Rude! I arrived this morning, the technician 67513…read moreapproached my vehicle and asked what I needed. I stated smog and registration, he asked for my zip code. After the technician returned to the office, post smog test he asked if I needed anything else. I was charged for the smog test and the I asked about the registration, thinking it may be a separate transaction. He responded "that's why I asked if you needed anything else!!" In a rude and condescending manner. I apologized for the misunderstanding, he grabbed my debit card and stormed out of the office, slamming the door against the wall. He was clearly furious for no reason and I can only imagine how he would have handled a more difficult customer interaction. I won't be back.

Have I been to an instant oil change that didn't find something that I needed even though I didn't know I needed it let alone said "come back a little later date with a few more miles." We will go out of our way and out of our convenience to go to this Valvoline and get our oil changed. They're always friendly and fast.
