was clean and the staff was fair. I got a pedicure from Kevin who paid great attention to details and really seemed like he took his job very seriously. My feet look great. I would give this 0 stars if I could . I would not recommend going there for anything more complex that manicure ,pedicure ,waxing ,and plain acrylic . I originally went for plain acrylic , but out of curiosity asked if they did chrome , they said yes and showed me the 6 chrome colors they do , I picked and they said okay. The man who did mine didn't speak very good English , so some one else working there clarified for him .My boyfriends mom paid 45$ as a Christmas present to get this done, and long story short they did not come out anything like what I had picked out . In addition the prices are reasonable. I stopped by to get a pedicure while my car was getting tire fixed, I decided to get a new set of gel nails even though my nails where in bad shape, the nail tech Anna was awesome, I am very picking and I will speak my mind very quickly, they were really quick doing both only took 1 hour, the shape is perfect and the color looks just like it should, I will be back I have found my new nail place and the prices are really great, she quoted me what the charge would be and she did not change it at the last minute like most places do, I am a local customer and I don't mind tipping extra for a good job done, I have already told my co-workers about this place, they have a new life time customer:) read more

This place was horrible. I went in asking if the super glue and last fake nail (from Halloween glue on nails) could be removed and they said yes. I also said I wanted gel nails NOT just polish cause I wanted them longer. They said ok. So I sat down and they started working. They used the dremmel to grind down SOME (you could barely tell they touched it) of the super glue. Then the fake nail was soaked in acetone and somewhat scrapped away. It was not removed like I asked. I chose my color which was an olive Green and after 4 coats was see thru and not very green at all and it seemed the tech was talking about the color or bottle with the other's like she knew something was wrong with it. Chose to leave it that way cause I could paint over it and because of time constraints with having to get my child from school. As you've probably noticed by now did exactly the opposite of what I had asked for. No length what so ever and no glue/nail removal. So finally they are done and I leave. Within an hour 1 nail chips just from opening a door. A few hours later another chips as I am driving. So I decide to go in the next day ( I had no time the rest of the day I went in to go back) and asked for a refund, because they hadn't lasted long. Not even a full day. And instantly they say no they will redo them and change the color. Hm funny cause I didn't complain about the color once. I said no I just wanted a refund and will go else where and have them redone the right way. They flat out said no and refused me. So that started a 15 minute argument on how they didn't listen and used tools the way they weren't supposed too. Finally it took me saying I'll report them to the state board to get my refund and said screw the tip. So I got 20 of my 25 back in the end. And still had to go home and try to fix them the best I could myself cause I didn't have the time (or the extra money it would now cost to have them fixed) to go get them done again. read more
