Really disappointed , shop cracked my rim while replacing my tire. Before leaving one of the workers asks me if I'm planning on getting new rims because he had to put a sealant on it, I reply to him not at this time. After a day of thinking about the comment he made, I call the shop back the next day and ask for clarification. The shop manager lets me know that it's due to my rim being corroded but that he would get clarification from the worker and call me back. Five days later still no call back, so I show up to the shop with a flat tire on that same rim because the air has been leaking. They remove the tire and show me the crack that clearly showed it was from where they removed the tire from the rim. They show me the rims they could get on short notice that will fit the new tires already purchased, didn't like any of them. I have a blacked out rims to match my car, ended up going with silver rims. No discount no apology. Two weeks of dealing with this and I still don't have my new tires or rims... I get accidents happen but the least that one could do it make it right... read more

the guys here are friendly and i've been coming to this place for years when I need a new tire but I hate when a business takes your transaction for granted and ignored. i had someone stop in for me beforehand to let them know what tire I needed and they said they had it in stock. when I get there, I hop out and was greeted pretty quickly asking what I needed. I let him know I was the person looking for the single tire to which he replied, "park right over next to me, i'll get to you after this truck". There were two people ahead of me in line. I waited 40 minutes and after they left, I was expecting to be helped next. After all, it was a simple tire switch. ONE. I was wrong. Another guy came speeding in and parked where a previous car had left & they proceeded to lift up his car and start working on his while I got ignored. Im sure prices are decent but I didn't stick around to keep waiting for help. Go if you have time I suppose. read more

had me waiting 2 hours for the mechanic just for a check up and he never showed up and then proceeded to say he was almost here every time. After waiting for two hours they took it for test drive and once it was up ready to get fixed their power went out and had me waiting 2 hours more before calling a tow truck to bring my car down just to let me know they won't do anything to it. They had poor communication with clients and I was the one that had to go ask them what was going on since they were on their phone the whole time chatting. Although some of his workers don't speak English that well but they always work with a smile and make sure the job is done right. Took my 100 SPOKE rims to them to change the tire and they tore the seal on the inside and claimed my spokes were leaking. The rim was fine before I took it there because my tire was still inflated I just needed a new tire due to it being bald. DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON YOUR LOWRIDER RIMS. I was desperately trying to find a location to rotate all four tires and balance them yesterday after work. I called Hayward Tire Pros and spoke with Shane. He couldn't help me bring it was 4:30pm and they close at five. However, he didn't want to leave me hanging so he suggested his friends business. He said go to NorCal Tires and I will call my friend and ask him to help you. When I arrived I went in the office the man was waiting for me. From other reviews I believe his name may be Daniel? The shop was pretty busy his guys were all on other cars. So Daniel actually left his desk walked outside his office and attached three floor lifts to my car and personally removed all four tires himself. One of his staff finished a car so he had him continue working on my tires balance and rotation. I was totally impressed with the high level of customer service they provided me.
