Restaurant Review I was excited about trying the fancy pants mac and cheese i.e. the truffle mac. They describe it as having Mac & Cheese sauce spiked with white truffle oil, sautéed baby portabella mushrooms and topped with parmesan cheese and house-made toasted breadcrumbs. Our order was quickly taken at the register and you had the option to add a soup or salad to your meal as well for 1-2 dollars more. We grabbed our number and took a seat and within a couple of minutes our food came. First of all the mac and cheese was lukewarm. Next the noodles themselves were undercooked and had a crunchiness above el dente. Finally the dish itself was rather bland with minimal cheese which made it difficult to finish. All and all two thumbs down. Maybe I should try something else next time instead of the house specialty. Pro- if you like noodles this is the place to go Con-lukewarm dish, no taste, and undercooked pasta Hidden deal- Sign up for noodlegram on the website for special savings and birthday free dish

Read the sign. Missing something? The Answer is yes yes and yes. COVID is over, and it doesn't spread through stuff like this.

Pesto cavatappi was dry. Asked for More pesto. Seemed like a big deal to staff, like they were put-out. They wanted to charge for it. Condiment bar was empty. Ordered food for here, and food was presented in a bag. Where are the utensils and dishes? Covid's ability to spread on surfaces is over people, let's get the condiments refilled, and let's get back to work! Place needs a bit of a facelift. Hope to see some positive changes real soon.

Salads were fresh and really flavorful!

The salads here are actually pretty decent! They are a fair price and the ingredients have always been really fresh. If dining in, ask for dressing on the side so that it isn't overflowing on the salad. I like that they offer a variety of different flavors on their menu for whichever type of entree you order. We've always had great service at this location and would come back!

I ordered a penne rosa and it was dry. Dryest pasta I've ever had!! Terrible service employees on their phones. I will go to Meacham Noodles they have better service and better food. Worst experience ever save your money and time !! I've ordered noodles before so I know how the pasta is supposed to be !

Chicken noodle soup! Look at the yummy roasted chicken!

For an appetizer, I ordered the oven roasted octopus, and I highly recommend it. The marinade really brought out the flavor of the octopus, and I was impressed by how tender it was. Octopus can easily become rubbery if not prepared properly, but the texture here was soft and perfectly cooked. For my main course, I had the lobster ravioli. While the sauce was rich, creamy, and delicious, I was a bit disappointed that there weren't any noticeable chunks of lobster in the filling. We also ordered the Schaumburg pizza. I loved that all of their pizzas are cooked in a stone oven. I'm usually not a big fan of crust, but this was an exception. The flavors were well balanced, not overly sweet from the barbecue sauce, with just the right amount of savory flavor from the bacon. Everything worked together beautifully. Overall, the entire dining experience was excellent. From the food to the atmosphere, it was a very enjoyable meal. I can't wait to come back and explore more of the menu.

I got basically a buffalo chicken and a pepperoni pizza. Now they give what seems to be authentic Italian ingredients. I ordered thru Uber. Wish I could come and sit but I work nights. So I got this to enjoy through my work day. The toppings on the pizzas were everything you would expect. Delicious. Which is why I cannot negate this down to 3 stars. I would recommend this place to everyone. The part that may be my preference or maybe I am right. The crust.... From what I expected it was supposed to be bubbly airy soft crust. Maybe a lil char on the outside. This is not what I had gotten. Now looking thru the photos here I believe I am right. My pizzas felt like a flat breadstick on the rims. And just blatantly flopped over when picking up a slice. There was 0 crisp or crunch in the outter rims. Now again I could be wrong and if this is how it is.... It still gets 4 stars. Ingredients are really good. I will be back. Tip is I would not suggest a lot of toppings as you will just make a big mess picking up a slice.. or eat it with a fork I guess.

I'm a New Yorker, and although I enjoy a good Chicago deep dish, I still favor NY style pizzas. And this one is the best I can remember in Chicago. I've tried a lot. The crust is almost perfect. Well baked, crusty, chewy, and tasty. Lots of air at the edges and a great bite throughout. We had the sausage and peppers pizza. The sausage was crumbled across interior with fresh peppers. The sauce could have had a little more flavor, but it was very good - not too salty like so many others- and nicely spread across the inside of the pie. The crust held the toppings nicely- there was no mush in the middle. We also ordered a pear and pecan salad. Lots of pear squares, plenty of pecans, and a generous amount of greens. The soup of the day was a Tuscan soup - lots of beans, some sausage, cheese, and a flavorful broth. Fresh and homemade. And very good. Oh, and a pitcher of water came to our table with our plates and silverware. No issues. No problems. (From earlier reviews, we had been concerned about the availability of tap water. Ours was fine.). There was a reasonable selection of beer- including craft beers- at very reasonable prices. We enjoyed our meal. Ordering at the counter was easy and efficient. Prices were reasonable and the value was good. We found the service to be pleasant, friendly, and timely. We will be back to try other pizzas and look forward to it.

In the other hand, their "Pesto Cavatappi" was served warmed and you could tell it was just made. The chicken on this dish tasted very good and the texture was very different from the Chicken Parm.
