IN LOVEEEEEE with this place. The presentation was great. I think the food tasted better than it looked, and I was quite impressed with it... Made the experience so much better. Every bite it felt like there was something new, each time! This was a great spot. We didn't plan on coming here, but stumbled upon it and thought, LETS DO IT! Would come again. Food came a bit slow for why we got, but the service made up for it! 4.2/5

Two drinks from Noce. Nothing to write home about.

After having a good experiencia at Noce.we went back on Jan 7 2023. We arrived at Noce for our 8pm reservation. It was winter and I had two rings (one a oval Diamond ring) in my coat pocket. I had put them there after I had put lotion on my hands in the car. My coat was taken and hung up at Noce along with my friend's coat by a female (hostesses or server). In the middle of drinking cocktails and just after ordering dinner, I realized I didn't have my rings on. I went to where my coat was hung up and searched the pockets. I only found one silver ring. The diamond ring was missing. I searched the pockets and my gloves that were in the pocket throughly. The Diamond ring was gone. I mentioned it to our server who responded with " we've been in business twenty eight years...and none of our staff would steal". Ok. But my ring is missing. She said they went and searched for the ring on the floor and on the sidewalk and came up empty. She also curiously said "is it silver, what kind of diamond shape?" Yes it was silver and a oval shape. Strange. Why would she ask if it was silver and not gold? So while I'm ruminating about the loss of my ring and my friend is consoling me about it at our assigned tables, the "head chef" guy (none of these people identified themselves by name) who earlier talked to us about perogies because he said he was Polish showed up at our table again. He asks us what he can do for us because he heard we were missing a ring. After explaining how how the ring could have fallen out because of how the server/hostess was handling the coats, he asked " what can I do for you?" Well can you find my ring? The answer was no. So I didn't need his services. Again, I don't know who these people are and the roles they play in the restaurant, but this guy hung around and kept asking what can he do for us. I felt antagonized. I had just lost my Diamond ring and Perogie guy kept bothering me about how he could make it right. Then it dawned on me and my friend that perhaps he thought he we were trying to pull a fast one. We had only gotten cocktails and a salad, so how stupid were we if we hadn't even eaten the main course yet to pull a missing ring stunt? No stupid! I was actually upset that I either lost my ring in between the car and the restaurant, or the ring fell out of my coat when the sever/hostess handled it. Either a patron or someone else may have picked it up. As I was relaying my ideas to him, this fool told me he was feeling "attacked". So now I had to deal with his feelings and I asked him how often he felt attacked? I thought he would be more EMPHATIC, but he was so immersed in looking for a way to "make it right" by asking the question over and over again that he couldn't allow me to be upset. I had a right to feel upset over my missing ring and talk to my friend, but I couldn't be upset with him being there because he was so sensitive. I didn't ask for him to be there or for any favours. My friend said we should leave, and I realized that was the best course of action. The mains hadn't arrived yet, and I didn't like how perogie boy was invalidating my feelings. As well, the female servers who were there before scattered and were hardly a footnote after I said my ring was missing from my pocket. We went to get our overcoats and leave, but not before paying. One of the servers said " oh no charge". I said we wanted to pay for our drinks and salad. We didn't want to be comped. We were not there to pull a fast one. We paid and left. I hate Noce and won't be back back

Rockfish , peaches with mussel emulsion. Too small ! I was starving. But very tasty.

Just ok. Had the summerlicious menu. Portions were a bit small and I still felt hungry. The rockfish course was tasty but I would have liked a more substantial meal for $53. The dessert (pistachio gelato) was the best part of the meal. It's so rich I just wanted to lick my elbows ! 5/5. The ahi tuna/ watermelon app is forgettable. No flavour whatsoever. The green mousse did nothing for the dish. Service was lovely and another highlight of the meal. Overall, based solely on my meal, I'm not in a hurry to return but willing to try again especially their regular menu. Also, ambience was nice and the restaurant is good for large groups.

AMAZING experience at Noce during Covid times. They have remodelled their patio and have a very large spacious outdoors space now. Tables comfortably located from each other. Decor is BEAUTIFUL. Very Classy. The SERVICE was amazing. Not sure what our server's name was but she was super nice and very patient with us because we took pretty long to order and she answered all our questions patiently. FOOD was good as always. I would recommend to try the OLIVES with your wine. We got the Funghi Pizza and their Pasta Special of the night which was beef cheek Pasta with tomato sauce. Really enjoyed both dishes full of flavours. WINE I FELL IN LOVE with the White wine we ordered. I wish I could find their wine list online to get the wine name. Not sure what the name was, but it was the one on their wine list from ITALY by the glass. Very balanced taste and amazing with food.

house made potato gnocchi, cherry tomatoes, white wine, confit of garlic, chili stracciatella di burrata, pangrattato - SO GOOD

If you love fresh pasta then you NEED to come here! Tried two pastas. CHITARRINE AL FUNGHI (house made egg pasta, smoked shiitake and wild mushrooms, porcini truffle butter, parmigiano). Holy amazingness!! Fresh pasta, delicious mushrooms, and the most delicious sauce (which I guess was just truffle butter, so really how can you go wrong?!). I am a huge gnocchi fan and anytime it's on the menu I am going to order it, so obvioiusly I tried the GNOCCHI (house made potato gnocchi, cherry tomatoes, white wine, confit of garlic, chili stracciatella di burrata, pangrattato). SOFT, fluffy beautiful little clouds in my mouth. 100% I would come here again. I would want to try the other pastas and try the pizzas but honestly I am not sure how I could not order the gnocchi again. I am in love!!!

Noce is a hidden gem at Trinity Bellwoods. They have been around for over 20 years and definitely know what they are doing. The decor here is warm, modern and cozy. There are two dining rooms and a smaller private alcove in between the rooms for private parties. A gorgeous wine cellar can be seen at the back of the restaurant where the bar is and an equally impressive wine selection to match. Aside from solid appetizers such as burrata and tuna crudo, their wood fired pizzas here are heavenly - a nice soft yet crispy crust with the right kind of chew, and perfect with some drizzles of their house-made chilli oil. The stand out star of my meal there is undoubtedly the "Sex on a Plate" dessert, with Nutella and vanilla pudding, mascarpone, whipped cream, sponge toffee and pecan crust. Aptly named considering the reaction around the table upon tasting it. It is THAT good lol. Highly recommended!

Came here one afternoon with a few girlfriends, it was super cute, a little more pricy then normal for tea but it was a cute atmosphere. The server was a bit odd that day and I think wasn't happy with the 15% tip. Gave us strange looks. Not sure what was going on there. We enjoyed it though!

Went there for summerlicious, a little bit disappointed or perhaps I had high hope for it. With $53 pp for the dinner, you certainly have other better choices. Funny thing is the plate they use for dessert or bread very much looks like a dog bowl(see pic attached...)

Had summerlicious dinner here! One of the more expensive options at $53 for the 3 courses. Pretty nice patio, they made good use of the space and tried to enclose it somewhat from the busy streets. Wine was pretty good. Service is friendly. The food is pretty good. I liked everything except the desserts. The steak tartare was tasty. Zucchini appetizer pizza was interesting. Some of the regular à la carte items on other guests' tables looked good. I would come back to try out the other, non-licious options. Overall positive experience and would come back to try their regular menu.

Noce is a lovely Italian restaurant in Trinity Bellwoods. I went for Winterlicious this year along with a few of my girlfriends for lunch. At $33, we got to choose from a curated menu of Italian delicacies. They have three rooms for you to dine and wine in: the Queen West Room, the Tuscany Room, and the Octopus Lounge. The Queen West Room is their main dining room, which was the room my friends and I were placed in. You get a nice view of Queen Street West and Trinity Bellwoods Park. The Tuscany Room is more of a relaxed atmosphere to get a bite and the Octopus Lounge allows you to unwind and socialize during late hours. I thoroughly enjoyed each and every single dish I had at Noce! I ordered the Bufala Campana, B.C. Savoury Clams and Torta di Nocciola. I don't think you can go wrong with any of these dishes. The appetizer and entree were incredibly savoury so I highly recommend the Bufala Campana and B.C. Savoury Clams if you like savoury food. The Torta di Nocciola is perfect for someone who wants gelato with a crunch to their dessert as well. When I go for Italian food I typically order pasta or pizza because it's normally what I can afford on the menu. But with Noce's Winterlicious menu, I was able to venture out and try items I normally wouldn't get. I am glad to have had the opportunity to try Noce's diverse menu. Our waiter was not only charming but he made sure we were comfortable and provided excellent service. I highly recommend Noce to anyone who loves Italian cuisine or is looking for a nice place to eat lunch or dinner.

A great addition to the Toronto Italian food scene! I'm in love with the interior design of this place. Classic but trendy. Great spot to hangout with friends and grab a drink at their beautiful bar. The restaurant is really spacious with the entrance on the side street called Walnut. Fun fact: Noce means walnut in Italian and the theme seems to live throughout the restaurant. FOOD: - Beef Carpaccio Use of horseradish aioli is really refreshing. Texture wise, there is the softness of beef, the crunch of the radish chip and the creamy mushroom. It is a dish well craft. - Arctic Char Nicely seared and added earthiness from the beets purée. - "Sex in a pan" Nuts, nuts nuts! This is a dessert of my liking. Not too sweet with just the right fluffiness from whipped cream and mascarpone cheese. The dishes all looked stunning. Nothing feel rushed which can be common for time of Winterlicious. Not only does their food presents well, they also live up the hype of its presentation! You can tell they use fresh and premium ingredients into making the dishes. They are also famous for their mushroom pizza with truffle.(who can say no to truffle!) Note: This is a review based off the Winterlicious experience.

Had dinner here a few weeks ago. The service is cold, impersonal and transactional. Two drinks were spilled on my husbands back by accident which does happen however when the total bill comes to $953, for eight people, and your customer sat through the entire dinner with a wet sweater you may expect the restaurant to take more then $16 off the bill. Toronto has many excellent restaurants with great staff and service, this is not one of them.

Upon reading great reviews, I decided that I really needed to give Noce a try and I am so happy I did as all the high hopes I had were beyond exceeded. Upon arrival we were given a choice to sit inside or outside on the beautiful patio. Our server (whose name I'm upset I can't remember) was phenomenal! She was super upbeat, outgoing, sweet and very knowledgeable about the menu. All the staff that waited on us were very endearing and friendly which really made it feel like a family unit. There was an older lady who I'm assuming was either a manager or owner of the restaurant who came up to our table at least twice to ask us how we were enjoying our food and as how we were overall. I really felt like I had an Italian nona taking care of me lol :). But anyways, to eat I got the gnocchi al forno which was amazing and my date had the pasta alla genovese napoletana which he also enjoyed. Our meals were served hot and fresh with freshly ground black pepper on top. I got the Honolulu martini (well 3 actually lol) which was so delicious and made to perfection. Other than the food being amazing, the service was unlike anywhere else I've ever eaten and I will without a doubt be recommending Noce to others looking for great Italian dishes. THANK YOU FOR THE WONDERFUL MEMORIES! :)

There is an upstairs balcony seating but I've never sat there. During warm weather, there is plenty of roadside outdoor seating too. This is my fourth time here but I never wrote a review fir the restaurant before. We ordered the following: 1. Shrimp Perno (daily special $6/shrimp). Jumbo Shrimp sautéed in garlic, white wine, tomatoes, scallions, and finished off with a shot of perno liquor. 2. Rack of Lamb (daily special $59.95). Four pieces of lamb in a rack, with a rich portion wine reduced sauce, that has a touch of mint to it, and Penne Pasta in a tomato rose sauce. The table bread was really good. The crust was crispy but the inside was fluffy. The soft butter that came it was so tasty. The bread was perfect for dipping in the sauce that came with the shrimp. We asked for a second basket of bread and they put two loafs in the second basket. It was too much so they were willing to let us take it home. The shrimps were definitely jumbo. It was so filling. Two pieces (per person) were good enough as an appetizer. The shrimps were perfectly cooked. We requested the lamb be cooked medium rare. It was definitely medium rare. It was juicy and did not have a gamey taste. It tastes great. The pasta was perfectly al dente. The tomato rose sauce was really good. They offered to grind parmesan cheese and pepper so we got both. There is free WiFi. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. There is paid neighbourhood street parking and paid parking lots. Review 2025-187

There was another two flights of stairs to get to the upper bar (which I was too tired to walk up to). The drinks at the bar were good and the staff were all great. We started with passed apps. Some of the flavour combinations were just off (the skewer with fruit, cheese and something else) - like they paired the wrong cheese with the fruit. The meal itself was a seat down meal (family style) which did take over two hours to complete for the amount of guests that were present (over 200 ppl). My favorite dish was the tomato and mozza salad. My most disappointed dish was the ragu pasta. Though containing a good amount of meat it was not saucy at all. The pizza was the brocolini was good as well. The reason I gave this restaurant three stars is strictly for the lack of elevator and the food quality vs the price. For what you are paying, there is so much higher quality food in the city and I honestly think you can get better bang for buck elsewhere.

The artichokes were mediocre (loved the sauce they came with). Worst of all was the "Ontario peaches" with the burrata were totally canned peaches - could've even been dole brand! This place has amazing potential with the location and vibe - but the food just was not it. Small portions and the price didn't match what was served. The service was friendly but nothing too crazy. The combination of the peach and mint went really well with the burrata. Light and easy to eat. The patio at night is one of the highlights. The only small complaint was it did take a while to get our wine after we ordered it and a little while to get our check. Otherwise cute spot.

I didn't enjoy it at all. I hadn't been here in years but I see their food quality hasn't gotten any better. I was starving by the time the main dish came out so I ate about a quarter of the dish. Then I took the rest of the gnocchi home. Service: The waitstaff were really nice but the service was not very organized. There was a lot of appetizers but I couldn't eat most of it. Which is strange because I gave my food allergies several days in advance of the meal. It took some time to get the main dish as well so the pacing didn't seem great. I looked around at the other tables & we got our main dishes last. I'm not sure if the kitchen was at fault or what. Ambiance: It's quite dark here even on the lunch hour. The decor is dark wood tones, red upholstered banquette seating & wooden tables & chairs. It's not a fancy place. I would not choose to eat here again. Last time I went was several years ago. Sadly I see they haven't gotten any better. There are other better Italian restaurants in this area.
