Need to improve pricing and how not to steal. I went in just to get my tires removed off my rims and they made me wait 15 min outside in heat just for them to take 3 tires off rims and taxed me out at 65$. Not only that they stole my FVĊkn valve stems. Came back home to find them gutted out. Go down the street to Hayward tires. They charged me 40$ to remove another set of 3. Smh read more

After I dropped by for an estimate, I came back a couple weeks later for the following: New tires and to have the front of my F150 Lightning lifted to make the truck level Customer service was quick and engaging Chairs to wait are both outside as well as a "waiting area" inside. Bare bones, yes... but this ain't the Ritz folks I opted to wait as my schedule didn't allow me to drop the truck off in the morning (they explained after 3 pm would work) The truck looks great after the lift as well as the rubber on the wheels Michelin Defender LTX Platinum for the weight of the EV We discussed new wheels at a later date The price point for this visit was spot on especially when you consider the labor I'll take the "family owned" shop over the chain shops any day Friendly, informative and a great job done here I'll be back! read more

Really disappointed , shop cracked my rim while replacing my tire. Before leaving one of the workers asks me if I'm planning on getting new rims because he had to put a sealant on it, I reply to him not at this time. After a day of thinking about the comment he made, I call the shop back the next day and ask for clarification. The shop manager lets me know that it's due to my rim being corroded but that he would get clarification from the worker and call me back. Five days later still no call back, so I show up to the shop with a flat tire on that same rim because the air has been leaking. They remove the tire and show me the crack that clearly showed it was from where they removed the tire from the rim. They show me the rims they could get on short notice that will fit the new tires already purchased, didn't like any of them. I have a blacked out rims to match my car, ended up going with silver rims. No discount no apology. Two weeks of dealing with this and I still don't have my new tires or rims... I get accidents happen but the least that one could do it make it right... read more

I have been bringing my cars here for awhile now. The owner is always so nice and make sure my needs for the tires are taken care of. Although some of his workers don't speak English that well but they always work with a smile and make sure the job is done right. The owner won't even charge me sometimes but I tip the workers in those cases. There is no appointment needed. Just come relax and wait a little. Depending on the days could be 5mins to 20mins wait. I would bring my cars back and recommend anyone that asked for reasonable tires services!! read more

had me waiting 2 hours for the mechanic just for a check up and he never showed up and then proceeded to say he was almost here every time. After waiting for two hours they took it for test drive and once it was up ready to get fixed their power went out and had me waiting 2 hours more before calling a tow truck to bring my car down just to let me know they won't do anything to it. They had poor communication with clients and I was the one that had to go ask them what was going on since they were on their phone the whole time chatting. I ran over a nail on my way out to the Bay Area, and noticed my low tire pressure on a Saturday morning. We called down to NorCal tire and they said to bring it on over. I took my truck here after getting a flat in the rear, they replaced the front two tires with TWO DIFFERENT BRAND TIRES and KEPT the expensive brand tires. TOOK ADVANTAGE at the fact that I'm a woman and wouldn't know the difference. After needing new tires again the shop I go to now had informed me about what what they did. Took my 100 SPOKE rims to them to change the tire and they tore the seal on the inside and claimed my spokes were leaking. The rim was fine before I took it there because my tire was still inflated I just needed a new tire due to it being bald. DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR LOWRIDER RIMS.
