I'm there - they wouldn't let me go back to see her when they brought her out I noticed something was not right with her backside. I asked what happened to her? The girl looks at me and says I have no idea she goes but you did sign off on liability. At this time, I just wanna get Delilah home, but I wanted to come across the counter and ring her neck I looked at her and I said I signed off on liability, not negligence. You have veterinarians right next-door. Something happened to her and she should've been seen. After going to an emergency veterinarian in downtown Chattanooga $8000 later, my dog who just turned four in 2025 is handicapped. She has damage to her back vertebrae's and her anal sphincter. So in other words when she has to go poop, her little nub will go straight up in the air, I have to run to get her outside. She has no control. She also can't wag her nub anymore either I would never recommend this place and I have medical records to back up improve what I'm saying is the truth. I now have a dog that if I need to board her and I have found a boarding facility that I do love she has to wear a diaper. Biggest mistake I have ever made, and I have to live with this for the rest of my life. And unfortunately, so does Delilah.

As a tiny Italian Greyhound, I mostly supervised from a safe distance, but the big dogs seemed to love it. For the humans, there are plenty of benches and seating areas throughout the park. You can grab a pint, relax, and watch the dogs play instead of standing around a typical dog park. They also offer treats, toys, and other dog goodies if your human feels like spoiling you. Dogba's verdict: Great place to socialize, stretch your legs, make new friends, and remind your human that dog parks are more fun when snacks and drinks are involved.

It takes me a minute at most to get from the door to the park down the stairs to the actual park. I think it's plenty reasonable to wait until the dog is in the park before giving the customer their drink. I'm not carrying a beverage while my 60lbs dog drags me to go play with other dogs. I'm also just confused? For the first few visits I had staff reassuring me that my dog was fine and he's not breaking any rules. Then it's like a switch flipped, particularly with one staff member, who asks me to seclude my dog or leash him every single time I come at this point. I watch my dog and would already put him in a leashed time out to calm down if necessary and I've done it before without being asked to. My dog is two years old. So he still has learning to do and I'm working on that with him. But I'd really love for the staff to show me a video of the allegations that my dog is biting other dogs or grabbing them by their ears. Because it would be a crazy thing for him to only have this behavior at this particular bar and nowhere else. I think it's crazy though when other dogs lock into my dog and play right with him, my dog is still the problem and needs to be isolated. I wish I could say that I was just being a pick me and wanting things done my way, but I absolutely wouldn't even bring my dog here if he had any sort of dominance or behavioral issues. My dog was attacked twice by a dog at this bar, and the aggressor dog went on to attack another dog before the lady who owned him decided to leave. But again, my dog is a problem right? I think this bar caters to the apartment complex and friends of the people who work there/own the joint. If I do decide to come back here it will probably be to join a friend, but I don't know that I'd want to come back here on my own accord.

Fast forward 5 days and now, she can't breath or stand up without falling from exhaustion. All symptoms consistent with kennel cough and timeline fits. Dog is old, just hangs out at home so, she hasn't been anywhere else or been around other dogs. Called vet, they deny fault and what was even more unbelievable, was that they asked us to bring her in for another "exam" (ie: charge us more money and be exposed to more communicable diseases). We sent a video and pleaded for them to give us some medications to help her. We even sent a video so they could confirm the kennel cough. They didn't even call us back!! Not sure if my 15 year old dog will survive. Kennel cough is very tough on old dogs.

I looked at the reviews here and sympathized with the negative experiences, but find it interesting when a facility has all 5-star reviews and 1-star reviews with nothing in between. To me, that usually indicates that overall the experiences are positive but individuals who had a single event that went sideways always need to leave a 1-star review to make a point; so I read them with that in mind. My personal experience after multiple visits is a very positive one. Every time we come for a scheduled appointment, we are greeted with smiles and professionalism. The staff is quick to get us situated and our wait time in the rooms has never been lengthy. The different doctors are very friendly and professional and have provided excellent care to our two puppies. The techs seem to be different each visit, and I'm not sure why there may be turnover; but even with that concern, they are always extremely friendly and careful with our dogs and make us very comfortable throughout the appointment. I have not had any negative experiences and have been here 5 times with both my small dogs for shots, physicals, and checkups and every interaction has been positive. Yes, they seem to be a bit expensive and encourage testing and medications, but that's their job and my job is to decide if I want to pay for things using my judgment. It's the way the world is supposed to work, so no harm there. Overall very happy with the services provided.

I was early, and they did go ahead and put me in a room with my pet. Problem is it was a 1/2 hour past my appointment time, and I finally left the room and my pet to confirm my appt. I told them I'd wait another 15 mins (would have been 45 mins past my appt time). So, the front desk clerk (technician?) apparently went to the only doctor working that day, and the doctor said it's going to be more than 45 mins (past my appt time) -- maybe longer before I would get seen. Mind you, I arrived early and all my paperwork was complete. I told the tech that I'd go ahead and leave. They said, "Well, yes, we can make you another appointment." I said, "No, I won't be coming back here." I spent all that time doing the paperwork and packing my pet up to go to the appointment, and that's it. How would you feel if this happened to you? OK, I get it, you may have only one doctor there that day; however, you are all about texting/phoning the client, so, why didn't you give me text/call letting me know the situation (they had no shortage of people up front), and I could have rescheduled without having to go to the appointment, to only sit there all that time. My pet was in the carrier the whole time, and was more concerned about it than my time. There was no engagement with the techs up front. I had to do all the engaging and asking questions. Noone ever came to check up on me or anything until I started engaging with them (being proactive) 30 minutes into my wait. I will hopefully find a good, engaging, economical veterinarian for my pet, in the Chattanooga area. I will use Yelp to help me find the best that my pet deserves. I'm being generous giving two stars on this one.

Unfortunately, one of them came home with multiple areas of clipper burn and scabbing on his ears, head, and neck. Most healed, but one neck wound later reopened and became a bleeding sore. When I contacted the groomer and sent photos, I was disappointed by the response. Rather than expressing concern or offering any resolution, I was blamed for the matting, told 'what do you want me to do? I'm a groomer.' reminded that I signed a waiver, and told to stop texting. There was no apology, no offer to examine my dogs, and no concern for his condition. My concern isn't the necessary shave. It's the multiple clipper injuries and how my concerns were handled afterward. Based on this experience, I'll not be returning.
