Then as he is trying to get me out the bay I asked him if he checked the air. He stated that he did. I replied the pressure hasn't changed. Caiden the MOD told him to check it again. Amazingly all 4 tires needed air. I stated so you didn't check the air before. He said No have a good day. I parked my truck after the oil started smoking on the engine and had a discussion with Caiden which turned heated because he kept interrupting and refused to give me district manager's number. Today I found oil under my truck. I took my truck to the Barataria Blvd location in Marero, LA. I told him what happened and I was worried that plug was loose or stripped. He personally went underneath and said that the old oil from the filter must have spilled and soaked the frame rail and that (Daquin) did not clean it up. After cleaning my engine and frame rail he checked the oil. It was almost a quart low. He then stated they didn't fill up the water reservoir for the wiper. Now I wonder if the synthetic oil they charged me for was ever used. They just lost 8 vehicles besides every business and personal associates I have
