They're finally starting to make some updates, which may be because Tony has retired. I can usually get an appointment easily. It never takes long to get in the chair, or to get the services I need. I made the mistake of getting an appointment for a trim, and was surprised when they didn't wash my hair first and cut it dry. I've never had that happen before. You actually have to ask for a shampoo, cut and blow dry, or they will just give you a cut. Prices are great, and my trims are always done well.
