Food and delivery were great. However the items were not labeled and resulted in confusion Im now eating my colleagues meal, who had nothing because my choice is not in her meal plan. Please label the orders. The item did not look like the posted picture and we are new customers.

Many different options. We tried the Japanese Pan Noodles and Spicy Korean Beef Noodles, pot stickers, Korean bbq meatballs and salad

The food here was so delicious I cannot explain. I know I was hungry but...... yasssssd honey. This was my first time in Cincinnati and I stopped here with my boyfriend for lunch after shopping at the outlets. The service and the patience from the staff was amazing. I just returned to Cali and found a location about 20 mins from my home. Thank you

We were in the neighborhood for a movie and lunch. We wanted to try something we haven't had before. So Noodles and Company it is! I believe this is a chain and there's nothing to say I won't ever come back. But there was nothing that said I MUST come back. The service is fairly fast. Nothing too exciting. The staff were not rude but I wouldn't consider them friendly. Portion wise, you get a lot of food but you're paying for it. The prices aren't cheep. I considered it a higher price fast food chain.

Burnt food. My husband had steak and I had unseasoned bland shrimp. Do not eat here!

Out of all the Noodles franchises I've been to, this is the worst one. We've been a few times just to give it a chance (and since it's the only location still in business around here). This time was the last straw. It was terrible service and the people working here are very rude. They honestly don't care about customers and love to gossip loudly and openly. The food we ordered was not up to par at all. The regular size portion was tiny; my husband even asked for a fair portion because it was clearly a small. The woman working there was not kind and didn't want to help. He eventually got her to make us a small order to add to our "regular". It was such a disappointment. The broccoli was raw, it did not come with mushrooms as stated, the noodles were not sauced (basically plain noodles), and most of it was burnt. Please do not eat here unless you like poorly done dishes and bad customer service.

But since our daughter moved to Brooklyn, we have been craving some of the best pizza we had there. So naturally we had to try Brooklyn Pizza closer to home. We ordered a pepperoni and a Greek salad, carry out. Easy ordering online and the estimated time for pick up was right on target. I walked out with a steaming pizza and a chilled salad. The salad was great. Veggies were fresh and crisp. Plenty of Kalamata olives. The Italian dressing was a little bland so I'd probably choose a different dressing next time. The pizza was very good! Lots of cheese and a good amount of pepperoni. The crust was good, but I wished the cheese and sauce went right up to the edge on all the slices (a few slices were more crust, less goodies toward the edge). But I just left those slices for someone else to eat (gives hubs the side eye). Ambiance wise, this is a restaurant in a strip mall. Tables inside were 3/4 full on a Friday night. Friendly servers. Parking lot out front was a little narrow but enough spots to be found. Bottom line: Given this is not NYC, it was pretty good. We'll try the again - maybe the 3-meat version.

The menu is large, with plenty of choices and several appetizer sizes, which is helpful when not everyone at the table considers "sharing" a binding agreement. Despite how busy the restaurant was, the atmosphere stayed relatively quiet and our food arrived within a reasonable time. My pasta was cooked perfectly, with enough sauce to carry the dish without turning it into soup. Margo ordered the stuffed shells and was over the moon with the cheese and sauce. Our only criticism is the wine list. A few regional selections from southern Ohio or northern Kentucky would be a smart addition, especially with several good local wines that pair well with Italian food. For a slightly upscale Italian restaurant, Maggiano's delivered. Good food, excellent service, and somewhere we would gladly return

This was my choice for my birthday dinner and it was a good one. Service was top notch. Genuine smiles from the hostess, waitress, and the man who brought the warm bread basket. The waitress was cheerful, communicative, and she timed everything just right so the meal was perfect in every way including pace. The cocktails are works of art and well worth the prices (which are not above average). I included a picture of the two that we enjoyed. We got the arancini appetizer but asked for the peppercorn ranch on the side...which is my recommendation. It's actually very tasty and peppery and I think I'd love it on a salad. The arancini were excellent, golden brown and nicely put together. My husband had filet mignon done to perfect medium rare and I furthered my Italian food fix with the Campanelle Salsiccie. Sausage gravy was delicious though I thought there was a little too much sauce. House made pasta. Fresh grated Parmigiano cheese was a lovely addition. I took half my pasta dish home as I was so full. Generous portion! And, they knew it was my birthday and presented a complimentary tiramisu which was nice and light and so good. Myself, my husband, our 11 month old baby, and two of our sisters went out for dinner to celebrate mine and my babys birthdays, which are next week. We knew we needed a bit more space than usual since the baby's highchair and belongings take up some space, and the hostess and Manager were accommodating and kind as they offered us several different tables until we found one that worked, even though it was a Saturday night and they were booked with reservations. We ended up sitting in the enclosed back patio, which was nice and brighter than where we had sat before. Our server, Megan, introduced herself and was so kind and personable that we knew we were about to have great service. We started with bread service, because for $3.50 you get unlimited 16 bricks spread and whipped butter and olive oil. It comes out hot and is just really great bread. Last time I visited, I tried the mussels and I loved the saffron broth so much. I thought to myself that I would like to add some plain pasta to whatever broth was left. So this time, I ordered the muscles and I asked the server about getting plain noodles, and she said I wasn't the first person to request that, so the chef prepared the dish on top of a pile of their house made fettuccine noodles. It was really delicious with all of the fresh chopped garlic. My husband got the Cacio E Pepe and loved it. About 2/3 of the way through, he got full and said he should probably take it home, but it was too good to stop, so he ended up finishing every last bite. My sister got the chicken Parmesan with a side of Alfredo sauce. She loved it! We all tried the Alfredo sauce and agreed that while it is super rich, it was spot on. We all ended up dipping bread in it and adding some to our dishes. I think I will have to try the fettuccine Alfredo dish sometime. My other sister ordered the veggie pasta which comes with vegan noodles. The server made sure that she wanted the vegan noodles and not the regular, but my sister ended up swapping for the regular pasta since she has a pasta fanatic and knows they have really good housemaid pasta. She enjoyed her dish as well. Megan checked on us several times throughout the night and made pleasant conversation. She also complimented my baby for being super cute, which every mom wants to hear. We were honestly already having a great night when Megan offered to bring us bread to go and boxed up all of our leftovers for us. But then she took things up one more notch when she brought me and my baby birthday desserts because she heard me mention that I am breast-feeding and she is a mother too with a baby similar in age to mine, so she empathizes with how hard of a journey it is. My baby is turning one in a week, and his dad and I haven't given him sugar yet... Until tonight. Megan truly created the most magical moment for us to give him his first taste of a true sweet treat. We sang him happy birthday for the very first time and helped him blow out his first candle. It is no surprise that he absolutely loved the whipped cream we gave him. This was our first time celebrating our babies's birthday, and our nearly shared birthday, and Megan truly made it one to remember. Thanks for the core memory, Caruso's. We will be back.

Jordan greeted us with a glass of Prosecco and directed us where to sit a long table that seats 20. We introduced ourselves to our seatmates and then our first dish arrived. Chef does explain the food before we had each dish, however we wished there was more background and history as to how this place came into being. So expect fantastic food without a lot of details. The first dish was a salad made with all local ingredients. It was so fresh and the dressing made with fresh dill was fantastic. The second dish was a ravioli with northern Italian cheese on a bed of butternut squash puree and brown butter. The pasta was SO delicate and the flavors complimented each other so well. The third dish was a 6 hour braised pork shoulder with ricotta gnocchi in a sauce with Calabrian chilis and I don't know what else. We have been to Italy and all the Italian restaurants in Cincinnati and never had anything like this. It was truly phenomenal. Dessert was a apple upside down cake served warm with whipped cream...fantastic. You bring your own wine, and Jordan is on it by never letting your glass get empty, pouring water, and clearing dishes. Service was so great and she is so friendly and accommodating. The cost was a very reasonable $100/pp and SO worth it. There is no menu, so you go in just devouring what Chef has prepared.
