My new favorite place in stillwater! Whoever thought of putting sushi on the strip was genius. Not only is the idea good the food is amazing! Tbe picture is from the first time I went, I now stick to getting the bowl because I think you get more food that way, but I am always stuffed when I leave! I never thought I would like a poké bowl but now that I tried one im hooked. Their spicy tuna is wonderful and you HAVE to try the ginger and teriyaki sauce. I need ti try the other sauces but those are so good I never want to give them up to try something new. Soon ill be back to try some of the sushi rolls on the menu and the chicken teriyaki because I saw it after I ordered and now need to try it. But the staff are all nice. I love Nooki's food, I am a big fan of the poki bowls, but unfortunately the staff there wasn't very nice. They don't know how to put a poki bowl together, they mixed all the sides together in my bowl and when I asked what was in one of the sides they replied very rudely. You could tell they weren't wanting to be helpful. This is not the first time that iv had an experience similar to this. This is why I decided to write a review today. read more

I been wanting to try this place for awhile kept hearing about it just never made it there. I'm just sorry it took me so long. This is our new favorite place to go. The options are amazing! Even if you cannot do rice or corn such as myself I found great choices that made an amazing bowl. The staff was friendly and fairly helpful college kids come on now cannot expect perfection in this area. It was very clean great decor. Amazing portion sizes. The fries were by far the best in Stillwater. The only reason I'm knocking a star off is I would really like to see at least the standard bowls such as angry bird for example at least list a base nutrition value somewhere with the three options listed. How much for rice, salad mix or fried rice option. Now I realize you can't list them all as it is by design of customer but at least give a baseline of nutritional value. read more

Nooki is great if you're looking for more of an up-scale restaurant for Stillwater's standards. I've been a handful of times now and if you go, you must try the crab cigars! They are my favorite. I don't care for their chicken fried rice, but their ramen is great and they have fun cocktails, as well. It is beautiful inside and the bathrooms have been super clean. I have to give them 3 stars only because the service it hit and miss, and some of the food has been only okay for the price. read more

Heard a lot of good things about this place from other students. It's on the strip and not too far from campus so I dropped in. Really nice atmosphere in the restaurant. There's a lot of variety on the menu, but I usually opt for building my own bowl. The whole place is really clean and the meat has never tasted or looked off any time I've been. The parking and prices are the only things I'm docking points for, but that's just nitpicking. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you like sushi. Very fun. read more

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Stillwater! I was so tired of craving sushi but all the other restaurants had such poor quality fish. Nooki actually has amazing fresh fish! I love their poke bowls. Everything is perfectly priced..not too expensive but also not so cheap I'm suspicious. Hahaha. Their toppings selection is perfect. I literally wouldn't change a thing except eventually I hope they will offer yellowtail or octopus and have the option to combine proteins, but they are just starting out! The hours are awesome! they are actually open late. I can't tell you how many times I come between the hours 9:30-12:00 pm. Just so happy to add this amazing addition to Stillwater. Fresh bowls. OMG, this place is awesome. I was craving something fresh and not technically a salad. I had the bowl with sticky rice, bulgogi, and several different veggies. It was excellent. I have been in Stilly for 7 years and this is the real deal. Forget about the other two sushi places Nagoya and Sushi House - they have gone downhill and still keep raising the price. Nooki is not only quite affordable, but also guaranteed that you get more than what you pay for. Ingredients are clean and fresh, and the generous quantity of food is very impressive, especially on the fresh fish - definitely bigger cut compare with the other two sushi places. If you are looking for a decent sushi place with fast and friendly service, and don't want to pay tip on top of the $50+ bill, this is the one. I thought Nooki was going to be a nice change of pace to add to the strip, however it's been a disappointing addition. The rice has too much sugar, ruining the taste of nearly every menu item. I ordered a poke bowl and asked for an the edamame to removed. Instead of completing that simple modification, my poke bowl was missing half of its content. Aside from meh food, half of the staff seemed like they didn't want to be there. If you want good sushi in Stillwater, go to Nagoya. The quality and service is well worth the price. read more
