I was shocked by the 6 reviews I read on Noblett's. I have dealt with this store for the past 10 years and I have found them to be honest, on time with deliveries and even surprisingly fast when a problem arose. Ordering parts is equally professionally accomplished. Their prices are competitive with the big box stores and they are local! I can't praise the sales staff enough. Appliances are big ticket to me and I want to be sure I am making the right decision. The sales person helping us with a new refrigerator freezer was knowledgeable and patient. I have thanked her on subsequent trips to the store for her kindness. We are currently ready to buy another appliance from Noblett. read more

Twice, three times. No luck., first time: washer part -- after waiting 10 days, hubby went to pick up part --the part was broken -- they were miffed that we didn't want that part. Next time - 7 days ago - they sent a service tech to look at our gas fireplace. Couldn't get an eta - per noblett. He replaced the batteries and then asked us to clean the surface. At the same time, from the 'appliance' tech to get us an estimate on replacing parts for a 10 year old nuke and stove -- 7 days, no estimate. Called - they'll get back to me in a few mins. Well here we sit - no estimate. Find another service. Noblett-- horrible. read more

I had a scheduled service appointment for Monday to come and check my Jenn-Air countertop grill switch. Monday came and nobody showed up so I called at the end of the day and they said they meant to say Tuesday. Then someone called back and assured me it would be Tuesday between 12 and 2. So, I waited around for a second day and once again they were a no-show! read more

Great LOCAL business with exceptional service. We have purchased an oven and refrigerator from them (my parents recently purchased a washer and dryer) and from the time of the sale through installation went off without a hitch. One fun fact I found out recently was that if you're simply replacing old but functional appliances they will take away the old/functioning pieces and donate them to people in need - big box stores don't offer that! My propane ran out on January 14, 2018. I called to have a refill on Monday 15, 2018. I was told that someone would be right out. Monday came and gone, no propane. I called Tuesday and was then told that will call is 3 to 5 days. I called Wednesday and was that I was finally on the list to have propane delivered that day. Wednesday evening around 5pm I called again and was told that the driver was behind and may not get to me. I called Thursday the 18, and was told that Nobletts had been taken over by Quarles and no longer will be delivering Propane. The man that answered the phone said we were not allowed to tell the customers until today. How strange that the delivery man could not delivery propane on Wednesday and today that are not delivering at all. Nobletts suck. The service is terrible, the staff is rude and are liars. I called Quarles only to be told that I will have to wait 3 to 5 days to get propane from them. What makes it so bad is that I only live about 5 miles from Nobletts. I would not recommend anyone to Nobletts. By the time I get propane winter will be over. The smart a** man at Nobletts told me that I should not have let it run out. That is why the gauge is on the tank. I guess Nobletts gauge is up, that is why Quarles brought them out. Nobletts is very unprofessional, rude and has a poor business ethic. I hope they shut down for good. They intentionally kept delaying my delivery and the driver wasn't busy he probably was upset because the company was sold. read more

I would give zero stars if possible. We recently moved to the area and this is the company that our Landlord called to have our stove repaired. A repair man came out a week later ( I find it hard to believe that they are that busy) to repair the stove, was told the stove is very old, and the parts would need to be ordered and would be in in two days. NOBODY CALLS EVER, NOBODY RETURNS PHONE CALLS!! It's now been a MONTH! The parts came in a few days ago, nobody seems to know what is going on, or when the repair will be scheduled or even who will do the repair. This is the most disorganized company have ever seen, how in the world they even stay in business is beyond me! My husband and I have had to call EVERY DAY only to be told that someone will call us back and NOBODY DOES! This has gotten beyond ridiculous! If this process hadn't gone on this long I would take the business elsewhere! Save your time, energy, money and sanity by choosing a company that actually knows the definition of Customer Service! read more
