Our new favorite barber shop!! We came in last night for our 4 year old to get a hair cut but he threw a fit so we had to leave but we came in today and we got him to sit and get his hair cut! Eric was so nice and patient with our son and did a fantastic job! Walking in, all barbers here are smiling and seem very nice! We live in Redondo Beach but will definitely make the drive! I was recommended here by a friend after moving nearby. I've been getting haircuts since 2019 with Frank which is the barber shop owner. There is a handful of barbers at this shop and they all have great skills also provide great customer service and are great people. I've also been bringing my 2 year old son since he was 9 months old, also gets haircut with Frank. This shop works by appointments but also have barbers available for walk-ins. First off DJ at this shop is astonishing and has great customer service when I go in and always checks with me what style I want and make sure at the end of the session that my haircut is on point and clean!! This shop is seriously the best!!! My girl Erica has been cutting my hair for the past 4 years. And ever since I met her, I let nobody else touch my hair. The price is extremely reasonable. For $5 extra, appointment is also available which is definitely worth it because it gets really packed especially during the weekend. Shop is super clean, staff is extremely friendly and everybody is so professional. I drive all the way from LA and I don't mind it because it is worth it. First of all Terrence cut me on the left side of my forehead with the razor. I asked him for a mid fade and he gave me a high fade which made my head shape look weird. I also asked he didn't cut it too short and he practically chopped it all off. Didn't even cut it evenly, the left side practically has nothing for me to work with while the center and the right side have more length. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. read more

Another barber walked in and the original barber who was cool enough to offer to cut my hair was trying to convince the girl to cut my hair and they were talking in Spanish thinking I didn't know Spanish I felt disrespected by her she acted like I wasn't good enough to get my hair cut by her so i let it go . Second time I made an appointment because I really liked my hair cut from that barber. Totally blew off my appointment and took some one else I should have said something but it feels like they dont really care about customer service. Asked for a high fade on the sides and back and the barber proceeded to shave back my front hairline back 1/4 of inch. Even though I specifically asked him to not shave my hairline, he ignored my request and messed up my hairline. To top it off, the barber tried to tell me what I asked for was wrong when I've been getting high fades my whole life. Clear difference in treatment between their regulars and new customers. 6/26/19 Found out about this place from the business cards they left at the front desk of planet fitness gym. Cool a local barbershop super close to where I live. I come in as a walk in. No hi. No hello. Okay. The three barbers had a client. Somewhat clean, no frills barbershop style establishment. I sit down. I get there around Wednesday 4:25pm 5 minutes past it's okay. 10 minutes pass still okay. Okay it's been over 20 minutes of me waiting and no one asking me what I needed? who I was waiting for? Do I have an appointment? Am I walk in? One barber finally has some customer service and asks me what my name was. I told him. He was like I can't get to you till after his 5pm client. It's already past 4:45pm and I'm like that's not cool. I waited for nothing. The other two barbers didn't say anything either. I get that they don't have a receptionist. It's common in barbershop. Maybe I should of called ahead of time but walk ins in a barber shop is so common. I didn't think it would be a problem for me. Just the lack of acknowledgement of a new customer and having me waste my time was the issue. I hope y'all work on that and I'm sure if I got the haircut it would of been nice. Also new clients. I needed a haircut/beard trim the day before Thanksgiving and I had my 5-month-old daughter with me, so I had just about given up on it, but decided to give this place a shot when I found it on Yelp and saw that it was within walking distance of my place. I walked in without making an appointment and was pretty much called up to a chair right away. The barber (I forget what his name was) asked me what kind of cut I wanted and I explained that I really wasn't sure but that my girlfriend had suggested I get a blend and fade or something like that. The guy cutting my hair seemed to know exactly what that meant and started working on it. My daughter only started fussing towards the end and everyone at the place was very patient about it.
