Went here for a Doordash last week, my first time inside Noodles, and two managers started yelling at eachother and I lowkey felt like I was in a waffle house, but luckily no hands were thrown. Waited over thirty minutes for the food (which I totally understand, it was very, very packed) and the girl working upfront apologized to everyone she spoke to at least five times, offered free drinks, etc so that was nice at least. I called noodles and company and told them that I didn't get what I ordered right and she responded with "you should call door dash and complain". Wait didn't you make it? Stopped by for a quick meal before driving home. The service was great and staff was friendly. I had an older gift card to use and it didn't work with their system at first, but the manager quickly resolved it with no issues. My order was correct and tasted great! read more

We had a mobile order set for 7pm and arrived about 15 minutes to, expecting to wait. We decided ti dine-in. A woman asked what our order contained and asked if we wanted to start it early - absolutely! Food quality was absolutely terrible. Spicey Korean Beef noodles. Simple enough, you would think. The "beef", all 4-5 miniscule chunks, had a texture that was basically tendons. Apparently, they've resorted to butcher scraps so it was swallow it whole or spit it out. Next, this low quality gas station fair was dressed with some fairly aged vegetable shreds. Used to love going to Noodles when I lived in a different city, but I've tried going to this location twice and was never able to eat. First time I ordered on the app, I went to pick it up and the place was closed yet my card was still charged. I had to call for a refund the next day. They did apologize, but the fact that I had to call first was shady. We tried ordering in the restaurant the second time. There was a bunch of people on the patio and the doors were open, yet when we came in we were told they were closed. As we were leaving, we noticed no one on the patio was eating, so it must've just been a good hang out location. I usually never post bad reviews, but that was the last straw. read more

All my life I grew up in the general vicinity of a Noodles and Company, but only since I moved recently, have I been to one. The Sheboygan N&C is fantastic. Being a big fan of buffalo chicken, I got the buffalo chicken mac and cheese. When I saw it, I was a little worried that it wouldn't have a consistent buffalo flavor because I couldn't really see much buffalo-like color in it apart from a few areas, but appearances can be deceiving and in this case that holds true. I loved it, and it was buffalo-y throughout! The Mac was great, the chicken was great. Definitely will be coming back and checking out some other dishes. read more

Disgusting! I had the pesto but there was nothing that resembled pesto in it. No taste of basil no garlic no pepper no nothing I had the worlds smallest Caesar salad it would've fit in a coffee mug and I would have only probably filled it halfway. It had absolutely no taste and was very very bland. Had a not been staying in a hotel I would've thrown it away and gotten something else but I just didn't feel like going back out again. read more

Service is slow & many times terrible. Orders are lost and incomplete and staff is incompetent most times. What is so hard to understand? Overpriced noodles too. This location is so on point! Whoever is doing the cooking is doing a really awesome job! There was plenty of sauce, the meats were cooked to perfection and lots of veggies like it should be. Also, The workers were friendly. I regularly visit Noodles, but usually go to the one in Grafton because it's on my way home. I've been seriously disappointed with Grafton's location many times. They serve dry spaghetti. Every single time. It got to the point of asking for extra sauce. Didn't help much. So double extra sauce that was paid for and there was only a tablespoon in the container. IDK if someone thought they were being funny or what. Make sure you check your spaghetti before you eat it when you go to Grafton or you may end up eating dry noodles and meatballs! But seriously, you will not be disappointed when you visit the Sheboygan location. The food tastes how it should and I couldn't ask for better! read more

This place was absolutely fantastic when it opened, the food was tasty, the staff was friendly and helpful, and atmosphere was inviting. But since then.... It's been going down hill. The last few times I've stopped in were just to-go orders for dinner on my way home from work, and I didn't have an issue with any of it. However, my most recent visit was for a dine-in lunch, and I'm sad to say that I can't say the same. I ordered the Stroganoff and my mother ordered a tomato and basil soup, both with a roll and soda. The first issue was that about half of the soda selections on the touch screen Coke machine were unavailable. I should say this was really just more of an inconvenience as there was an employee there trying to fix it. By the time I was able to get my drink and return to the table, the food had arrived and been there for a few minutes. At first I thought that was convenient, but maybe the reason it got out so fast was because they nuked the noodles before bringing them out. The noodles were very chewy and lacking flavor, the sauce was okay and the meat was edible but I didn't eat much of it. My mom wasn't very thrilled with her soup, either. After a few sips she said it "Tastes like pizza sauce." And to be honest, it kind of looked like watered down pizza sauce, too. She went up to the counter to request a refund for the soup since she hadn't been very hungry. For some reason they said they couldn't give her the refund, but did begrudgingly give her a chicken noodle soup as a replacement. But even that, the broth was the only thing edible and it was just "Okay". I'm really disappointed in this place. The respect the employees have for their customers and their food has gone way down, and it makes me sad that I might be one more bad visit away from not coming back. read more

We ordered three and a half dishes: one person had Pad Thai, another Zuchinni Truffle Mac, and the third Korean meatballs with Chicken Noodle Soup. We ordered the Pad Thai onion-free because that member of our party had allergies, and they put the allergy alert on our receipt. However, when we got home the Pad Thai was filled with onions, putting that member of our party in danger. The zuchinni dish and meatballs were both fine, but the crackers that came with the chicken noodle soup were not only stale but rancid, so much so that they made the dish nearly inedible. The staff is very friendly, but two out of the three of us got meals that were nearly poisonous. Don't eat here. read more

Best pesto I've had! Staff was very friendly and helped me figure out what I could eat and that I can request to have dishes made without dairy. My husband had the mac n cheese and loved it, he loves the big bowls too lol. This is definitely my choice to go to when we are short on time. We finished in 35 ish minutes so it so fast and healthier than Culvers or another fast food place. I'll definitely recommend to friends and family. read more

I have gotten sick with food poisoning every time I have come here. I still try to give it a chance every know and then and everytime I go, I fall to greater disappointment. The broccoli is NEVER cooked and the noodles and WAY over cooked. Manager needs to come in and fix what is happening here. Horrible food. read more

After waiting 21 minutes for our mac and cheese I watched the girl in the kitchen area rip open the package of something with her teeth and then dump it into the cheese sauce that she then put on our mac and cheese. WORST NOODLES WE HAVE EVER BEEN TO! My family received some Noodles coupons as stocking stuffers on Christmas. We asked Noodles if there was a limit on how many coupons we could use, and they said we could redeem them all at once if we wanted. But when we went there, the girl who served us basically called us THIEVES and said there would be serious ramifications if she found out where we got them from. We explained that these were given to us as gifts and that we did not steal them. We were treated very badly by her and her manager, and they begrudgingly redeemed the coupons for us. We felt demeaned, insulted, and incredibly offended at the accusations. We will never cross the threshold of your business again, you can be sure of that. We hope you treat your future customers better than how we were treated tonight. read more

I have only been here a few times. I had a bad experience from my meal a few weeks ago and I called about it, and the manager was very quick to offer me a free entree and asked for my address. Two weeks passed by and I never got the card in the mail for the free entree like the manager said he would send out to me. I called there and a girl told me they had just got sent out today, mind you this was like december 27th.. It is now January 5th and I still haven't received the card. I called back to say I was unhappy and I wanted to come in today if I didn't get it in the mail. The girl on the phone was a little rude but said I could come in if I didn't get the entree card in the mail. Which I didn't. So I went in.. I got Alfredo monte more and it was really good! Better than when I ordered the pesto cavatappi that had one tomato and one mushroom in the whole thing.. I feel like they only stepped up their game with this meal because they knew I was getting a free meal from the screw up before with the pesto cavatappi. Not too pleased. read more
