This place is dope as hell. Check out the ambiance. Bartender was chill and super nice. Husband and I enjoyed our drinks and the music. Will defiantly be back for trivia night. Check out the swings in the back!

This place was so perfect. Great vibe! Great outdoor space with some swing seats! The drinks were great as well and service was all very nice. You can also order food from next door which was great. Love this place!

Came here for the Sunday funday free lunch. It was such a nice event that the owners put together! They made grilled chicken tacos with pico de gallo, avocado cream and cotija cheese. The chicken was super tender and juicy! Each person got 2 tacos. Even though the wait was 40 minutes, it went by fast because we were talking and having a good time. Also the weather was perfect! After the tacos, I went inside and ordered a NoDa colada. It was very boozy! I wish it was frozen instead of on ice but I still enjoyed it a lot!

I am in love with this place! Their reel popped up in my feed last week. I guess because I'm a plant lover, and I couldn't stop watching it. It's an outside, tropical paradise. So, it's a general store with snacks and beverages galore. They have beer, wine, spiked seltzer, colada, and sangria. It's not an eatery, but they allow you to bring food from local surrounding businesses in the NODA area and dine in their lavish oasis of a patio with swings, barstool areas, picnic tables, and more for your seated pleasure. It's very low-key, artsy, and has such a relaxing vibe. Exiting the store, take a quick left after coming down the steps, there's a hidden nook that leads to more seating that circles around to the front of the building. It's an ideal spot to catch up with friends and family, relax and chill, and enjoy the warm weather.

We had a happy hour here tonight and I loved it. The environment was very laid back. There's a decent size indoor area, a front porch, and a huge back patio. We got a table in the shade on the patio. They have beers on tap and bottles. There's wine, cider, sangria, kombucha, and some snacks. They also have a food truck there. Overall, this is a great place to relax and have a drink. I would definitely recommend it!

I have lived in NoDa for a little over 6 months and I can't believe I had never been to the Noda Company Store! Where have I been and why did it take me this long to check it out. It's such a little hidden gem. I love their drink options and the back patio. It will be an awesome spot to visit during the warmer months since their seating and swings are outside. I can't wait to try their frozen Pina Colada this summer! I don't know if they have food trucks or pop up restaurants that serve food but that would be a great idea! They serve bags of chips and things inside if you need a little snack on the side of your craft beer or glass of wine.

What a nice relaxing find. Chill out with a cold brew. Highly recommended on the walking tour.

Always love coming here. Lots of options for drinks. Some food and snacks.plenty of outdoor seating. They even upgraded the outside area and its sooooo nice. Its a great place to go for drinks with friends and take the pup too.

I've wanted to check out this place since I moved to Charlotte three years and finally got to. I thought this place had cooked food but to my disappointment it's only bagged to go food, like a convenient store. They have snacks, beer, and wine along with the cutest patio area! This is definitely a cute spot to hangout. Would love to go back and spend more time hanging out.

RECOMMENDED I'm obsessed!! They have an old fashioned refrigerator that is prosecco ON TAP! It was delicious. Also they had a sparkling rosé on tap, it was dry and also very pink and perfect. We sat outside in the shade and played cards for a long time. It was so absolutely relaxing. It started to fill up around 6. I absolutely love this little place! You can bring in your own food since they don't serve food.

This is my FAVORITE hidden gem in Charlotte/Noda. I've been to The Noda Company store a few times. This place offers a fun, laidback and cozy atmosphere. There a great selection of wine and beer. Board games are available inside. They also serve prepackaged food like chips, hummus, etc. Dogs are welcome, there's plenty of water bowls and shade outside to help beat the heat. Personally, I'm obsessed with the porch swings outside of the building-- Such a Great hideout. This summer I kept hearing about the "FREE Lunch" on Sunday's. There's something different every week. I would suggest signing up for their newsletter and following the social media pages for updates.

Good afternoon! I have heard that you are pup friendly. Do you only allow small dogs or can a super friendly 50lb cutie be allowed?

Is outside food allowed when they aren't cooking/have a good truck? Thank you!

One was a small side Caesar salad which I got. I was disappointed in the continuing practice for restaurants to charge for small changes like this within informing the customer. Waitress was very nice, however and attentive. What is also quite unique about the restaurant was that you could order small 4 oz beers, just for tasting at $2-3 each. The wings were AMAZING, and the sliders were absolutely delicious! They were so good that I devoured them before I even thought to take a picture! Unfortunately, the pierogies were the one disappointment, especially since they were actually the main reason I decided to order from here. They were a bit too greasy for my taste. After eating two, I ended up placing the rest on a paper towel to absorb some of the excess oil, which unfortunately made them less enjoyable. That being said, I would definitely eat at The Degenerate again. I'd happily order the wings and sliders again, but I would probably skip the pierogies next time unless they're one of those dishes that are simply better enjoyed fresh at the restaurant rather than as takeout. Overall, there were definitely more hits than misses, and those sliders and wings alone are worth another visit!

One that has stuck with me for years was a rosemary roasted potato pizza I discovered in a little hole-in-the-wall spot in Winnemucca, Nevada. When I saw a similar option on the menu here, I had to give it a try. I ordered the Liberation pizza and added Italian sausage, along with a side of wings and blue cheese. I was also curious about the Mexican street corn but requested it on the side so it wouldn't get soggy during the ride home. The timing was accurate--they quoted about 20 minutes--but parking in this area of North Davidson can be a bit challenging, especially during busy hours. It's a lively, high-traffic intersection, so plan accordingly if you're picking up. Here's where things got a little bumpy. When I got home, I realized the pizzas in the box were not mine. I called the restaurant, and to their credit, they immediately apologized and offered to remake the order right away. That kind of responsiveness goes a long way, and I appreciated their willingness to make it right without hesitation. I drove back to pick up the corrected order, and the staff again apologized and had everything ready. Unfortunately, when I got home the second time, the wings were there--but the blue cheese was missing. At that point, it was late, and I decided to just call it a night. Lesson learned on my end: always take a moment to check the order before leaving. Rookie mistake. Now for the food itself: * Pizza: Delicious overall, with great flavor and quality ingredients. I personally prefer a thinner crust, but the taste was solid. The truffle oil was a bit heavy for my palate and slightly overpowered the other flavors. I also would have preferred the sausage to be crumbled rather than in larger chunks for more even distribution. * Wings: Very good--crispy, well-seasoned, and satisfying. They just really needed that blue cheese to complete the experience. Despite the hiccups, the team handled the situation professionally, and the food quality is clearly there. This is a popular neighborhood spot with creative menu options, and I'd absolutely give them another try. Helpful tip for future customers: Parking can be tight, and takeout orders can get busy--so double-check your order before you leave. It'll save you a second trip. Overall, a lively local place with strong flavors, good recovery on service, and a menu that's worth exploring.

Luckily for them there are plenty of good options, one of which is The Free Range Bar! Free Range Brewing is one of the older Charlotte breweries that has been around since 2015 during the height of the craft beer craze. Due to their years of fostering a community, it is no surprise to me that they were able to open up a satellite tap room years later. This second location is smack dab in Camp Northend surrounded by plenty of patio seats outside, and featuring a quaint little barroom inside. This smaller tap room has a more intimate setting. The people working there are friendly and they have a variety of beers to try along with other beverages if beer isn't your thing. The bartender was great- patient, friendly and just the epitome of quality service! My drink was not crisp cold the way I like and when I asked for ice she told me they don't have any. Not a big deal, but still kind of weird to me.
