These are hands down the best premium oils we have found. Have been ordering for years and absolutely love the product.

Muffulettu (8.5/10): my first time having this kind of sandwich. Dang, it is so good. Loved the sesame bread. Tuna was amazing. All the sauces came together so well. Felt pretty light, too! Definitely great to pair with the po'boy Sicilian Sashimi (9/10): I've never had sashimi like this, but I was all for it. Fish was fresh and tender. The capers and olive oil really paired well with it. We met one of the chef-owners and she was very helpful and kind! Really sad that they were out of a lot of things like the daiquiris, crudo, ceviche, tostadas, oysters, etc. due to it being right after Labor Day.

The Good: The Staff was lovely and the Tostada was AMAZING!…read more The Bad: Everything else... Outside of the Tostadas, the food we had was shockingly bad. The fried "Captain's Platter" is $35, it's worth maybe $12. It was 4 shrimp, 4 oysters, and a decent sized piece of fish, all considerably over-fried, with fairly plain coleslaw and hushpuppies that looked like they had been cooking since the shift the day before. --- I honestly couldn't believe this was brought to the table, but it seemed normal so apparently that is how it is served there. It was VERY small and fairly overcooked. The boiled crabs were mush. Decent flavor, not great. Would not recommend. The charbroiled oysters again seemed to have been cooking for 3-4 times longer than they should have. They were rubber, flavorless and unappetizing to look at. They were pretty bad. - At least they were clean. I didn't get any shell. But I also didn't get any oyster in 1 of the 6 oysters served at $18. Then we got a Sausage Poboy. The sausage was decent, but the sandwich wasn't good. WHY WOULD YOU TOAST THE BREAD? NO ONE WANTS SAUSAGE BETWEEN TWO CROUTONS. Just kind of a weird mistake that makes you wonder if anyone there has tried to eat any of their own food. Because it's not easy... Honestly 90% of the food we got there was pretty bad. But we will be back for Tostada alone. That was phenomenal. 10/10 Delicious.

i am updating my review to give them 5 stars!…read more Holy heck, what has happened between 2019 and now?! They stepped their Italian game up. Got a new Chef? I dunno! I know they do fun live music every Thursday now. We recently dinned here for the live music and it was so relaxing. Not to mention, this food is on par if not better, then Vincent's. Not to compare necessarily, but generally my standard for great Italian food in the NOLA area is usually Vincents as the baseline. We ordered the aracini and the meatballs and the crab claws as apps! Omg ok, I am not really a fan of aracini, but this, THIS! Ok it is stuffed, and i mean STUFFED, with so much cheese that I felt like I was eating a cheese ball. It was really good and light on the sauce too. I loved those meatballs too, they must mix veal in there because they reminded me of my mothers meatballs. They were so tender and perfect. And so few restaurants offer crab claws anymore and I dont know why?? We leave is South La, there's plenty of crab to make this app. Regardless, this was also amazing and I think this was going to be my favorite, it was my third favorite, number 1 was the aracini. All 3 were fantastic though, don't let me confuse you. Mom got the special which was a soft shell crab with some amazing garlic, butter, heaven sauce. I do not have a picture of the menu to be able to describe what was in the sauce. I did ask the waiter and begged him to tell the chef to keep it on the menu, We ordered the lasagna and the fetuccini with fried veal. I'd say my fav to just ok, it would be that special and the sauce on it and last would be the lasagna. I am so glad to see this place doing so well. I will be back.
