The ladies working were very nice and efficient. The crepes themselves were great. They arrived quickly, but were of un compromised quality. Both savory and sweet crepes were simply delicious--airy, flavorful, and satisfying. Also, I must point out the great drink selection. I had the mango lemonade and I cannot recommend it enough. This is my go to spot for crepes! It's a cute little cafe type and service is always friendly and fast. Ive seen people working on their computers in there and it does seem like a great spot to grab food, coffee, and get some work done without much noise. I've tried many different crepes and coffees, and everything is seriously delicious! The crepes are packed and they do not skimp on the fillings. The breakfast crepe is my favorite savory crepe while the creme brûlée crepe is my favorite sweet crepe. Adding strawberries inside the creme brûlée crepe is a nice added flavor so highly recommend. Very cozy establishment for great Crepes and coffee! I really enjoyed the Ambiance in this location and had a great experience! The food was delicious, the prices were fair and the customer service was great! I visited this restaurant based on recommendation from a friend and it was not disappointing at all! Walking in it is very quaint and clean and also busy for a Saturday morning. We were able to be seated quickly and enjoy a breakfast. There are no menus at the tables and you order at the front register from a menu I wanted to try something unique here and chose the smoked salmon crepe with a cappuccino. The meals were brought to our table within 10 minutes and was very delicious. It was a smoked salmon, cream cheese and pickled onions inside a wrapped approximate 8-in crepe which was a perfect size meal. It also came with the side arugula salad with a vinaigrette sauce that was delicious and complemented the crepe. The Ambiance in the restaurant is quiet even though it is very busy. The price is fair at about $16 per person and well worth it as everything is made fresh. The tables and Boots Were clean and the overall appearance was very comfortable. This place is a gem. I had the strawberries and cream crepe and a skinny vanilla latte. It was so good. They stuff it with strawberries. They are not stingy with them like most places. I stopped in for a morning pick me up. I ordered a cappuccino with an extra shot and oat milk. I watched the lady pour the last little bit of great value whole milk into a cup, add a bit of tap water and as she went to steam it, I asked if that was mine. She said it was not. The entire time I am 8 feet from this lady watching as she made my drink. I watch the scoop of expresso pour one side into the cup as it was not centered under the spout. Only half went into the cup. She put a lid on this tiny mess of a drink and hands it to me. I said no mam, that's not mine. She said yes and read the receipt to me, 3 shots and oat milk, correct?? I left it on the counter and didn't bother arguing or asking for a refund. Asian lady was the one doing the magic lol. Not sure if she is the owner or what. Very strange experience. Had a lovely breakfast today. Tried the smoke salmon crepe and the loose tropical coconut oolong tea. The crepe was great. Maybe a teensy bit salty, but given that it's made with smoked salmon, I won't give them too hard of a time for that. The crepe itself was cooked nicely, and the onions inside were a tangy, lightly crunchy compliment to the other components. I enjoyed my tea and the chance to try one I've not had before. They have a nice set-up if condiments you pick from to doctor you your drinks or dishes. The service was friendly and prompt. Not rushed but not slow. WiFi allowed me to get some work done while enjoying a more indulgent breakfast than the typical work day. I'll definitely be back to enjoy some more offerings in the future. Poor sanitation. Owner cannot take feedback; has attitude. Checked in at 11:52 and waited 20 minutes for a crepe and a sandwich at which point we were told we had "two orders in front of us". In that time I observed: Spring mix greens sit out on an unrefrigerated ledge. Bare, unwashed hands are used to level out espresso grounds before putting on the espresso machine. Non-disposable, filthy looking rags are used to clean the counter. What seems like the owner's wife told her son who brought out drinking glasses from the back not to place them with the rim touching the counter. He disregarded her, the way adolescent sons disregard their mothers, and he flipped them over but did not remove the contaminated cups. Mom then came by with a rag she pulled out of her apron (contaminated?) and wiped down all the glasses to place on the condiments station for the lemon water. When I first got there, I went to get a glass of the lemon water and decided against it because all of the glasses had condensation or were dirty--and were (against mom's instructions) placed rim down. Plenty of warm bodies standing around in each other's way but not getting food out means hugely inflated labor costs and they still don't manage to get a sandwich made in 20 minutes or more. I approached the owner and asked for a refund so we could leave. He didn't engage at all to ask why we were leaving and wanting a refund. He handed me back a receipt with only the food refunded and a comment at the bottom that said "couldn't wait". I told him that he needed to remove the drinks as well. He said "you got those though, right?" And I pointed to the half consumed drinks on the counter and said "yea, but I'm not leaving because I 'couldn't wait' I'm leaving because you have serious issues with sanitation". As he was working the register, I pointed out to my dining partner the counters being cleaned off with nasty looking rags. The owner looked back at her and didn't seem bothered at all, not saying a word to her. He refunded the two coffees and we left at 12:20. read more

Hands down one of the best crepes I've had. We had the Creme Brûlée and California crepes and both were bomb! The creme brûlée crepe was caramelized to perfection with just the right crunch to it. The California crepe was stuffed with avocado, cheese and turkey deliciousness. The Thai iced tea was served at the right tea and cream ratio. Noe's is still going through their soft opening so they were a little scattered when we went in but still worthy of a good review. First, address is wrong. They are located on Old Conroe Rd in the strip center right across from the new Xscape Theater. We had already eaten dinner and were looking for a spot to get something sweet prior to our movie starting. This definitely hit the nail on the head. My hubby got a Nutella crepe with strawberries and bananas. The fruit was fresh. This was his first crepe and he loved it. I got the Creme Brûlée. It was very delicious. The sugar on top was a little too "done" for me but it was good! They were large in size. We both ended up taking leftovers home. We are not coffee drinkers but I did order the hot chocolate. To be honest, it was awful and I wouldn't recommend that as a beverage choice. Overall, I'd love to go back and try some other flavors of crepe or their normal menu. read more

Don't remember the names of what we had. Mine was outstanding. Great taste. Great flavor. So much better than a breakfast taco. Her's was so sweet made my jaw hurt a bit. We watched the crepes made right in from of us which was neat. So having no history of crepes, pricing was moderate, $25 range for both of us with coffee.
