Good service bad hygiene :/ unclean environment and no hand washing between clients. my face is breaking out now !

Horrible job. She was talking trying to upsell me while doing my brows. I coukd feel her pluck hair on my left while working on my right brow. when she was done my brows were not close to being the same. Both a different shope. And all for $18. I will never ever be back. I came to get eyelash extensions, they looked really good for like a day and started falling out immediately. I've gotten them done once before at another place and those lasted over a month! Her eyelash service was great. She took great care of each individual lash but also had me out in one hour. I couldn't be happier with my eyelashes! Got a microdermabrasion. Great customer service and the facial was great, even got a back massage at the end.

I came for an eyebrow clean up and left with two different shaped eyebrows. Came back for the lady to fix them, but she made them worse. There is now a whole chunk of my eyebrow missing and still uneven. She claimed to be the owner of this place. I don't understand how you can run an eyebrow business but not know how to do eyebrows! This is ridiculous. I used to come all the time when Mona was here, she would do a great job. Unfortunately now I can't say the same and I don't recommend, please go elsewhere. read more

The service here is impeccable! I got eyelash extensions done here with my mom and my aunt and the three of us had our lashes done within an hour each! I had two nephews with me, the staff was very friendly to my nephews and even offered them candy! It is hard finding salons that are kid friendly as well!!! Being a client that blinks a lot and has watery-eyes, Noori was very patient and focused to giving me the best as to what I had asked for! So I usually go to another place. I desperately needed my brows done. I've been here ONCE before and still prefer the other place. It was Labor Day they were the only ones open and walking distance. So I go in there I told her like I tell every lady before I do my eyebrows. I say the exact same thing. "I want them cleaned, thick as possible and shaped a bit. When she was done the brows look good. THEY LOOK GOOD. But they're deceiving. SHE TOOK HALF OF MY EYEBROWS OFF. Both of them half off. I honestly feel attacked. I was kind friendly. I made small talk and honestly this is just mean. This has never happened before. The next time I go grocery shopping (later this week) I'm confronting her about this. I have been to Noori's twice now for threading and facials and have never been disappointed. The women who work there are fantastic. Both Nilu and Sara have taken excellent care of me during facials and Noori did my eyebrows once as well. I am a big chicken about threading and am super squirmy but they just helpe through it and are so professional. First time coming here for my eyebrows. Pros it was inexpensive $8 an only waited 5 minutes. Cons she took way too much off and made my eyebrows super thin. And they are totally uneven... one has a giant arch and the other doesn't. I would share a pic but I'm too embarrassed. Sure hope they grow back quick. Can't wait until Ziba is open again. read more

It was my first time for Brazilian at this place. Noori is very nice & so gentle that it was almost pain free. She definitely know what she's doing. I highly recommend this place for Brazilian waxing especially for first timers (make sure you ask for Noori). Also, Nilo did my full face threading. My sister in law went in to get some false eyelashes extensions a few days ago and 2 days later they were falling off, when she went back to get them fixed she confronted a very unfriendly person and who's unapologetic attitude makes me to never come back here again . If you do a job you must back it up or refund the money . She was able to get them fixed but not after blaming my sister in law for perhaps doing something to make the fall which was absurd on her part . read more

Noori was very friendly, I had a Brazilian wax and she was very conscious about making sure I was as comfortable as I could be. The salon is also very clean and inviting. I will definitely be going back there. Updated review- I went to get my eyebrows done which I have been doing there for a while now. There was a new lady who I specifically told before she started that I wanted my eyebrows to be as thick as possible and to only clean them up. She made them so thin instead. She's also very accommodating to work on a time that's good for you. Okay experience. I came in for my brows which she chopped up I've been going to the brow bar at Ulta and they have been mapping my brows and shaping them for a year well since covid I've had to try these threading places . This one made my eyebrows super thin ridiculously thin I wanted a arch but not half my eyebrow gone also she cut my eye and there un even . $8 though so the explains it all . I was requesting information about waxing and I looked it up before hand all about it and I am surprised how she said she would wax me after shaving only 2days ago and I had to kjndly remind her it's better to wait longer for Better results and that was a turn off trying to be to pushy . When I feel like someone is to pushy doesn't make me want to come back it's uncomfortable. Also they are only taking cash which she never mentioned on the phone call when I made a appointment and I had to run to the bank and come back with my little girl in 120 weather because she couldn't tell me beforehand . Hey ladies, here's your new spot! It's so beautiful as soon as you walk in, the decor is on point. Noori, the owner is just a doll. She's so accommodating and takes the time to listen to your questions and answer them completely. I was treated like we had known one another for years. The equipment was new and clean and comfortable. Noori was quick with the application of my lashes, and explained as she went. Upon leaving I had learned so much as far as how to care for my lashes, when I should come back and so forth. She even offered for me to come back for free fixes if anything went wrong the first 24 hours. But, nothing went wrong.
