This was my first time doing a Colonics and this was not a great experience. I had a 5pm appt. I walk in and the receptionist is friendly. She tells me I have to fill out first time patient intake form. Fumbles around paperwork, looks through different filing folders for a few minutes and tells me there isn't anymore. Shows me someone's else's filled out form and tells me does anything apply to me. First thought , that's different. She proceeds to take me to the room, doesn't really go into deep explanation of what is going to happen. Basically lay on the table lower yourself on to the table and insert the tube and the flushing will begin. She puts lube on the tube, never washed her hands or put on gloves but was just touching a million things looking for that intake form just 2 mins prior. That was an issue. I was basically in the room by myself the entire time after that. I had no idea this was not that vacuum kind of colonics or that you literally had to push the whole time until it already began and I was in excruciating pain and ringing the bell for her to come back. This girl was running back and forth between me and another patient. I was sweating and feeling sick. She offered me a robe if I wanted to take off my shirt and this robe was dry and dingy like it was used 1000 times. By time it was over and I asked additional questions about the process I was hit with" oh yeah I forgot to tell you that" this appointment was not all what I expected. I should have anticipated this considering the price is much cheaper than the competition in the area. In no way am I blaming the receptionist, seemed as tho she was left there alone to run the business at the end of the day but where were the nurses??

Had a great experience here! Brittney was so sweet and professional. Love the set up from the time I walked into the door. Every facet of the space is set up with relaxation and a touch of luxury in mind. Definitely will be back.

From the second you walk in, it feels like old-school charm meets modern-day motivation. The building itself is gorgeous -- think chandeliers, brick walls, and history dripping from every dumbbell. The weight room? Massive. The cardio section? Plenty of options. The pool? Stunning and feels like something Gatsby would've done laps in. And don't even get me started on the boxing ring -- I half-expected to see Rocky training in the corner. There's even a Turkish bath. Yes, a Turkish bath -- where else are you gonna find that? The people were super friendly, and there was this kind of unspoken camaraderie in the air -- everyone's working hard but also vibing with the beauty of the space. Exceptional Service The highlights started before the massage even began. I realized I'd left my phone in my car, and the valet went above and beyond to retrieve it and bring it directly to me in the spa. Every team member I encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely friendly. The Treatment I booked a 100-minute Light Swedish Massage, and it was absolute bliss. The Scent: The essential oils were high-quality and smelled fabulous. The Enhancements: I opted for the CBD add-on and pain-relieving oils--well worth the extra cost for the added relaxation. Pro-Tip: Choose Your Appointment Wisely One thing to note when booking: there are two options--one that includes a facility tour and one that is mostly self-guided. My Mistake: I chose the self-guided option. Since it had been a while since my last visit, I found myself a bit lost navigating the locker rooms and amenities. Next time, I'll definitely sign up for the guided tour to get my bearings! Post-Spa Pampering After the treatment, I rehydrated with some refreshing watermelon-infused chilled water before heading to The Davenport Lounge. Capping off the afternoon with charcuterie and champagne was the perfect "after-spa" treat. Verdict: Aside from my own confusion navigating the spa, it was a wonderful day. I'll be back--but I'm taking the tour next time!

He explained how things would flow during my time there. He guided me to the sauna room first and explained how to enter the sauna capsule. I was given space and time to undress and enter the capsule. He knocked and entered the room as he stated he would just to make sure that I was correctly in the capsule. I was not lol. So I'm glad he came in to correct. The sauna was at 99 degrees I believe an it got toasty quick. There is a clock on the wall that you can see. About halfway through, I got too hot (I'm not a regular sauna user so this may be a newbie thing) so I removed myself from the capsule to cool off a bit. I later got back in with about 10 min left on the clock. The timer went off and I grabbed my things and walked out to lobby area to go to the float room. Once in the float room, he explained that the pod would fill with water and that the lights would go out. In the room is a floatation pillow for your head to use if you prefer. There's also a shower in the room for after your float. They also provide ear plugs and Vaseline to apply if you've got any nicks and scratches to avoid irritation from the salt water. The actual float was nice. The pod stays open the whole time and there's ambient music playing in the beginning to relax you. The total darkness was fine for me but may be difficult for others. I floated on my back initially and kind of just let the water carry me. I switched to a stomach float later on, using the flotation pillow under my chin. It was really nice to relax and bounce off the pod walls without feeling the need to course correct. My only concern was the airflow in the float room. I'm not sure if there was any or if it was just warm due to the water in the pod (the water is lukewarm btw). Maybe I was just overthinking. Overall it was a nice relaxing experience!
