    Yaki Udon with Vegetables

First time visiting even though we only live a mile away. We went early on a Monday and were delighted with the temperature in the dining room. It is often cold in most places we go when it's early and not very full yet with dinner customers. But the room was comfortable. We sat near the sushi bar which was clean and well stocked. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. One of the April specials is an appetizer of Crispy fried brussel sprouts in hot chili oil. Even though we knew it would be too much food, we couldn't pass on it. They arrived quickly and were fresh and steaming hot. They were crispy and spicy but not overly oily. To say the least, they were delicious and I hope they become a regular menu option. We also got the kimchi fried rice and yaki udon. Both were delicious and, thanks to the Brussels, we left with leftovers. Our wait staff was attentive, filling our soda water glasses when empty, but not hovering either-allowing us to enjoy our meal! I recommend Nobo-especially for the kimchi fried rice. Best I've had!

It is a pricey restaurant especially if you're only coming for the sushi. Their maki rolls are really good though so I recommend that! Not in the picture is their uni sushi which I wouldn't recommend to anyone. I've eaten uni before but their uni tasted like it was too old or thawed incorrectly. ALSO, it said market price but 2 piece was $15 ...... the market price was $15/lb ..... Overall, their maki rolls are good and their drinks are super strong so adjust it based on your liking.

Food: We got the miso soup, calamari skewers, mayflower, torch, and daydreamer sushi. The miso soup was bland, it did had a hint of miso flavor but it was much more water down if anything depsite being super hot. The calamari skewers comes in 3 and it was crunchy and yummy with the sauce. each of the sushi came with 8 pieces are were around 20-24 which is on the pricer end. The torch is similar to a philly roll but with extra salmon that is torch but nothing crazy. The daydreamer with the rock shrimp had a well balance of sweet and crunch and the mayflower was on the fresher light side but it did have a abit more of avocado. Service: The service was quick and nice, she made sure we had everything in relative time. We went at 8pm on monday which was pretty empty when we arrived. Ambiance: It has a dark yet quite ambiance that you can enjoy your sushi in peace. They have a two side with a bar and sushi bar as well Location accommodation: Its in a plaza with a bunch of parking and other businesses next door that you can check out as well.

A lovely place! It has such beautiful interior and ambiance. The staff were very helpful and the food was very delicious. I came with my boyfriend for our anniversary and it was a great experience. My favorite dishes would be my main course of duck on Yakisoba and the oysters. Everything tasted very fresh. The salmon was very buttery. I even went for a simple cooked Ebi and I enjoyed it. The presentation of the food is really thought out. 10/10 would come here again.

Great food and atmosphere. Very nice place. We were here for dinner with our friends and enjoyed it very much. There was a little bit of a wait but the restaurant was clean and staff was very pleasant. The food was good and well presented. The chirashi is a must for shashimi lovers and it definitely was the star of the night.

Nobo is a no go. Sushi was underwhelming and the kimchi fried rice was very much so lacking on kimchi and flavor.

It was also, apparently, less salty, presumably for the same reason. The amount of kimchi in the "sample" was so plentiful as to almost fill up the mini cup we used for takeout. They have a large selection of vegetarian and vegan food, as well as some gluten free items, though they lack the staff and kitchen size to accommodate celiacs, so it's really more of use for people on elimination diets or with poor digestive capabilities. The owner had prior training in Italian cuisine, which is the reason such food is on the menu, and while neither my father nor I had occasion to try it, it is apparently a passion of the chef's, and the shared discussion of their mutual interest in Italian cooking may be the reason my father was given a free "sample" of kimchi, which was larger than the paid order of kimchi at most other restaurants. The food portions, in general, are massive, with the leftovers of an order of wonton soup not fitting in a to-go canister, with other orders being similarly large. Their jasmine tea is unusual for its slight fruity flavor, and ability to "overbrew" without becoming bitter, instead maintaining its delicate flavor. Each table has condiments, which in addition to including the "normal" chili crisp, and fish sauce often found at Asian restaurants that provide table condiments, have the more western pepper grinder, as well as garlic salt. Curiously, there is no "normal" salt as often found at western restaurants, though bottles of sriracha are found at every table. Perhaps the garlic salt and sriracha are the restaurant's "unique twist"?

Still excellent, still sweet (though now more noticeably spicy too), and still important to remind that the dishes here are not necessarily attempting authentic cuisine of specific regions (even though specific dishes are named), but more of a freestyle approach. The wings have improved in recent visits. More plump, more crisp, more juice, more flavor. Still good value. Still a little weak on the service (more about being young, unfocused and lacking initiative than anything approaching rudeness). Still highly recommended.

The owners are so sweet; this is family-owned, with the dad is from Cambodia and having lived in Lowell for years. They have a vast Gluten-Free menu of different Asian cuisines, including Thai, Korean, and Japanese, with different options for proteins. The dishes are made to share, so the portions are on the bigger side, including their drinks, which are 32 oz and come in the large soup containers. They have a new drink menu coming out tomorrow with so many different options. They have mocktails, mojitos, and lemonades. I will definitely need to try them all. The owner was so sweet and let us try their new Jungle Juice drink, which has basically every fruit in it. We got the Sesame bowl, and this thing was packed. My friend is GF and raved about their fried rice so that was substituted in. We also got the Cambodia Curry with graduate-level spice. The owner knew I loved spice when I said that and asked if I needed more pepper and handed me a small bowl of it. The dishes for dinner were around $18, with lunch dishes around $14, but this is based on portion size, and it was a good portion. Will be eating the rest for lunch. Definitely need to check it out. It was beautifully decorated inside with flowers and wooden frames.

Here it is a daily offering for lunch, though at a different price point on weekdays ($18.95/$9.50 age 10 or under) vs weekends ($23.95/$12 age 10 or under). The buffet is relatively limited, with white rice or fried rice, two dim sum options, one hot table area with appetizers, a noodle, and a selection of entrees, a short chilled area along the wall with dessert items, fruit, seaweed salad and edamame, by the sushi area with some rolls and sashimi, beside the two options of ice cream. Both coffee and vanilla ice creams were good! They take turns refilling the trays by preparing portions in turn, so we had to be patient for the sushi area to be refilled. I was happy to discover no celery in the spring rolls, and scallion pancakes and crab Rangoon among the appetizers. Meats were tender and managed to find vegetables in with the entrees.
