    Poke bowl

I'd never been here before but I saw the reviews and 24 hours later. Here I am driving an hour from Blackwell. I have to say the food was amazing but the staff could have been friendlier. I went with my wife (both of us had never been) the woman was very short and rude and didn't want to be there. The food made up for it. I spent $40 on 2 bowls 2 energy drinks and 2 splitty rolls

Came into this spot of Friday night, and I was pleasantly surprised ! Naturally, you shouldn't expect much in a college town however this place was different. I got the shrimply amazing poke bowl and it was hefty! I got to eat it for two meals and the price point was fair. Loved that all the ingredients was fresh and mixed right in front of you. My mother got a fried roll and she really enjoyed it!

Pretty good poke bowls! We went at 5:30pm on a Friday night and it was pretty busy for a rainy evening. The only thing the place was lacking was maybe some music playing in the background. HEADS UP: this is not a full service restaurant - you order your food at the counter and they build it in front of you (bowls and burritos), for the sides and sushi rolls they give you a number and bring it to your table.

Second time here. Everything we have tried has been delicious. Food comes out quick. We will be back.

I'm impressed. Actually, I'm blown away! My mom and I were in Stillwater for a baseball game and we were craving anything besides burgers and bbq (no-offense)... we were surprised to find this new concept/fast casual poke restaurant. I was amazed by the quality! I've had poke in Hawaii so my standards have been set pretty high.... this place is probably the best I've had in Oklahoma! Hands down. The ambience was welcoming and modern. And the customer service was outstanding! Their menu is simple but at the same time, the options vary so your taste buds can go on a sushi/poke adventure! I had the sushi burrito (I've only had these out-of-state so I was excited to see one on the menu) and wow, that first bite blew my mind! It was super crispy, savory and fresh! Adding wonton chips was genius!!! And you get a lot of food for only $10. My mom had some shrimp tempura & miso soup and she enjoyed it! She said the miso soup was full of flavor! If I was a college kid in Stillwater, I be a regular! It's that good and I would want to try everything on the menu! Go ahead and give Nooki a try if you're in the area!

Definitely will come back here again next time when I visit Stillwater. The combination is perfect. Specially their sauce is really good and makes everything in the bowl delicious! Don't forget put their cucumber pickles into your bowl! It's soooo yummy.

It was our first time here, really good and decent prices. Enjoyed the casual atmosphere. The people there were helpful as well.

We had to order take out that we knew would be ready on time and easy to pick up for lunch. Another requirement for this day was that I couldn't try anything new and different, because I was about to be leading a zoom conference for the next several hours. Had to go with something I knew would agree with my picky digestive system. So yes, my choice of menu items may look like a child ordered, but it was out of necessity. Both items were delish! And now I know my super picky fourteen year old will have a menu item when I get this for our family! Because I will he ordering from here again! The chicken was messy, but oh so good. The fries were the perfect crispy on the outside, soft on the inside! The price was a little more than what I'm used to paying for lunch, but it was worth it to have something so great and not have to be late for my meeting. You definitely need to try Nooki!

Stopped here to pickup dinner after a Oklahoma State baseball game. Place seemed extremely popular. I liked the countertop order style. I got the Samurai Roll and a poke bowl with salmon. Samurai Roll was tremendous and the poke bowl was really good too. I was surprised with how big the bowl portion was. Would definitely go back if I was in the area

I just got sushi from there like 20 minutes ago and it is horrible!! It is falling apart. I can't even pick it up with a fork or chopsticks. It's ridiculous I have a picture before I ate it and you can already see how loosely rolled it is. And not so mention the seaweed is sooo soggy

A fast food, mall-like sushi restaurant with a focus on college students. Mediocre quality at best.

The restaurant is clean and the staff are wonderful and friendly. I ordered egg drop soup, 1 egg roll, Jasmine tea, and Cashew chicken. There was something seriously wrong with the soup. It was NOT good and the crispy noodles were very bitter. Like they haven't changed their oil in a month. Gross I spoke with possibly the owner and he said he doesn't eat the soup. He didn't sound like he was going to taste it to check. The egg roll was absolutely delicious! I could have eaten 4 of them. My entree was generic and salty. Most of the menu has the same brown sauce, so don't expect the dishes to have much difference in flavor profile. All in all, my review is generous at best.

Our server was phenomenal (forgot his name ) and brought me a menu that had all dietary restrictions listed when I asked if he knew what items would be gluten free or not. Which, the chef / owner was walking around and came over to tell me that he could probably accommodate anything that wasn't listed as gluten free by using different sauces or ingredients. It was so refreshing to feel so taken care of when it comes to an allergy! My boyfriend and I ordered the Akaushi Ribeye, Half Roasted Chicken, and the Glazed Mushrooms to split. The flavors were spectacular! Everything paired so well together. The steak was the perfect rare (our preference) and the skin on the chicken was absolutely mouth-watering. The perfect balance of slightly crisp while the chicken was still nice and juicy. I'm still dreaming about it . The mushrooms paired beautifully with both the steak and all the flavors that came with the chicken! Everything was absolutely exquisite. The ambiance, the plating, the service, the flavors. 10/10. They had a sign up welcoming customers to their soft opening and asking for constructive criticism. The biggest disappointment was the calamari. It tasted like frozen onion rings. The thick batter was identical to the batter of frozen onion rings. When I bit into the first one, the calamari came out, revealing what a tiny sliver of calamari was inside the thick breading. I would definitely recommend choosing a different appetizer. I like that they have lunch specials which include eggroll, choice of rice, and choice of soup. Dan and I both got Pad Thai with shrimp, egg drop soup, and fried rice. Our grandson got lo Mein with beef, won ton soup, and fried rice. He liked his soup and entree. The egg rolls were a little greasy and we didn't get a sauce for them. We did not like the fried rice. It was dry and had an unpleasant flavor. I couldn't tell what spice I was tasting, but it seemed to belong in an Indian restaurant instead of an Asian restaurant. The dry and underdone texture added to the unpleasantness. Dan and I both love Pad Thai, but we didn't enjoy this. We ordered it around 2:00. It might have been fresher earlier. The sauce seemed too thick and a little sweet. As the sign said, this was a soft opening. I will try them again after they've been open awhile.

Chef Kevin Lee took his original Korean fried chicken concept and evolved it into this upscale Korean steakhouse that somehow feels trendy, comforting, and wildly creative all at once. We ate our way through dishes like: Tteokbokki with wagyu ragu Sweet potato burrata Incredible cocktails Korean-inspired steaks cooked perfectly Every single plate had intention behind it. Nothing felt thrown together for social media hype. This was flavor first. And somehow after all of that...that banana pudding still stole the finale. Nearly impossible to finish, but absolutely impossible to stop eating. Also, Tony gave some of the best service I've had in a long time. Knowledgeable, engaging, and made the entire dinner feel like an experience instead of just another table turn. A lot of people forgot about Birdie's after the buzz around Maht exploded, but trust me...this spot deserves your attention.
