I was excited to try Bibibop because of what I've heard about them over the past few months, but I have to say it was very anticlimactic. The concept is basically same as Chipotle, build your own bowl pick your own protein, veggies and bases. We started ours with the lemon rice and added I think almost all the toppings lol and then we got the fried chicken if I remember correctly, and added the sauce on the sides. Now I had very high hopes for the restaurant. But what I didn't like is how 1. The chicken was super big. More like chicken nuggets in the bowl instead of chicken FOR the bowl. We had like 6 pieces of chicken but a big bowl full of other toppings. Something I did like though is there was no limit on the toppings. You could get all of them or none of them if you really wanted. It threw me off with the sauces we asked for them in the side and they gave us packets. Idk why but it kind of threw me off too then we ended up forgetting to even use them when we ate the actual bowl. The sauces probably would have helped with the bowl, but tbh the experience was just anti climatic. Price Cons: Miso - though I was shocked to learn it was free, I almost wish I hadn't tried it. Flavor was off. Loved the sweet potato noodles (japchae) and that they had tofu. Looking forward to coming back and trying the salmon! The booths felt private and it's a fun environment. The lemonades were tasty as well. As my other reviews are testament, I love bibibop! Bowls are comfort food and this joint does it extra well with fresh ingredients and healthy elements. This is an UberEATS experience. I haven't dined in this location. I ordered a Vegan bowl and coconut mango pudding. Vegan bowl. No complaints! Actually one. I wish there was a way to custom the sauces more because we do get it when we visit the location. In the UberEATS order, I could only choose one. Adding more would be 29 cents extra. But the bowl, no complaints. It tasted fresh and delicious. Coconut mango pudding. Meh. It was very watery and tasted like coconut milk with slight hints of mango. Nope. Avoid. Also, I had ordered Kimchi which never came. However, I did get the refund for it. All in all, the bowls are a win as always. I heard such good things about Bibibop and I love Asian food, so I really expected to like the place. But this was a BIG disappointment. The main problem was the chicken. I don't know how they cook the meat to get it like that, but it's not good. Edible, but definitely, not good. I ate most of the bowl but skipped a lot of the chicken which still left a weird after taste in my mouth. Plenty of better Asian restaurants around, so I think this will be my first and last visit to Bibibop. read more

I've visited this location and have also had it catered for a work event. It's ok and definitely not an awful choice for lunch, but I just find it underwhelming. The meats were tough and lacking flavor. Some of the toppings tasted straight out of a can. Prices are pretty reasonable, but there are better local places for lunch. read more

I have eaten here several times and can not believe this is my first check in... but hey I will gladly write a review. As you can see from my photo, my friend and I both got small bowls, but I ended up ordering basically everything on my bowl, so I got a huge amount of food. It is very tasty as you can choose what you want, and today was the first day I found out that you can get a wrap basically a burrito. The bowl was very yummy and you get free Miso soup (it is near the drink dispenser, so get a bowl, a water to drink and free soup and lunch is very reasonably priced. I literally could not finish my meal, there was so much food for the $7.00, who can complain about that. Why 4 and not 5 stars, simple, I am not a buffet or fast food person, and to me this is both; but you do get a good value for your $1. I will be back. read more

I like their sweet potato noodles as a base, but equally often i take half half white and red rice. I usually take most of the toppings, warm beans, fried potato cubes, crunchy sprouts yes! Then some raw veggies like kale, carrrots and cucumber make for a great finish. As for the protein, you cannot go wrong with anything, but for me steak is the best. I usually top with yum sauce, which is a mayo based whiskey sauce. Might not be the healthiest, but man, does it taste good. All that pile of food for under $9. Chipotle, get away! We felt that maybe we didn't pick a good mix of ingredients and sauce in our individual bowls because we both were completely underwhelmed. The concept is similar to Chipotle and Fusian, where you pick the different base ingredient (rice, noodles or salad), then pick a protein and then pick toppings and sauce. Again, maybe what we each chose for our bowls just didn't mix well together. For that reason we will definitely try it again soon. I would not try the miso soup again, though. Multiple choices of toppings and sauces. I chose a spicy Mayo type sauce which helped the dry factor. Next time I'll go with the steak option and hope for a better taste experience. This is probably my new favorite place to eat. The price is average, so it won't hurt your pockets. Service is fast and efficient. I was served by Cheyenne who made sure the bowl was portioned to perfection also answering any questions I had. The bowls here are delicious. If I had to compare it to something, it would be the Asian version of Chipotle. I always get the bowl but I'm told they have other options. Whatever your choice may be it's made to order right in front of you. The bowl starts with a base of rice (white or PURPLE), protein ( chicken, tofu, steak) , veggies ( kale, bean sprouts, potatoes, corn, carrots, cucumbers), dairy (cheese, egg), and your choice of many sauces (teriyaki, sesame ginger, yum yum, etc). When Bibibop first opened in the area I was really confused as to what it was exactly. I mean, what kind of name is Bibibop for a restaurant. The restaurant itself had a very open and fresh feeling to it. It is obviously very well kept because the place was just incredibly clean and the table set-up made things very comfortable. The staff was friendly and efficient. Our orders were taken and made immediately to our exact specifications. They did a really good job. Like I said, it's like Chipotle in the way that you walk up to the counter..choose a wrap or a bowl..choose a type of rice..choose some veggies, some protein, other random things, and a sauce to top it off. There wasn't much on the menu that I thought I would like so I really had to pick and choose and do my best to create something I would enjoy. I decided to go with a wrap instead of a bowl..I like some burritos sometimes so I figured it was my best bet. I picked white rice (not a fan of rice but again on a burrito sometimes it's alright). Chose potatoes as my vegetable..steak as my protein..and topped it off with yum-yum sauce. I gotta say..overall this wrap was pretty tasty. Like a steak and potatoes meal in a wrap..and yum-yum sauce always makes anything taste better. I was impressed by how tasty my creation ended up being. They offer Miso Soup for free with any order. Not a fan of soup..and this soup did not make me one. Didn't like the flavor..think it needed more salt or something. Not quite sure what Miso Soup actually is..but whatever it is..it's not for me. Went here for the first time today with my daughter who loves this place. I went through the line while they asked me what I wanted at each step. I got a small bowl with lettuce on the bottom and then black beans & rice on top of that. I chose steak for my protein & then topped it with vegetables (yellow squash, kale, daikon radish, cucumber) and cheese. I chose Korean red sauce, a sweet & spicy sauce to top it off-delicious! Drinks are $1.99 which is reasonable & I had the passion fruit lemonade - best lemonade ever. There's complimentary miso soup next to the fountain drinks which was very good. Overall the food was amazing but the customer service was really bad today. We went inside to order the food and when we first walked in we had to wait about four minutes till we were served. After we waited, two employees served us and they were very cold and didn't act or speak very friendly. When we ordered I asked for extra tofu and she said it would be an extra charge, and I said it was fine but she didn't even add the full scoop and was very stingy about it. Super simple menu, easy ordering process. Afterwards you can add your own extra dressings and toppings, or enjoy a free cup of miso soup. Challenge yourself by using a pair of chopsticks! The ingredients taste very fresh; I always get potatoes with tofu and they are perfectly seasoned every time, and the tofu is crisp just like I like it. Bibibop was pretty good! I am liking the fresh, fast casual restaurant concepts. It's exactly like Chipotle's concept but for Asian flavors. You pick a base, hot toppings, proteins, cold toppings, and sauces. I picked the purple rice (base), bean sprouts (hot toppings), chicken (protein), daikon, cucumber, carrot, and eggs (cold toppings) with a little Korean Red sauce (sauce). I also got a side of Kimchi. My bowl was very good and all the flavors went well together. The chicken was actually cooked and seasoned well as well. One thing I like better about this place than Chipotle is the chicken was not all fatty. Chipotle's chicken usually tends to have a lot of fat on it. I downloaded this app just to say how BAD this place is. When I first walked in they had extremely loud music and I could not even here my friend talking. When I went to order my food I asked for some more rice because they gave me barley any. They then said "it's a dollar extra for more" even though I got barley any rice in the beginning. Then lady was saying something and I could not understand what she was saying. It was very frustrating because she was mumbling and would not speak up. Once I got my food the rice was hard and the chicken was chewy. Also two other times I tried to get their food they didn't even have white rice. That's their main food.
