So then I decided to try valvoline..there's one down the street from me and i pass it alot and always been curious. They looked like a good company and I was right! I'm a uber driver so I need a oil change almost every other month so I need a good place that knows what they are doing and a decent price.. they checked all the boxes.. they are quick , good prices and the staff is always so nice and explains EVERYTHING to you.. from what they offer to what your specific car needs and what they can do there and they never pressure you into anything. They bring something to you attention and leave it at that. They even tell you what you dont really need or need at that time and not try to con you into getting something done just to get your money..they show you things as they are getting done and by the way, you dont leave your car as they work!.. I never feel dumb when I ask questions, never feel pushed into things, never feel like they aren't ever listening to me.i actually feel like they know what they are doing and aren't messing around. I called to make an appointment for fluid exchanges as my car is nearing 90,000 miles. Before they scheduled the fluid exchanges I requested, they offered to do research to look into my specific make, model, and year to ensure that the items I was asking for would be due and pertinent. They called back within 10 minutes, gave me the research the found, and suggested a transmission exchange service and brake fluid exchange. I dropped my car the morning of my appointment and they were done before 2:00. This is the first car shop I've been to that doesn't smell of oil and tires. And the men behind the counter were dressed nicely in button down shirts with ties. They explained what the services would entail and what they should help with. And boy did my car sound and drive better than she has in a while! I recently went online to schedule an oil change and it was the easiest scheduling platform I've used. I even was able to get the day I wanted! Thank you for your exceptional service, care, clarity, and honesty. See you all soon for my oil change!

Called them ask how long to diagnose a radiator problem…read more They told me 1-2 hours. Fixing the radiator depends on the diagnosis. That makes sense. So I scheduled a 9:00 am appointment for a diagnosis. Took the day off. I got there at 8;45 am. They told me they could not diagnose it till 3:00 pm. I showed them my email with a 9:00am appointment They said, oh most people just drop their car off. Their appointments have no meaning. English words have meaning but not to them. I'm sure you can't tell them most businesses just give me the bill and I pay it later in the afternoon
