Food and delivery were great. However the items were not labeled and resulted in confusion Im now eating my colleagues meal, who had nothing because my choice is not in her meal plan. Please label the orders. The item did not look like the posted picture and we are new customers.

Many different options. We tried the Japanese Pan Noodles and Spicy Korean Beef Noodles, pot stickers, Korean bbq meatballs and salad

The food here was so delicious I cannot explain. I know I was hungry but...... yasssssd honey. This was my first time in Cincinnati and I stopped here with my boyfriend for lunch after shopping at the outlets. The service and the patience from the staff was amazing. I just returned to Cali and found a location about 20 mins from my home. Thank you

We were in the neighborhood for a movie and lunch. We wanted to try something we haven't had before. So Noodles and Company it is! I believe this is a chain and there's nothing to say I won't ever come back. But there was nothing that said I MUST come back. The service is fairly fast. Nothing too exciting. The staff were not rude but I wouldn't consider them friendly. Portion wise, you get a lot of food but you're paying for it. The prices aren't cheep. I considered it a higher price fast food chain.

Burnt food. My husband had steak and I had unseasoned bland shrimp. Do not eat here!

Out of all the Noodles franchises I've been to, this is the worst one. We've been a few times just to give it a chance (and since it's the only location still in business around here). This time was the last straw. It was terrible service and the people working here are very rude. They honestly don't care about customers and love to gossip loudly and openly. The food we ordered was not up to par at all. The regular size portion was tiny; my husband even asked for a fair portion because it was clearly a small. The woman working there was not kind and didn't want to help. He eventually got her to make us a small order to add to our "regular". It was such a disappointment. The broccoli was raw, it did not come with mushrooms as stated, the noodles were not sauced (basically plain noodles), and most of it was burnt. Please do not eat here unless you like poorly done dishes and bad customer service.

We had better service here than most "normal" sit down restaurants. And the food...not one item we have tried was bad, the vast majority have been the best in their category. Best mozzarella sticks: it's obvious it's a higher quality mozz than whatever everyone else uses. Crispy perfection! Best GF/cauliflower pizza: lots of toppings to choose from (though somehow chicken isn't an option on DD) and again, from the mushrooms to the sauce, you can taste the difference. They make the sauces in house! According to my husband, best Chicken Parm he has had since moving here! You get a healthy portion. And...best cannoli in the area! Growing up in a predominantly Italian and Polish area, I have been lucky to have REALLY good Italian pastries...and their cannoli was reminiscent of those times. This has been the ONLY cannoli in the greater Cincy area that is worth consuming, IMO. All in all, we would dine in at Il Gusto constantly, if we lived closer. Glad they're on DoorDash though! If you are in the Kenwood area, and want a break from the chaos and crowds, Il Gusto is close by!

This was my choice for my birthday dinner and it was a good one. Service was top notch. Genuine smiles from the hostess, waitress, and the man who brought the warm bread basket. The waitress was cheerful, communicative, and she timed everything just right so the meal was perfect in every way including pace. The cocktails are works of art and well worth the prices (which are not above average). I included a picture of the two that we enjoyed. We got the arancini appetizer but asked for the peppercorn ranch on the side...which is my recommendation. It's actually very tasty and peppery and I think I'd love it on a salad. The arancini were excellent, golden brown and nicely put together. My husband had filet mignon done to perfect medium rare and I furthered my Italian food fix with the Campanelle Salsiccie. Sausage gravy was delicious though I thought there was a little too much sauce. House made pasta. Fresh grated Parmigiano cheese was a lovely addition. I took half my pasta dish home as I was so full. Generous portion! And, they knew it was my birthday and presented a complimentary tiramisu which was nice and light and so good. I hope to be back before too long. Great place for a very fine meal, and highly recommended.

Hubs got a steak hoagie. Said it was good but he was eyeballing our friend's Mahi sandwiches which looked grilled to perfection. They loved it. If I could offer one suggestion though to staff, there was quite a lot of cob webs on the window inside and outside our table. We sat at the first table to the left of the doorway going into the main dining room. And there was quite a bit of dust on the light chain in the bathroom and very smeared mirrors. The paper towel dispenser was not working either but the toilet was clean! In the mens bathroom the soap dispenser was not working, it was sitting on the counter and you had to pour the soap into your hand.

I had heard that their pop-up dinners sell out very quickly so I was ready the day they were posted and grabbed a few spots for one of their February dates. If you follow them on socials, you can score a seat at the pop-ups. The place is an old house with a lot of character. The food for carryout is fantastic and their bread is fantastic. We live in West Chester and have driven down to there a few times just to pick up delicious dinners. We just attended our first dinner there last Tuesday. Oh My Goodness! What a treat. Jordan greeted us with a glass of Prosecco and directed us where to sit a long table that seats 20. We introduced ourselves to our seatmates and then our first dish arrived. Chef does explain the food before we had each dish, however we wished there was more background and history as to how this place came into being. So expect fantastic food without a lot of details. The first dish was a salad made with all local ingredients. It was so fresh and the dressing made with fresh dill was fantastic. The second dish was a ravioli with northern Italian cheese on a bed of butternut squash puree and brown butter. The pasta was SO delicate and the flavors complimented each other so well. The third dish was a 6 hour braised pork shoulder with ricotta gnocchi in a sauce with Calabrian chilis and I don't know what else. We have been to Italy and all the Italian restaurants in Cincinnati and never had anything like this. It was truly phenomenal. Dessert was a apple upside down cake served warm with whipped cream...fantastic. You bring your own wine, and Jordan is on it by never letting your glass get empty, pouring water, and clearing dishes. Service was so great and she is so friendly and accommodating. The cost was a very reasonable $100/pp and SO worth it. There is no menu, so you go in just devouring what Chef has prepared.
