Really good Thai food. Was pleasantly surprised. We tried several dishes, green chicken curry, spring rolls, pineapple fried rice, pad thai and the thai beef salad. All were delicious. I like spicy food and usually order it hot, however, my salad was so hot it was almost unpleasant to eat. Certainly not the fault of the restaurant, was probably just a hot pepper! The atmosphere wasn't all that, and the restaurant was a little hard to find since its buried in the back of the shopping center. We also had bubble tea, a little less than stellar due to its sweetness in both flavors we ordered. I'm used to the ones I get in Austin I guess. Would definitely eat here again though! read more

What a nice surprise. Some of the best Thai food in Texas is in Victoria! I tried the Som Tum, sticky rice, and the house made sausage. Really, really good. And the owner were very nice. Can't wait to go to Victoria again! This will be the only place I eat there. read more

Wanted to like this place. Service was good, but beef on massamun curry wasn't cooked all the way (killer) and Thai tea was watered down.

Noot's Thai Kitchen could very well be the most underrated restaurant in Victoria! I would eat there 8 days a week and rate it 12-stars if I could! If you are not sure if you like Thai food, this made-to-order gem will have you coming back time and time and time and time again : ) I can't understand how this AMAZING restaurant does not get more press! A delightful spot in Victoria. They are very nice and accommodating. Spring rolls and crispy tofu were delicious. Pad Prik Pow was perfect!

We've been trying to find a new Thai food place, since our favorite is in San Antonio- this one is definitely a contender for our new favorite. We went on a Saturday afternoon, it was clean and fairly quite (like most of the town). I got the Beef Pad Thai (pictured) and my boyfriend got the Beef Fried Rice (also pictured). Both turned out pretty good. I only wish the pad thai had a little more... something (chopped green onions, peanuts, egg?). But all-in-all, was a decent serving with tons of noodles and beef. I also got a Strawberry Bobba Tea which had a great sweet flavor to it- just wish it was a bit thicker. We also got a small serving of Fried Spring Rolls, which were probably my favorite part about the meal. The service was good, the waitress was nice and was attentive- our drinks never emptied. I would definitely recommend and return here, but I can't help wondering if there's something better in Victoria... read more

Eat here-it's good! Here's a list of things we had, followed by a short description: Tom ka soup (great flavor, lots of chicken); shrimp fresh spring rolls (would have liked less lettuce, but good and fresh nonetheless); pad thai (very good, nice size portion); green curry (excellent); red curry (not as flavorful as the green, but still delicious). All the veggies were fresh and meat was plentiful. We got everything thai hot and the pad thai double thai hot. Totally doable if you really love hot food. The green curry chicken was very good. Maybe one of the best I have had. The soup I had to throw out. This could have been a 5 star rating based on the curry alone but the biggest problem was true lack of attention to detail. This was a take out order and they did not supply the requested utensils. I found a fork at the hotel but had to toss the soup. Hence a three star rating for the lack of attention to detail and a wasted soup. Maybe dining in will be a better experience. read more

Ratings made me drive from Cuero to check this place out. Fried spring rolls were good, except for the dipping sauce that tasted like dish soap. The Nam Tok I had, which is my favorite salad that I order every time I order at Thai restaurants, this one smelled like cat pee. I'm guessing they had too much fish sauce in it....but I don't know. It wasn't what I expected and ate a couple of bites, paid my ticket and left. Needless to say I wont be coming back.. read more

Visiting in Victoria we looked up the best restaurants and chose here because mexican was closed on Sunday evening. The staff was nice and the place was clean. Started with chicken satay good but small. Then we shared chicken pad thai, usual taste. We did enjoy the crispy curry chicken, great flavors and mix of vegetables. Finished off with fried bananas which we didn't care for but the coconut and green tea ice were delicious. read more

Numerous friends had recommended Noot's Thai Kitchen. They described the food as deliciously authentic, super, amazing, and one friend even stated: "the food is as good as what I ate in Thailand". My husband and I live 2 hours away from Victoria so it wasn't until a friend invited us for lunch that we finally got to eat at Noot's. The food was wonderful and better than expected (and we already expected it to be excellent)! The various dishes were flavored with a nice balance between sweet, sour, hot and salty. My favorite dish was the Thom Yum Shrimp soup. My husband couldn't decide between the glass noodles and the curries. The restaurant was big, clean, airy, and well decorated. We were told the restaurant had been remodeled recently and in my opinion the owners did a wonderful job. The owners and staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Eating a meal at Noot's Thai Kitchen was a real treat and we plan on making the 2 hour drive again soon. read more

Love the owners. Awesome people- very nice. They always remember us. I'm the first to admit I'm a Thai food snob. At Noot's, the staff is super patient, and will let you totally customize your order. The curry is decent, and the Pad Thai is yummy! The Pad Kee Mao is also delicious. My favorite dish is the pineapple fried rice. Perfectly seasoned pineapple fried rice, served in half a pineapple! Lovely presentation and flavor. I can pass on the waterfall salad, but love the fresh spring rolls. One of my favorite places to eat in this area. I've tried several different dishes and all were delicious. If you need something to help with the burn from a spicy dish the sweet and sticky rice with ice cream is perfect for that. Worst THAI restaurant I ever had! ordered THAI beef noodle and on 1 to 10 scale, it would be very generous to give a 1. The beef noodle is disgusting, no taste or flavor at all. All I can taste is some beef cube seasoning added into water. My bf order some salmon dish, it's decent but not the best. We got some mango sticky rice, their sticky rice is not sticky or cooked right and it was crazy sweet, so is the boba teas we got. Food here is way over priced! This is not an authentic Thai restaurant. I was here at lunch time and the restaurant is pretty crowded (all Caucasian) either these people here have no taste buds or they just never have real Thai food before. read more

We are from out of town visiting parents. My daughter loves Thai food and talked me into ordering. I got the Pad Thai and it was delicious. Definitely will be returning. We ordered take out and the only reason given 4 stars is due to charging for soy sauce. $.25 per packet. I think at least a couple should be complementary with order if desired. read more
