Oh so many injuries have caught up with me. I've been to multiple Imaging Healthcare locations over the years but this is my preferred one. The staff has changed many times in that duration but the quality of care has not. The front desk person always greets you when you arrive and verifies that you have completed the necessary online check-in process. The wait times always vary but I've never waited an exorbitant amount of time for my appointment. The technicians have dealt with have always been polite and professional and most are quite friendly. I prefer to get imaging here because all doctors and clinics are able to pull scans and reports even old ones from one place. I do not need to get access or copies for follow ups or new doctors.

Explicitly minimized the witnessed abuse, claiming it was just my "mistaken perception" because the patient "had no issues." Became unprofessional, agitated, and volatile when I challenged her "damage control" tactics, accusing me of "talking over her." Tauntingly encouraged me to escalate the complaint to corporate. Conclusion: This experience shows a fundamental failure in customer service, from the front desk to executive management. Regional Manager Michelle's behavior confirms a culture of minimizing patient concerns and protecting poor behavior. She came here for…read morean MRI on Tuesday, they called the day before to remind us what we need to prepare, they even have us tips on how to find parking right up front instead of parking underground. Her appointment was at 10 AM, but we arrived a little bit after 9, and they set her up quickly because We did all the echeck in online. We thought we wouldn't be done until afternoon, but they were on point, they got the MRI done, then wheeled her out to another facility to do Xray, and the staff did all of it, put her on the wheel chair, came with her, then hauled her right back, so much caring and dedication they put in. Parking is also limited, but if you're coming to this building, you can use their structure located underground, all their spots are very tight fitted, you might need to have your passengers stepping out before you park, good thing it's free of charge, you could also find parking on the street unless it's full. However you won't get a statement if you don't owe them so you may not even know that they owe you unless you check your EOB. I'm currently trying to get my reimbursement and it is like pulling teeth. Both my insurance representative and I called several times, we called together in three way phone calls ( they said they don't have a record of me paying-but I have a screenshots of the kiosk and credit card statement as a proof). Finally they said they'll reimburse me and gave me a date, that failed, another phone call and I was given the date 6/12 to get the reimbursement. That failed too. I called again today. The billing person game me the reason she gave me two or three times before. She says "Your reimbursement is not finalized yet, you just have to wait". Hello? We already moved forward from that at the last phone call. Still waiting.....and wonder how many times it'll take. This really feels like a scam, where they are counting on charging people unnecessarily and then folks don't realize it and then forget and they pocket the money. Then they train their Cust Svc team to act like there's nothing that can be done - wearing you down and hoping you give up. Very unscrupulous.
