Let me start this out by saying that I normally love noodles and company but my experience last night was not it! I spent 43 dollars just to be disappointed all around! I got multiple things and only one item wasn't a flop yet everything I got what I always get so I know how it should taste. I got the buttered noodles - which had barely any sauce and no italian seasoning on it - it was so bland. I also got the garlic mac and cheese which also barely had a spoonful of sauce on it - the pasta was so dry - it was not tasty at all! Best Noodles & Company location I've ever been to. Food was made exactly as ordered. Fresh and solid.

We were staying at a nearby hotel and ordered through DoorDash. We got the Asian Noodle Family meal, which included Chicken Pad Thai, Grilled Orange Chicken Lo Mein, Japanese Pan Noodles, and Spicy Korean Beef Noodles, Pot Stickers (chicken) and Korean BBQ Meatballs. Packaging was fine, arrived quickly (because it's located just across the street). Lost a full star because the Pad Thai had almost zero sauce and was basically just bare noodles with a few small chunks of chicken and large chunks of egg. It was like it wasn't mixed correctly, so the whole dish tasted bad. The "orange chicken" Lo Mein had only a slight citrus taste, and again did not have much sauce or flavor at all. The Japanese Pan Noodles had good flavor, but the Udon noodles were thicker than expected and the gummy texture was a little off. The Korean noodles were just average. Between the four of us in our group, the pot stickers and the Japanese Pan Noodles were the best of the lot. Next, after a previous remake they forget the parmesan crusted chicken. I will be looking for more zucchini noodles and I am seriously thinking of trying them with spaghetti sauce to eliminate regular noodles. Stopped in here during a recent road trip. It was my ever first visit to a Noodles and co. I opted for the pulled pork mac and cheese with the fried jalapeño bits. It was flavorful, filling, and the fried jalapeño bits added a very satisfying crunch. A single serving ended up being more than enough for two full meals. This time was the last straw. It was terrible service and the people working here are very rude. They honestly don't care about customers and love to gossip loudly and openly. Noodles and Company was the perfect spot for a short late lunch with my daughter in between shopping and errands. They are fast, convenient and the food is healthy and delicious. There are a decent variety of noodle flavors on their menu along with salads and soups. We choose to split the Alfredo MontAmore and a Spinach and fresh fruit salad. Talk about presentation! We couldn't wait to dig in. The dressing was sweet and tasty and I love how I could taste all the flavors at once in the salad (almonds, spinach, strawberries, red onions, feta). The Alfredo MontAmore had just the right amount of sauce and seasoning. Not that tasty for the price. Family of 4 (children age 8 & 3). Pad Thai w/ chicken for me: chicken was very dry, too many noodles, not enough mix of other stuff. Stroganoff for the wife: beef was tough, flavor was only ok. Spaghetti Meatballs for 8 yr old: he said it tasted weird, not enough sauce, he preferred the cheesy garlic bread. Mac n Cheese for the 3 yr old: she had 5 bites n was done. She can usually eat a whole bowl if it's tasty. All of that for over $41 with loads of leftovers that we may end up throwing out. Will give it a try again sometime, but will probably try a sandwich instead. Environment and bathroom clean and simple. I really wouldn't go out of my way to tell my friends to try it. read more

So make sure to call before making the trek to one of their restaurants so you can make sure that they're open there! The food is great, but the service is a bit sloppy. I had a free large bowl from last visit cause the food was awful they had no tea made, so I decided many months later to give it another try. I ended up getting pad Thai with shrimp, BEWARE, shrimp was not cooked and had a rancid taste. It had a weird flavor and nothing like pad Thai. I also got Thai chicken soup its ok. My son got the tomato soup and cheesy bread which he liked. Went with my daughters on my first visit to Noodles & Company the other day. I felt for the price the food was a very good value. I think for the 3 of us it was a $30 check. My main issue was the staff and the restaurant itself was dirty. Tables were not being cleaned. Floor not being swept. We actually had to clean our own table before we sat down. Another issue is they had 4 or 5 staff standing around talking and the manager actually walked through the dinning room and no one came out to clean it. We may give it one more try, but if the store is dirty when we walk in then we will definitely walk out. read more
