We were visiting Pensacola from out of town and out walking around the downtown Palafox area. We were hungry so we decided to stop by this food truck. We were very happy with the yummy options and the service was quick- but not so quick that the food tasted rushed. There are picnic benches and tables with umbrellas in the area. I had the rice bowl with cauliflower and my husband had the pulled pork- both were great! The mint iced teas are also delicious. Highly recommend. read more

The hot chicken tacos are a must and most recently tried the mojo chicken rice bowl, which was a nice balance of sweet and savory with the coconut jasmine rice. By far my favorite food truck in Pensacola! I'm so glad they have expanded their hours. They are located across from Pensacola Hardware downtown. My favorite is the mojo chicken bowl but the hot chicken (yes, very spicy) is good as well. Egg rolls are amazing. AMAZING!! I walked out of a local store and saw their truck and figured I'd try it. I'm from Jacksonville, FL so I had no idea who Nomadic Eats was. But by looking at the line waiting, I assumed It had to be pretty good. I ordered the Hot/Spicy Taco and The Hot rice bowl. Both had incredible flavor. The chicken had just the right amount of spice and went perfectly with the other items it was paired with. The only thing I would change is the portion size. The food was so good, I wanted to go order more. Nomadic Eats is in my Top 3 for food truck experiences and I will look them up every time I am in town. read more

How can I describe other than I have to eat here atleast once a week. The food is so fresh, and about 90% of the food is guilt free, the other 10% is super yummy and is awesome for those cheat days (hmmmm lumpia) They aren't boring with their menu either. Pork & Ginger dumplings? Sinigang? Sisig? Pumpkin spice lumpia? Best things man... But the food isn't all that's great the service is too. This is my go-to lunch spot in Pensacola. All of their bowls and tacos are amazing (and all at really reasonable $). It's sort of like an Asian-fusion chipotle (some malayasian/Filipino flavors mixed with Mexican). If this place opened up in NYC or LA, it'd definitely be a huge hit. read more

Tried these guys during Pensacola Hot Wheels Food Truck Festival. Line was long but worth the wait. Ordered lime chicken pancit (Filipino noodle dish) and plantain fritters with mojo. Noodles were yummy - the lime wasn't too strong. My toddler ate it up. Fritters were well sauced with gravy. Would've loved to get more pancit but they ran out. read more

You can get more than you can eat for less than eight bucks at this food truck. But that isn't the beauty of this place. The food is absolutely delicious. Delicious. I typically don't eat at food trucks, but when I heard about Nomadic Eats, I had to try it. Wow! Food was great. Fresh ingredients, great blend of seasonings, and nice sauces. I usually get one of the rice bowls. The coconut jasmine rice provides a nice sweet flavor against the chicken or pork and it's balanced with black beans and homemade spicy salsa. The lumpia or egg rolls are cooked to perfection, not greasy or soggy like it can be. The tacos feature a nice homemade corn shell and nicely spiced meats. I have eaten here multiple times, and have never had a bad meal. I even fed my office, and even the picky eaters, loved everything. Great place! read more
