They use a unique batter, and the fish inside is moist and delicious. I usually pass on fries (chips), but these were amazing. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. The curry ketchup is so good, too. The line to order moves quickly and we didn't wait very long for our food - great service at the Humble Sea location. There's plenty of seating in the beer garden, though it can get a bit crowded in the afternoons.

But Felice Forno manages to keep them within normal Food truck prices of $10-$12, making it some of the cheapest wood fired oven pizzas I've ever seen. Then the pizza was actually really good! I had a Pepperoni & Jalapeno pizza, and it was delicious. A great combination made with quality ingredients. I thought the cheese and tomato sauce were pretty good, and the pepperonis weren't basic circular slices, they were cut up even more, which worked out great because it spread out the pepperoni flavor better. The crust was cooked perfectly (in my opinion) as well. The novelty of a food truck that bakes my pizza right in front of me with a real wood burning oven just sends my hype meter for his truck through the roof. One thing that worries me is the possible horrendous wait times in the future. It wasn't so bad for me because I went on their Moveable Feast introduction, so no one was ordering from them (but the line for "The Chairman" was prolly 70 people long). But once the word gets out about this truck, I would think that the waits could rapidly get terrible since there is only one oven. Beforehand, we worked with Jessica to develop an all-vegan menu, and she prepared a tasting meal for us. We wanted our wedding meal to be southern-themed, and Jessica came up with creative and tasty all-vegan options - macaroni and cheese, grits, collard greens, biscuits, bbq tofu, and a peach salad! Plus vegan fried chicken and waffles as an appetizer that guests raved about. We were very pleased with the tasting and decided to hire her for our wedding. The pandemic put our plans on a year+ long hiatus, but Jessica stayed in contact with us throughout and made herself available on the day of our wedding. She also made time to come by the wedding venue a few weeks beforehand to scope things out, which was really helpful. On the wedding day, Jessica showed up right on time, and dinner was ready exactly when it was needed. She also worked with us on pandemic-related precautions, which was appreciated. Luckily a taco truck was also there and stepped up to fill the void. I honestly don't know what changed and I won't speculate about someone I don't know online but I did like the food there but after she made one of my coworkers cry and was verbally hostile to others, I wouldn't even return if she had a Michelin Star. This truck gets one extra star because I really did like the Philly Cheesesteak.
