It was decent. This was our first time using this location. We ordered online. Our food was ready for pickup upon arrival. We audited the bags and all was good. We got the food home and it was all still hot. I had the Mongolian Beef and Noodles. It was tasty and spicy. Though the sauce was a bit sweet, I still enjoyed my meal and it was huge. Food is good but they mess up the type of noodle more than half the time I order and I order from here a lot very inconsistent and disappointing, don't know why I'm getting tortellini noodles when the item is SPHAGETTI and meatballs not tortellini and meatballs and I know I'm not the only customer that has this problem of getting the wrong noodle. Noodles is fine and fairly standardized throughout the U.S. based on my experiences in Woodbury, Minneapolis, Chicago, Cincinnati, and Houston. The menu is generally the same with consistent taste and expected service lead times. Took my family out here for lunch as they haven't been and they were generally pleased with their experience Noodles is a self-service type of diner where you will go up to the front, order, and take your queue tag and place it in a table of your choice. The food is reasonable for the price, with the disclaimer that I have lived and worked in fairly expensive cities. Hence, the prices in Savage seemed to be super cheap. Ordered - Japanese Pan Noodles (4/5). Simple, yet filling. I ordered the small size and was satisfied with the portions. It wasn't too salty and not drenched in soy sauce like how some would prepare this dish. It also felt fresh and healthy. In regards to authenticity, I thought it met expectations and gets the job done if no nearby Asian place is in sight - Korean BBQ Meatballs with Gochujang (3/5). It was alright... This was super saucy and I am not sure what to benchmark it given I don't know what the original Gochujang sauce tastes like. That said, the meatballs is tender, juicy, and Italian-like when bitten into it. I'd prefer a less colorful sauce and this is golden Overall, Noodles is fine for some quick, healthy, and decently priced lunch options. The staff was also friendly and made sure you got your orders. Honestly disappointed. There was no sauce on these noodles and that can be proven by the color of the almost white noodles. My mouth was dry the whole time eating and the noodles were hard to swallow because of not having enough sauce. You seriously cannot go wrong here! My absolute favorite dish is the Pasta Fresca. I have also had Penne Rosa, Japanese Pan noodles, and Mac and Cheese all of which were great as well. I find this Noodles and Co to be one of the better ones I have been to. Okay so this noodles and company is lovely and their workers are a charm, but a lady who works there currently named Bre was so rude to me and my two teen daughters for no reason. I have to say upfront the rating isn't for the friendliness at the register and delivery counter, they were quite nice and pleasant. Reason for three stars was due to the food for three reasons, but it was the least enjoyable experience I have had at this restaurant. I believe this was the first time I did take away instead of eating there, a regular sized Japanese Pan Noodles looked noticeably smaller than other regular sized dishes for people who were eating in the restaurant. Next, I paid 50% more for protein (shrimp) but ended up getting five shrimp that were the size of a quarter, I didn't even find the shrimp before I was over half way finished. Finally, this dish was supposed to have a number of ingredients which was a selling point for me on the menu, I had not had this dish here before. Unfortunately, the tiny remnants of broccoli in the dish wouldn't one small floret if you combined them all together and I didn't notice any carrots or sesame seeds. Certainly an issue of the finished product not looking like the picture of on the menu. I was disappointed since I had previously only had good experiences at this chain, but for the price included and then missing or minimised pieces, it will not be a priority. read more

Recently opened. So far, so good. Great service. Have visited twice since I noticed it was open. Their service has been fast both times. Their food has been spot on. A great addition to the Savage area. I have tried their Veracruz Salad and their Korean Meatballs and with both have been impressed. My kids continue to love their Buttered Noodles and their excellent Mac & Cheese. read more

I went into noodles this evening around 5:00-5:30. There was a sign on the door that said "short staffed, to go orders only". So I figured I could order my food and eat outside on the patio (which was clearly open). the girl at the counter was very sweet and apologetic for being short staffed and said everything was to go only because they didn't have the staff to do dishes. I received my food and headed out to the patio where 3 other tables were filled with people eating. I thought since my food was in disposable containers, I could throw it away when I'm finished-leaving no mess, dishes, or extra work for the staff behind. As soon as I sat down, the manager comes out to the patio and shouts at everyone outside "the reason why I made it to go orders only was because were short staffed and cant have people dining in and that includes the patio!!" Mind you, there was no sign that said the patio was closed, and no other implications that the patio wasn't available for dining. She then proceeds to run inside, locking the patio door behind her so everyone sitting outside was locked out from getting back into the restaurant. About a minute later, she comes back out with a sign that said "patio closed" and taped it to the door. I felt so out of place and uncomfortable that I put my food back in the bag and left. I have never felt so unwelcome in a place that I've given my business and money to. I will not be returning to this location with such a horrible and disrespectful manager running it. read more

My husband and I recently dined at this Noodles & Co and while the food was good, their dining area was DISGUSTING!! Every table had dishes and/or garbage on it. Tables all needed to be wiped down and chairs needed to be pushed in, etc, etc. the spot where customers are supposed to put their dishes and garbage was running over. The 5-6 employees that I could see did nothing to address the mess even though we were the only customers in the restaurant! The worst part is that I completed their survey, mentioned how uncleanly the dining room was and to my surprise, a manager followed up, apologized and said he'd send me coupons for a couple of free entrees....I'm still waiting and it's over a month. Ahh where do I begin about how good this place is! Im so happy that they made one here in savage instead of making taking the 10 minute drive to the burnsville one. I can not tell you how many time I come here with the fam and how amazing it is from time to time! If your looking confused about the menu start off the penne rosa a classic they have here, then if the little ones are having trouble about what to order and don't want the kids meal try the Wisconsin Mac & Cheese it sure never will ever disappoint you, If you ever been to big bowl the thai restaurant And you love the pad thai there then the one they have at noodles will act like its little brother way different than the one at big bowl but surely this one is a unique tasting one surely won't disappoint either like the Mac & Cheese. Now on to the appetizers the cheese bread I haven't tried but my sis tells me its a must definitely will try in the future, the potstickers are a great way to have thai food if you never have tried it, the korean meatballs oml are a must have well made never raw well drenched in their signature sauce i'm not a meatball guy but after trying this i'm for sure now lol!
