We opted to both be in the sauna and cold plunge and then individually go in for massages once our sauna session was up. Sauna and adjoining room were clean upon arrival. Cold plunge tub was filled as we spoke (not ice cold, but cold enough for beginners). He reviewed protocol with us and left the room for us. Massages were individual and allowed us to utilize the sauna while the other was getting a massage. He was professional and it was a great massage. Pricing was extremely reasonable and we will be back. We normally go to Fire and Ice in Dedham, but they lack an in room cold plunge, which we really enjoy in combination with the sauna experience. I recommend Ron and his spa; he is passionate about a great experience. We look forward to returning.

She just kept harping on the fact that my gels from Thailand were super hard to remove. I had no idea that I would come out of there with a decent pedicure, but a horrible manicure, that cost over $100. I was unaware that my toes had gel on them. It took FOREVER to remove them. No one told me that I would be charged extra, nor what that fee would be. Getting the pedicure took so long that she said she no longer had time for my manicure because they were closing. She offered to do a quick polish. She did not get all of the previous gel off my nails, so they were left bumpy. The nail room was also hot because the AC was barely working. The chairs did not provide a massage like most places. The final cost was something like $130. With 40% off, it should have cost around $50. Since they were closing, I was polite and just gave them my credit card. A few days later, I called the director to complain and asked for an itemized record of the charges. She never called me back. I went somewhere else to get my manicure fixed. They DID NOT charge me for taking the gel off. I will never go back to this salon. I can't believe they didn't even call me back.

She's very responsive to feedback, and adjusts pressure, location, etc. as needed. She's also willing to be creative in getting hard to reach or stubborn areas to loosen up - I never feel like she's just giving a generic massage, it's always unique to current the problems I'm having, and she adjusts during the session based on how my body responds. Additionally, Meghan is super strong! I like a lot of pressure, and my muscles are often very unyielding and hard to loosen up - Meghan has no problem getting deep enough to help. That said, if I have a sensitive area that needs a softer touch, she does that equally well. Her office is quiet and comfortable, and she's been easy to work with as far as scheduling, with weekend and evening hours. Her prices are in-line with others in the area and I feel her service is well worth the cost. She also does package deals, where you buy several appointments at once at a discount, which is nice if you plan to go regularly.
