Really amazing pour-over coffee and wonderful conversation with the owner. Highly recommend this place to anyone in Clayton.

It was easy to find with plenty of parking, and although it looked like they were preparing for an event later that evening, everything was still open and running smoothly. The property was clean and well-kept, with live music set up and playing outside, which added to the atmosphere. We ordered at a counter. I chose the sweet selection and my daughter chose the white wine flight. Each flight included four 2 oz pours and cost $60 total. We were informed there was also a food truck on-site. We tried the pimento cheese dip and hummus platter--both were enjoyable, though a bit pricey (I don't recall the exact amounts). The vineyard has a large covered patio as well as another seating area with sun shades. Most tables were occupied, and several guests had brought their dogs, which added a relaxed, welcoming feel. While I enjoyed the overall experience, I did find the wines and food a bit on the expensive side, especially given the bottle prices listed on the tasting menu (ranging roughly from $36 to $75). I didn't end up purchasing any bottles for that reason. Overall, it was a pleasant visit and a nice way to spend Father's Day. I'd consider coming back again--possibly in the fall, and bringing my dog next time.

The beautiful vineyard,…read morepeaceful countryside setting, and relaxing atmosphere made this one of our favorite winery experiences. We loved the wine--every tasting was delicious, and we ended up taking a few bottles home. The charcuterie board was fresh, generous, and paired perfectly with the wines. We also stayed in the Airstream on the property, which made the getaway even more memorable. It was cozy, peaceful, and the perfect place to unwind after an afternoon of wine tasting. If you're looking for a romantic date spot, a weekend escape, or a new winery to discover in North Georgia, Kerith House is definitely worth the visit. We can't wait to come back!

They had live music and almost every table was taken. We walked up to a young lady who was serving wine in a cart. We told her it was our first time. And she explained that if we wanted by the glass, we can buy from her or go inside and get a tasting or a bottle. We decided to get a tasting first to see what we would like. We were greeted by a woman who gave us some good recommendations. However once she poured the wine on the carafe, we were not given wine glasses to pour them in. As a first timer, we just thought we were supposed to drink from those. It was only until a very nice lady who works there walked by and asked us where our glasses were. We said we were not given any. She went inside and got us two wine glasses with a little bag of oyster crackers each. It was a lovely day! Can't wait to come with my friends and family.

Off the beaten path is an understatement. The wine was spectacular, the setting - alone on the mountaintop entirely surrounded by National Forest, and the staff were informative and friendly. (Tip: the husband is more detailed with the wine descriptions, while the wife serves bigger pours - at least in my case.) Given the difficulty of reaching this place I was surprised to find it fairly busy on this Saturday evening, with several groups sitting at comfortable tables and couches. I sat at the bar and enjoyed a flight of 5 wines. All great so I had to buy some to take home too. It was hard to stop at two bottles. In an addition to the amazing ambience, windows all around with views of the National Forest and orchards in every direction, there was also music that night: a man singing and playing his guitar. He was pretty good. I learned he makes the rounds playing at several wineries around here. This is a family-run business. In addition to the husband and wife I met there is also a brother or two and I think a son or daughter. They also run an event venue, visible from the winery over on the next hill. A relatively small business - the kind I like.
