It was not gentle, a little rushed even, and the sugar felt cold on my skin. There was a whole lot of powder and she said the sugar was sticking to me and tried with another sugar. After the appointment, there was a lot of hair left that I had to pluck at home. My previous experience with sugaring has been great and I was expecting a different outcome, which is why I was disappointed with the results. The price was ok but with how much hair I had left over, I would have been better off doing a wax strip at home instead of paying for sugaring. I felt like the supplies did not look as sanitary as I expected either. The room was a little dusty, the sheet did not smell fresh, and the towels were a dingy white. If you need a quick fix, this is the place to go. If you're looking for a quality service that lasts longer, this probably won't be what you're looking for. I'm disappointed because the previous reviews are what brought me here.

Noori and her staff do an amazing job with threading and waxing. I always go for the full-face threading. I have very sensitive skin and Noori definitely keeps that in mind. She is very patient and takes her time. The overall experience is great, especially when she applies aloe vera or sprays a toner over my face. There's a sign that says first-time customers get special pricing, but all three of us were charged the regular rate. I didn't make a big deal about it and paid what was asked, but it felt misleading to advertise a discount that apparently doesn't apply to all new customers.
