I paid over $120 to get a pedicure and GelX on 8/3 and had to return on 8/5 to get two of the nails fixed because on August 4th the polish was chipping and peeled off. I thought that helped but it's August 6th and the gel polish is chipping off my nails AGAIN. This place uses cheap products and I don't recommend anyone spending money here. So disappointed about the recent experience I had this past Saturday and then when i went back today (Labor Day Monday). I come here frequently every three weeks or so and have never had an issue. I usually get my nails done with Jade (she's great!) but i made a last min appt and she wasn't available. One person did my pedicure and then was told someone else would do my hands. there was a technician sit two seats away from me and on his phone. The host had to basically beg him to do my gel manicure. It was obvious he didn't want to work that day. When I sat in front of him, he didn't even say hi or acknowledge me. So unwelcoming. He rushed through the manicure and barely let my hands sit under the light for the gel. THE NEXT DAY THEY CHIPPED AND OTHER STARTED PEELING. I called to see if i could get it fixed without paying again and the girl who answered the call said I cold. I went back in today to get it fixed with a different technician, two days later and they tried charging me again to just change the polish. I also got my polish changed on my feet (that was also a disaster the two days before and got messed up) which I said I would pay for. The technician told the host to charge me $44 and i disputed it saying I am only paying for my polish change on my toes. They all argued with each other in another language, including the guy that had done them two days before. The host then said it was $27, FOR A REGULAR POLISH CHANGE?! Online the price of regular polish change on your hands is $12. On my receipt it was rang up as "special service". Needless to say I am looking for a new nail place. read more

I came here as an emergency because I needed my nails done for a last-minute event that came up the next day and my usual salon was all booked. My regular pedicure and my gel manicure didn't make it intact for the event the next day. One nail started peeling after a couple of hours and by the event, I had 4 chipped nails and 2 chipped toe nails. I had to get them done again less than a week after I spent $85. Also, my toe nails feel super brittle after I went there and started breaking :( read more

Very disappointed in the spot. The fluff of a nicely manicured business is not we're it's at when your nail tips pop off in one week and your tips only last a week. The fist time I came here to Noire's nails they were clean establishment treated myself and daughter always very nice. The chips and juice while she waited was nice but paying $75 for feet including tip and $65.00 for nails with out tip included and having your nails fall of like press on was very annoying. If you want to go to a nail salon and continue to go back weekly for a popes off nail or two popped of tip on your nail go right ahead. They've gone downhill. The last 3 times I've come they were not on top of appointment times. I had to wait 30 minutes after my appointment time I ended up leaving because I had somewhere to be and they had told me it would be another 30 minutes. Another time the lady I requested wasn't even there running late and today they double booked the guy who did my nails. Today I had an appointment at 10am. They had him do my nails then when he finished he passed me off to whoever was available so he could take his appointment who was running late. I ended up having to wait 15 minutes for someone to do my toe polish change and I had somewhere to be. Then the guy who did them was rude and not very skilled. He told me he did not have all day to take my red polish off. After I patiently waited 15 minutes for someone to come do my toes?! That was the final straw and they look unprofessionally done. Unprofessional, they argue with you & tell you how they think your nails should look (based on what they know how to do) rather then trying to understand you & get your nails (that you are paying for lol) how you want them. This is my 3rd time here, I feel the technicians need more training. Rude & I won't be returning. I really liked the ambiance of this salon but my latest appointment there has left me disappointed. Within the first week of getting my acrylic fill 2 nails broke. I'm currently less than 2 weeks since I got my fill done and i have a total of 5 nails broken between my 2 hands. I don't do anything strenuous with my hands so I'm not sure why I have so many broken nails so quickly. read more

So disappointed by the lack of good quality in this NEW salon that hasn't even fully opened. For my pedicure I asked my nails be cut and filed. She only cut and did not leave them straight. One of my toes the polish is already peeling off. For my gel mani, her machine wasn't working properly and she told me it was because I was moving. I wasn't. The painting job was very poor quality with not painting the full nail or overflowing the cuticle with polish. I was excited for a new nail salon in the area but I was greatly disappointed. The pedicure sucked, she cut me and put her finger on it to stop the bleeding. She didn't even put the green liquid to stop the bleeding so as soon as I came home I put neosporin on it. She also flooded my cuticle with the gel polish and didn't clean it before it cured, so now the polish looks terrible and it chipped off the side 2 hours after the pedi. The mani was okay, nothing special but she put base coat instead of top coat and my nails were sticky. She then realized she messed up and put top coat. Maybe I'll go back and try someone else but I don't think it'll be worth it. I could've done a better job. read more

I had to come on here to leave a review as I see so many negative reviews for one reason or the other. I was very skeptical, but have been going for about two months now along with my daughter and the service is great. It's quiet, with a spa like feel with no loud conversations and chatter. I stopped by today as I stay within walking distance. I was there as soon as the doors opened. I had my 3 year old son with him. I had him sit with his tablet as I went for a pedicure one of the nail techs brought him back to sit next to me, as she said she didn't want him to feel lonely all the way over there which I thought was kind. He really enjoyed sitting in the pedicure chair next to me and watching me get my pedicure. Van gave my son a nail file and a pumice stone to play with, my son really liked pretending to give him self a little pampering too. I got a paraffin wax pedicure which was really nice. Van said he had been doing pedicures 15 years and it showed. His massage skill A1! I was offered a drink but I declined. I also got Gel polish and my big toes acrylics refilled then it was off to my manicure. I got a gel manicure. I really like that Van uses lime for the manicure and pedicure. It felt very fresh and not harsh. I enjoyed the manicure. This polishing skills were very nice. My service came to 100 which is about my usual price for when I get acrylic nails w/ gel & a pedicure at other places... The prices were a bit higher but the salon is absolutely beautiful and the staff is so kind I didn't mind! I gave him a 20 dollar tip for how kind he was to my son. This salon is walking distance from me so it is truly convenient! The staff is friendly and the place is clean. Unfortunately, my gel manicure doesn't make it to even a week and I got charged for them redoing two of the nails that lifted off two days after being done. My regular pedicure also only made it to 2 days before it all chipped. Seems to be the quality of the nail polish. I gave this place 2 tries. The employees were friendly and the place looked nice however the quality was not good. I came as a walk in both times. The first nail tech gave me a fill in. It only lasted 2 weeks. I always go 3-4 weeks before getting a fill in but by the 2nd week my nails looked bad. I decided to give it another try telling myself that the next technician will do a better job. I came back and got a pedicure and a fill in. This time my nails didn't last a week. They looked like they were done 3 week old ago before the first week. All of the diamonds had came off and I don't mean completely off. I had silver circles left on my nails from the bottom of the Diamonds as you can see in the pictures. The side of my nails were lifted and the white tip of the French manicure was chipped. All within a week. Also the shaping was just bad and the nails was bulky. I refused to get my nail redone for the 3rd time within 3 weeks when I usually only need them done once within 3 weeks so im been going around with ugly nails. The person the did my nails had a hard time apply the apres acrylic nail as well as apply the gold chrome. After 3 attempts and 2 tantrums to the manager he was able to complete the Apres installment. 3 days pass and I notice that nail start lifting, water is able to access the space between the mail and the acrylic nail (prefect breeding grounds for bacteria and fungus) I drove back to the nail shop and asked for a manager. She says "my nails look good" I explained to her that water is trapped under my nails and I can develop fungus. She doesn't see the problem so I show her 9/10 nails are lifting, so I show her. She then only sees a problem with one nail that she's willing to fix. She also says if I pull my skin down on my fingers that I will create a problem, I explained to her that I've never had a problem at any other nail salon but here, with normal day to day where. She offers me to get my nails redone but can't guarantee that I wouldn't have problems with my nails after that. I asked for a refund, which she said they don't do. So for a regular pedicure and apres nails I paid 120$ and the nails life within 3 days. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SALON, save yourself the headache and the money. read more

I was so excited when I saw that a new nail salon was opening so close to home, and offering a complimentary glass of wine! My first thought was Me time! But it was terrible. The place is beautiful, clean and brand new. The service... not so much. I went for a gel manicure, the person cut me two times and didn't even acknowledge. I was never offered the complimentary drink. The gel polish went over the sides and the cuticle and didn't clean it before going in the light. By next day, two of my nails were chipped and the rest were so messy that I decided to go again to fix it. I was like ok, another try. Again, I was never offered water, wine, nothing! No apologies either, just we do it again. I sit down, and the new person is taking my polish off and cleaning my nails while watching a TV show in her cellphone.
