We usually go to Ivan's in Citrus Heights but they have long lines and wait times. So we tried this place today, same distance but way better. There were a few people there but it was in and out. They help you load your recyclables to get you out quick. Definitely going here from now on. Parking is a lot better too. read more

The team there is quick, helpful and friendly every time I've been there over several years.

This is for the NORCAL RECYCLING ON DOUGLAS BLVD IN ROSEVILLE. ITS ACROSS FROM THE DOG PARK. The recycling center NorCal Recycling on Douglas Blvd, has the most kind, considerate workers. Adrian & his crew actually come to your car ! with the tubs for your plastics, cans,, etc. They help unload too, if they're not bombarded, if they catch up, they walkk ast to your trunk ask if you'd need any help. I watch the weight measuring & it's always accurate for the variety of plastics I bring. Some bottles are thicker yet small and others are tall but thinner-, So the totals all balance out per weight per dollar/cents in the end. I've gotten pretty good at guessing what my end payout will be. Thanks for the friendliness you show, even on those very hot, sunny days. Thanks guys! read more

First timer here and so impressed. Not only did the guy come out and totally help us get our recycling into the collections cans (that btw were pretty clean), he had a young man helping him that had a smile on his face and was wwirrkibg his butt off to help. Am at be father/son not sure but this kid was a great worker. The place was super clean, no long lines and the customers were upstanding citizens. Visit this recycling center about every two months and can't remember the last time I have had to wait for more than 5 minutes. The gentlemen who work this place are always pleasant, helpful and moving quickly to get the rubber bins available and weighed. 15 seconds or so to fill out your form information and receive payment. So much better than the dreaded trips years ago to the ever changing locations behind supermarkets and the inefficient experiences encountered with indifferent staff. read more

I'm really satisfied with the service provided here! I came here at 10:01 and I was finished and payed at 10:15. Twas fast and easy to work with these people. They helped bring out the buckets to my car and explained how they wanted me to separate my items. Than they helped carry all the buckets back to the building where they weighed all the items in front of me and counted the weight with me. Highly recommend this place. read more

Just left the location off of Douglas, and they were extremely quick and helpful. Poured out my bags for me and let me know what they could and couldnt pay me for without having to sort through it after. Reviewed the weight of each bin with me and quickly paid me in cash for what they could. I was easily in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. Glad I found this location now that replanets have closed and I hope they stay around for awhile! read more

This place was awsome . On Tue i realized that my place that i always go was shut down permanently, all day on Tue i was looking for a new place and i suck with direction, i was every where could not find a place that would give me money back for my cans and bottles. On Thursday i looked on computer and here on yelp here was Norcal Recycling, direction not to hard went there the guy came and helped me with the 8 bags of cans and bottles that i had very very nice man. i will go back there or go where his brother is over off Douglas behind Hobby Lobby on Sierra Gardens. We did our bottles and cans and I broke two glass bottles and the young man came right away to sweep .The older man was very well mannered and professional! We were supposed to get 19.25 but he gave us 20.00. They also brought the barrels to us to fill up, they did not have to but it's obvious they want to treat their guest well. 5 stars and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more
