We didnt have a chance to try the various sushi options, but the bibimbap here was incredible. I added the ribeye and it made the dish. The kimchi and pickle sides they brought out were amazing. We also tried the Korean dumplings which were well cooked - crisp but not burnt. We had the virgin passionfruit paloma which was an amazing mocktail and would recomend for any who wants a fancy drink without the alcohol. So Westford is a bit of a food desert with only a plethora of Asian cuisines. Of all these restaurants, I believe soul kitchen is the best. We just did the sushi Love boat for four people and all of the sushi was fresh. The salmon was buttery. The tuna was firm. The rolls were done perfectly. We had to wait a bit at the door and there was a little bit of confusion there so we were delayed in getting our seats.... And the waitress was a bit delayed getting to our table, but we made the best of it. Next time we're here, I'm going to do some of the more Korean dishes, but the sushi is well recommended. read more

Approachable menu with as much fusion as authentic Korean. -- Chicken Wings: Jumbo wings with extra crispness and an inner texture varying between sufficiently moist and gushingly juicy, depending on the piece. Always liked them, and I tried twice more recently with similar positive results. Excellent flavor in both the Soy Garlic and the Sweet and Spicy Gochujang. Superb, and with no price hikes in at least five years, now an excellent value too. -- Kimchi Pancake: Crispy on the edges and fluffier inside, with kimchi adding some crunch and nice flavor to go with the starch. Thin dark sauce to complement it. I think of it as a Korean cross between scallion pancake and egg foo yong. Good for sharing. -- Seafood Jampong: A large bowl of seafood stew with a red broth that has some creaminess as well as spice. Nice texture and chock full of large mussels, scallops, shrimp (gigantic Gulf shrimp as well as baby shrimp), Asian squid, and noodles. The squid was a little chewy, but everything else was cooked beautifully. This dish satisfied both in the restaurant and as leftovers the next day. First things first...our server was excellent!!! Drinks were great...Mai tai is an easy go to. Appetizers: Bao buns with spicy pork were a delight. Crab Rangoon was as expected. Edamame is a staple. My kids had the sushi boat/bridge...both ate heartily and left few pieces behind for us to scavenge. My bi bim bop with beef was as expected...hot, tasty, hot and delicious!!! Wow, we had an amazing time here! Seoul Kitchen is truly a diamond in the rough. We came here with a friend visiting and back in town along with our daughter. We had asked for a kids menu and high chair, not expecting much past those requests for staff tending to our child during dinner. We were wrong, the staff were incredible. Not only did they have the usual crayons and colorable menus for kids but the kids drinks had crazy straws, the staff checked in with our kiddo, picked up and replaced dropped utensils a smile. The kid food options were on point! We were pleasantly surprised and made a mental note to return for this reason alone. It's rare to come to a restaurant and have both the adults and children satisfied! We started off dinner with Kang's fried cauliflowers and then ordered the Jap Chae with seared salmon and the Spicy Bulgogi with veggies as our main entrees. I had no notes, every entree was delicious and the portions were huge. When I saw the prices at first, I did think they were on the pricier side, but then after seeing the portions I questioned nothing. Very cute fusion restaurant that offers Korean and Japanese style fusion dishes. Service is always prompt and friendly. Huge, modern dining area and ample parking options. Honestly the taste is not the best so 2 stars, ordered the stone pot bibimbap and kimchi stew which are classic korean foods which you can find at any korean restaurant. Hard to go wrong but the kimchi stew was very salty/flavored wrong and honestly did not taste like any other kimchi jigae I've ever had. The dolsot/hotstone bibimbap was good but it's hard to mess up because it's just vegetables, meat, and rice however, the rice was super low and it honestly was a small portion. Service was mid as we never even got a water refill during the time we were there. So two stars, however the owner of the place was super kind and comped the bibimbap and gave us one to go +1 star. We appreciated that he was very understanding. To be honest, service doesn't matter much to me but the food and taste are more important. Specifically, the kimchi, cucumber salad side dishes, and kimchi stew all tasted really westernized/not seasoned correctly compared to all the korean eats I get from other restaurants when I'm at the DMV for school so might be because of different audience and the area is more predominantly white. We will be back for sure. Prior to pandemic closures in 2020 we used to go to a lovely restaurant in Woburn center for Bi Bim Bap in the stone pot. We did not think we had a place near us to get this dish. But then we find that we can get it here. It's been a long time since having this dish! We went on Tuesday evening. It was too crowded and we were seated promptly. After being seated, our server-Matt- greeted us and answered questions about the menu. He was very knowledgeable about the food ingredients and was very kind! After taking our order, he brought us some house made pickles and kimchi. Both were delicious. We order the bibimbap and kimchi fried rice with no pork. Both were freshly made and arrived steaming. The bibimbap is served in a hot stone pot and the rice was sizzling. The kimchi fried rice was loaded with kimchi. At some other restaurants we have been to, the kimchi fried rice does not have much kimchi. Not here-almost every bite had kimchi. Portions are ample-we took home enough kimchi rice for another meal. The dining room is clean and comfortable. There is a small outdoor seating an area with a few tables. Even though it is located on a main road, the restaurant is back in the parking lot so we would have no qualms about sitting outside. Unfortunately we ate too much and couldn't fit dessert in. The restaurant was big with a bar area seating. The staff was friendly and quickly sat us and brought us water. The jap Chae was so flavorful and the glass noodle had a great chewy texture. The taco came in chicken, beef, pork all inspired with korean marinades. The sauce, the fresh Veggie, tasty meat, and the soft shell taco all meshed will together creating a very delicious plate. My favorite dish would be the shrimp. The fresh shrimp was perfectly fried and then covered in a flavorful sweet and spicy sauce. I also enjoyed the chicken wings and the kimchi bulgogi fries. You must end your meal with the yuzu cheese cake. It was perfectly sweet and the sour from the yuzu really adds to the deliciousness. read more

I wish we lived closer. This is the best dining experience I have had in many years. The restaurant is gorgeous. Super clean and attractive. The service was 10/10. Knocked off two stars because their beef bulgogi was probably the worse I've ever had. I swear it wasn't rib eye since it was so dry and didn't taste an ounce of fat. Only ordered their Korean offerings. The Pajeon was average and seafood stew was good. Seafood definitely was fresh though no real spice level. I ordered Sun Dobu, i love tofu soup but they dont hv option for it. The only one they have is w squid and shrimp in it. I figured Korean are knows how to cook squid properly, also as an asian we know shrimp so well, but i am so disappointed with the baby shrimp not to mentioned the rubbery squid. My husband's bimbimbap not as bad it lack of something. The server keep forgeting stuffs, my highlight of my food was the molten cake that my husband said its just alright. Back a second time with my daughter who was visiting for the weekend. This restaurant has great menu variety, and that lychee blossom cocktail is so yummy, and I really like the club atmosphere. Was in the area from a Maine trip and wanted something other than seafood. The place reminded me of an East Village bar/restaurant on a Friday evening, lively and full of people. It maybe the bar crowd we were seated near was celebrating which changed the atmosphere. The bibimbap was on par with Korean restaurants in NY, except this one had more ingredients and less rice, a plus! Dolsot was there too! The tuna tots were interesting. I honestly haven't had such a positive restaurant experience in a long time! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was friendly and personable (Polly is amazing). We sat outside on a perfect summer evening. I was pleased to see there was a rollout awning in case of rain and heaters distributed throughout. The homemade kimchi was balm for the Seol. Hubs and I were trying to find a place to eat on our last night in NH. Everything seemed kind of boring where we were staying. I guess we were craving for ethnic food. So, when we saw the reviews and how close it was to our hotel, we decided to go. Upon arriving, we were told that it was a 25 minute wait. Honestly, it was more a 5-10 minutes wait. I guess, inflate the number to appear busy. The hostess took down my cell number and got my name. I asked how did she get my name from my phone number and she said it's from Resy. Learn something everyday! The restaurant is a very large and elegant bar. Daughter said she felt underdressed when she saw how nice it looked. LOL! The place is dark inside with geometrically-shaped orange lamps hanging over the counters and tables. Bizarrely-shaped mirrors stand in random locations, such as on the back walls, by the entrance, and by the bar area. TVs broadcasting games hang over the bar as well and there is also a sushi bar in the very back too. Daughter ordered spicy squid and liked it a lot. She said that it was spicy and tasty. It was soft and she would order it again. Hubs ordered the seafood jampong and loved it but he wished it was ramen instead of udon. He's not a fan of udon. Lastly, I ordered the stone pot bibimbap with white rice and beef. I had a choice between white or brown rice. This was delicious. I loved the egg and that I was able to make crispy rice. We also ordered tri-colored sashimi. Daughter said that it had an extreme buttery texture which was the way she liked it. She loved the presentation and that it was served on top of ice and served with a flower. The tuna looked beautiful. She also lovedthe fact that she got to eat 2 of her favorite food, which was spicy squid and sashimi. Everything was delicious. Service was surprisingly fast and friendly. I ordered Korean dumplings and I got a way too many, which is fantastic, but lacked a good dipping sauce. We started with appetizers including Korean dumplings that were a delight, the spicy Mapo dumplings and the avocado ball (that is good, but over time has less tuna and more filler.) For dinner, our table had the ribeye tacos, which is one of the best items on the menu. They are delicious and full of flavor. The tiger wok shrimp are very well done and perfectly cooked with crisp and fresh seasonal vegetables in either a spicy chili butter or soy garlic sauce. We chose the well-balanced soy garlic sauce, and it is a go to for us. The kang's chicken is tasty, but somewhat overdone. Unfortunately, the service has been inconsistent. Tonight (14 June 23), it was slow to connect with our table after we sat down. It took quite a while for drinks to arrive at our table. At one point, we had to go to the bar with the beer had been sitting for a good 10 minutes. My wife ordered a drink and they forgot. We raised the issues with the manager after the bartender suggested we talk to him. He came to our table and lurked without saying anything. It was one of the most awkward moments I've had in a restaurant. We shared that the beverage service was very slow, and he said he look into it. He disappeared, and we never saw him again. The issue was never addressed. Truly one of the strangest experiences with at a restaurant. The service dropped my two previous 5 star reviews to a 3. Since it's opening, we have been regulars, but not as frequent. The bar staff has improved over the last few months. After Kyle left, there was a void for years. More charismatic and engaging recently. Seoul needs to return to crisp service execution, get back to basics and ditch the ear pieces that seem to be more of a distraction than help. read more
