We had THE most amazing stay at the Noelle for a girls' weekend getaway! Every detail of the boutique hotel was so cute and every person we interacted with was extremely kind and hospitable. We had coffee (strong and delicious lattes) and breakfast at the ground floor "Drug Store" cafe every morning and it was wonderful. We also had tasty drinks at the bar on the lobby floor and the speakeasy downstairs which was super cute! We dined at the Lona Mexican restaurant one of the nights and it was excellent (shoutout to the new executive chef from Florida who was awesome!) The rooms were incredibly spacious, updated nicely, and the furniture was stunning. The waterfall shower was much appreciated. My only knock was it was pretty noisy at night due to being the SEC tournament weekend and you could hear a ton of traffic. This would be easily remedied with some ear plugs and is to be expected when you stay in the heart of any downtown location. However, being in such close proximity to Broadway was 100% worth it and we would absolutely stay here again. Do yourself a favor and book Noelle now! read more

Great staff from start to finish of the visit. Zouria was a great closer at checkout with her review request. Night staff was a lifesaver. No convenience store items like Tylenol or Benedryl due to the Walgreens being so close. However, at 4am not so convenient when the store is closed on Wednsday. I do not know the name of the woman working at that time but, she brought me a cup of water and Claritin. Minus stars for the paper thin walls, rusty bathroom appliances (sink, shower, faucets were cracking), and not so great parking option We stayed for 3 nights and loved the architecture / style of Noelle! The lobby is absolutely beautiful and I'm sure a lot of fun (if it wasn't for covid). Staff were friendly and knowledgeable - helped us find the parking garage (right by the Printers alley sign) and way to obtain the discount parking code. Be warned the valet at night is busy, therefore it will be hard to drop off luggage and then park your car. You will have to park it and then carry/wheel your luggage from the garage to the front (not bad when you have only 1 bag but may be a hassle if you have a lot). We booked the king bed room and it was surprisingly small and things appeared slightly outdated. There was rust, cracking, fading in the bathroom. The bed was very comfy and due to covid - no maid service unless requested, which we appreciated because we prefer it that way when traveling during covid. During our stay, we heard music from printers alley (Nashville re opened bars) and our neighbors (wedding party) throughout the night. It's odd for such great design team and the location of this place being right by printers alley, they would have thought about sound proof walls in their design plans. The coffee shop downstairs is very cute and only currently open on weekdays. The only problem is , be aware your latte will be $12. Also the garage that is linked to the Noelle is a public garage and is the narrowest garage that was ever created. This isn't Noelle's fault but just be aware to drive carefully since it's the same garage as the drunk people heading downtown. The turns are sharp and parking spots are tiny. Not to mention there was a Homeless man living in the garage. Just be cautious. Overall, not too bad..It's a very cute hotel, great staff but probably wouldn't stay here again unless I needed to. read more

Beautiful hotel in a historic building. Check in was great. Super friendly hostess upgraded me to a superior suite. Wifi is free for Bonvoy members. The brunch is complimentary for elite bonvoy members. You can get the buffet or $42 worth of ala carte menu items. The room has too many switches and lights that remain on when the lights should be so off. I travel with a sleep mask. The water temp in the beautiful shower is not reliable. I got burned several times from a "spike" in pressure. My room was very nice. Very classy design. I'm a huge fan of autograph collection hotels. read more

Great location !!! This place is dead smack where you want to be ! Just one street from Printers Alley !!! This hotel has that old historic charm, Art Deco and updated industrial style. The service was on top of their game and very accommodating. The restaurant on site was a little on the scarce side but the service was good. The roof top bar has great views of the city and panther stadium. Service at the bar was a "4" out of 10....damn near have to stand on your chair to be acknowledged, but all in all I'd stay there again. read more

So we didn't have the right room when we got to Noelle and the WiFi was down most of the time we stayed. BUT! the customer service was just spectacular. Because they didn't have the right room for our three night stay, they upgraded us to a suite on the last night. Sarah and Doc were so very lovely, everything was effortless. When I asked some friends where I should go while I'm Nashville, I got overwhelming amount of people telling me to go to Noelle, and specifically to visit their rooftop bar! It has a very cute coffee shop in the bottom and the staff are all very friendly. Drinks were delicious! A few months after my trip I found out that there is apparently a speakeasy in the hotel as well. Needless to say I can't wait to go back and find it! read more

I don't often give 5 stars for a hotel. It is tough to offer a great experience to so many people day in and day out. But for us, they nailed it. Not only was the location and price great, but their staff and amenities were also top notch. We had the option of paying for valet parking and getting our car whenever we wanted. Or we could park in the deck next to Printer's Alley and pay any time we left. We planned on walking everywhere. So the latter was the best option. We still haven't figured out some of the logistics with that since it was a new agreement. But the Noelle assured us all would turn out good. The facility is everything you could expect from an upscale boutique hotel. Using the elevators to get to proper floors was the only thing we had go wrong. But the staff, cleanliness and set up of the rooms was top notch. I would stay here again at this price any time we come back. Thanks for the great stay Noelle. Went to Noelle for the Hidden Bar. As a big speakeasy fan I was blown away. First we arrived and found the speakeasy was booked for an event and we had to wait 3 hours to get in. We ate apps in the restaurant and had some cocktails. Our patience was rewarded as when we entered down the rabbit holes to a Alice in Wonderland theme. Great friendly service, top notch cocktails and great food. This was a stop I am glad we made time for. read more

I'm giving 2 stars based on the building itself and the history, but everything Else in this hotel is severely lacking. The room layout is subject, but likely limited to the 1930s build. However, the amenities are minimal other than overpriced bars and restaurants. The breakfast coffee shop downstairs was closed the entire visit. There are no coffee makers in the rooms - they put Nespresso by the elevator. I didn't know about you, but I don't want to get totally dressed before my coffee. And I certainly don't like waiting in line for a machine since one of them was also broken the entire visit. Water and ICE? They provide a bottle in the room that you also need to go fill yourself. Ice? They provide pre-filled bags at the coffee station and that is, of course, IF the freezer is working... Every time we wanted ice, we had to visit 2 or 3 other floors. Our freezer didn't even have drawers in them. The rooms are hot because they don't allow the thermostat to be set below 68 and it shuts off at night since nobody is moving around in the room. The shower was the worst shower since the locker room at school! I understand wanting to save water but this is absurd! Not worth the money! read more

Loved our stay here! We came here for business purposes and the hotel lived up to the pictures online! I particularly loved the convenient coffee shop right inside the hotel lobby, being welcomed with champagne upon check-in, the spacious bathroom, lovely room, and the great smelling bathroom items (shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, etc.). The automatic shades with a touch of a button were also a bonus! And I've never had a hotel experience where they give you reusable water bottles to fill up to use from their water fountain on each floor that dispenses both regular water AND sparkling water! We stayed at Noelle for an event about 20 miles away. My two biggest issues were the cost of incidents (deposit) for the room at $200 a night and when staying for four nights hold $800 was a bit crazy. The hotel was very beautiful but as most boutique hotels go the room was small and there was only one small alcove to put chargers next to the bed. I had to put mine inside my the door of the armoire or on the floor next to the tall bed if I wanted it close. Other than that everyone was very accommodating and like I said, it was beautiful, the roof top was perfect for drinks and quick meals. It is close to Broadway and a cute enclosed mall. New hotel in antique building. I loved the shared soda, ice and water station in the hall. Cool rooftop bar. Nice coffee shop in lobby and restaurant in the basement. Rooms were attractive and bed comfortable. Electronic controls were a plus. I selected the small room on Priceline for about $240 all in. Compared to all the convention brand hotels was about the same price when I priced my visit. Only odd thing about the room it had no closet or anywhere to hang clothes. First stay at this hotel and won't be my last. What a great boutique hotel. I learned that this was considered a "smart hotel" back in the 1930's according to a staff member. Not sure what a "smart hotel" in the 1930's could be but I do know in today's time this is a "smart a hotel" This hotel is modern with a hipster feeling. Arrived at the room to find the room was totally automated from the lights, climate controls, and to the shades. All done with the push button switches on the wall next to the door and next to the bed. You also could control everything from the TV remote. You could control all functions with the TV remote while looking at the TV screen to see what you were controlling. The bedding was comfortable with a monogrammed comforter with the hotel's name. While looking for a clothes iron, I discovered that the hotel had a steamer for clothes. I've never used one before but it worked quite nicely getting the wrinkles out of a shirt. Room had a safe and mini-bar in the armoire. There is roof-top bar that over looks the city and the "Nissan Stadium" that houses the Tennessee Titans. The bar serves craft cocktails and beers along with a few domestics. The bartender suggested us to try 'Printers Alley" which was located directly behind the hotel. She said it was Nashville's version of Memphis' Beale Street Blue Bars without the riff-raff and dirtiness. We did try later in the night and found the 1 block alley nice and lively. We felt safe in the neighborhood and found this to be a pleasant stay and hotel. I would recommend this on your next visit to Nashville. read more

Room was nice, two kings, but the traffic and music were so loud outside that it was hard to sleep. No pool which was a bummer too. If you want a nice bed and can sleep through loud music and racing cars, then stay here! Great location to Broadway if that is your scene and purpose. read more

It was worth it! I really enjoyed the rooftop bar! Excellent views! I didn't enjoy the LL restaurant. The food was dissatisfying. Seemed like the dishes were not well thought out as far as being pleasing to the pallet, and was over priced. That's probably why everyone was ordering the burgers.
