I waited until the next day and called him again. He didn't have his planner with him but promised he would get back to me by 4:00 p.m. That was Friday. On Monday I called again and he apologized and said he forgot and that he would call me right back. I laughed out loud when he said that. He has not called me back. I was the fool to give him the benefit of the doubt. Don't know what his work quality is like but his people/customer skills are severely lacking. First time ever that I have taken the time to post a review. Stay clear of Cinfam. There are other upholstery services out there to try. Cinfam doesn't need your business. Ottawa area.

It's a testament that this isn't their first rodeo, as the saying goes. Our old couch, that has gotten a lot of use from 2 kids, and plenty of adult naps was in need of some TLC. Tempting as it is it just put it by the curb, and get something new, the prices of new furniture of similar quality is outrageous, and certainly isn't built as well as what we have now. Fleshers is close to home, the price quoted for the service was very reasonable, and - because this ain't their first rodeo - the turnaround time is insanely fast. That's the difference between them and another company that may be bigger and "better" because of name recognition as a result of marketing and advertising. Word of mouth advertising is where it's at, and has always been a better indication of quality than anything else. Plus, supporting a family owned local business is priceless.

Made appointment and he received the insurance company OK while we were on the phone. Set up appointment for a few days later. Arrived on time and all went according to plan. The front windshield was replaced in less than two hours, the car was spotless and had been washed in the shop by them. "Bugs on the windshield - just replace it" We went down to Mc Donald's to kill the waiting time and in two hours it was done and a very nice young man came from the shop to take us back up to the shop. Paid our deductible to JF, he explained the guarantee and we were off on the road with a nice clean car- both inside and out We would totally recommend this shop to anyone needing their service.
